Absolutely love this place, the workers are so professional and kind! Quick to answer any questions you may have about the huge variety of products they have! I have MS and they recommended amazing gummies and lotions to try to help my pain levels! Have not one bad thing to say, when Ive been short on cash going in theyve covered me and allowed me to get them back the next time I come in. 10/10 customer service

First time in there and prob going to be my last. Came in to Pick up a new ceramic coil for my dab and sure thing they had it ...16bucks np took it home and put it on didnt work. Np prob some times they get handled a little ruff in transit. Took it back to the store . They dont do returns on coils and cant guarantee them past the store. 1. I dont carry my dab all around town and cant check it in the store. 2. You can look at it and see that its unused and not dirty or look as if I had dropped or crussed it. 3. Its been less than 24ys . And yet hear I am having to come back because the product I was sold does not work.. out my money..and two trips to your establishment.That will be the last of my money youll get...

I purchased a full hookah set off of Zubair the first time I went into this shop. He was very helpful and honest with the purchase and gave me all the info I needed for the set I bought. I definitely recommend shopping here, its very clean and modern!

This is my absolute favorite smoke shop in town they always have a huge selection that is constantly changing based off of what customers want and need and they’re always so kind and friendly! 10/10 would recommend

I have zero respect for vape shops that still sell tobacco. Vape shops should better their community.

This place is outstanding. Always top notch customer service. Its a family owned business and they always have what you need in stock. Its a one stop shop for anything you need. Everythings well priced and they know everything about the products that they sell. The owner was extremely friendly and he was so personable that he offered me a discount for their first opening and threw in a free can of butane with my purchase.

Officially have taken my business from here on out. The customer service is phenomenal, they open with a friendly welcoming followed by showing you all of their products. Clearly they have a passion in filling their shelves with all products of a wide variety so they can assist the majority with what they are seeking. If I could give 6 stars I would. You can’t beat service alone with building a relationship off the start so you feel welcomed to come back. Best smoke shop!

This place is awesome. Prices are unbeatable and if they don’t have a juice or something you like or want they can order it for you to have in store. They’re very accommodating as well, nice and courteous. They’ve earned my business every time I need something! 😊

Came thru town a while back while road tripping with my buddy. Asked around every smoke shop in town where I could find legit glass and custom pieces and everyone directed me here. Custom/local selection was beyond impressive and surprisingly good prices. Dont sleep on the pendants either!!The real reason I gave 5 stars though is the guy (G ) who works here. Absolute professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. From beginning to end he felt like an old friend with how he interacted with my friend and I. 10/10 will always stop by here when I am in Elko. Favorite glass store to date. 🙌

If your looking for a head shop this is it but for Vape and Eliquid this is not the place they have a poor selection and the 3 vapes i bought there stopped working after a day and they do not allow for any kind of return even if you tried it on the store and it didnt work. Plus this guy doesnt even live here he lives in Reno. Typical out of towner looking for that miners money. I will stay with my locally owned and operated stores

This shop has no variety and the employees dont even know what they are selling. i went in there for a SHURMZ bar which is a man made shroom and they gave me a polkadot bar which is an ILLEGAL product in the state of nevada. Of course i said no and ended up buying one of their dispos and it worked for one day then it just died. i tried to go back into the store and they completely ignored me and wouldnt help at all. If i could give them 0 stars i would!! Never going to this place ever again they dont care about the customers or the product they carry.

More Glass then anything and they sell tobacco products like cigs and cigars. Really I vape to stop smoking I dont want those options. And they know absolutely nothing about there products unless it is related to bongs and pipes. Ridiculous they come here from reno to cash in on the miners money. They wont last
