My husband and I just moved here temporarily for business from AZ and were dreading having to start all over looking for our perfect juice once again but the employee seemed very knowledgeable and actually recommended a good dupe for our favorite! We usually end up not trusting whoever is suggesting juice flavors because its never worked out or was even close to it whatsoever. Very much appreciated 🙏

First time customer here, I highly recommend this place, went there about a week and half ago, there was only one employee at the time, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, excellent attitude and very polite. Bought a disposable and ran out today, so definitely going back. Great customer service goes a LONG way!

Awesome customer Service and the Largest Selection I have seen in town. And there return if your device isnt working is much better then others in town. They honestly have the largest selection of disposables in town as well

I’m from Indiana and I needed some help so I stopped here and was BLOWN AWAY with their immense help and knowledge of products and problem solving ideas. I met the owner and spoke with him directly and complimented the fellow helping me. This place was so patient and kind with me. They solved all of my issues and THEN SOME! Highly recommend this establishment!!! I will go back!! Thank you so much once again!!!

I had purchased some disposable vapes, and when I opened one, it had been clearly sitting on the shelves for a long time, and the liquid was brown and tasted terrible. The employee proceeded to call the owner and ask if we could get a refund, and he said no, and wouldn’t even allow us to switch it out for another one, but said that we could instead buy the bad one for half price, and that was the best that he would do. Even the employee thought it wasn’t a very fair deal and she tasted it herself and said it was bad. So needless to say after we left, we were forced to throw it away leaving us out $20 That we spent on it We will not be returning again which is disappointing because this was always our favorite vape store to go to.

Even the person was behind the counter was very knowledgeable. Completely unprofessional staff. Not understanding that youre there to purchase something not hang out. Theres a certain decorum you should follow it makes everyone feel inclusive. Even the music they were playing was atrocious. Will never come back!!!

If you ever have an issue with one of the products from this shop, good luck. When I went in with an issue, I was treated like the issue was my fault, although it was not. One of the owners, the wife, was extremely awful. I don’t even have words to describe how rude she was. I have been a customer for years, and as soon as an issue arose I was treated horribly. 100% won’t be returning. This place has lost mine and my boyfriend’s business.

Amazing interaction multiple times going here with different staff members. They are all so knowledgable and friendly. They have helped me several times with broken pens to fix them so they werent trash and even facetimed the owner whdn they didnt have an answer. She was happy to help and got me what i needed. This is my favorite vape store. I like all of the staff Ive met, and everyone usually has great suggestions. I even like staying a little bit linger if i dont have anything pressing just to enjoy the good company and vape! I always leave happy. Great customer service, great deals and prices.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff was rude to us, very short on answering questions we had. But the white people that came in after us were greeted and treated very nice.They didnt have what we needed, and everything is really overpriced. I will not go back and I say, if you have brown skin, you will not be treated good here. Youre better off going to 5J.

Super friendly people with a great, welcoming atmosphere. I went in to be recommended a new flavor to smoke and the guy who helped me was really excited to recommend some flavors to me that i would really enjoy. I walked out really impressed and happy i decided to go there and I also got new flavor that i am loving.

Great customer service. Always super helpful and friendly! They also have an amazing variety of flavors and mods to chose from.One time I said the wrong coil for my vape. I went back in a few minutes later planning on just buying a new one. (since I’m the one who said the wrong coil) I was honest about the situation and they gave me the coil I needed.

I have shopped here a few times and always found the staff energetic and helpful. However today I called to check the price of a mod before driving 100 miles to Elko and back for something I can ultimately order online if the price was comparable I would have picked it up at modified, but the woman who answered the phone refused to even tell me anything about their price. Well they just lost my business. I’m not driving that kind of distance only to find the product was significantly cheaper on line. Retail is a competition and if you can’t play then you have no business in the business.

So, if you have a medical issue that prevents you from wearing a mask they wont let you in the store. They have chosen to ignore the exemption provided by the state. They make you do business from the curb. If youre able to wait in an air conditioned car its not bad. If you dont have access to air.....Im going to make sure that I dont have to do business with them in the future because they choose to ignore state guidelines.

My vape got taken and thrown away at the Trump rally, so I had to get a new one before heading back to Sac. Thank goodness for this store and the employees were so helpful. I needed an AIO unit, and the gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable and hooked me up with a new set up. Reasonable prices, great store, I will never be in Elko again, but recommend this store to everyone!!! Thanks again😀

This is the most amazing vape shop Ive ever been to. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. Everytime I walk in I feel like family. And the prices are very good and reasonable. You should most definitely give them a try weather you already vape or you want to look into stop smoking. 10/10

If I could I would not even give them a single star. Worst customer service ever and this was by the owner. The vape that was purchased continued to leak so I took it back mind you I never asked for a refund just to fix it or if it was a manufacturing error. I was treated as a child, she told me that I did this, and I didnt do that. The vape not only leaked but would change the wattage on its own, and several other issues. She asked me if I had liquid on me and I did, she fills it up and then proceeded to smoke from it without asking if that was okay. It didnt leak within the two minutes after she filled it, dismissed me and that was that. Five minutes later, my purse is cover in Vape juice mind u it has a compartment where it can stand up, I keep another one there and it has never leaked. Will never return and if u have a problem be prepared to be treated like a person with no brain.

Jake and keenen(idk if I spelt that right) are absolutely amazing they help us everytime we go in and talk to us like we are friends and not just customers there not in a hurry for us to get out and dont sell us stuff we know we wont like. Absolutely love this place.

Good selection of mods and juices. They are way expensive on everything, but if you dont know what you are doing, to make your own juices or what kind of mods you like the help is nice. I was unimpressed with the condescension from the kid that sold me cbd oil when we went in, but thats millennials for ya.

Im from Salt Lake city. Im in town for work, I came in to purchase a puff bar and when I walked out side the store I opened it and it didnt work so when I went back in to ask if I could swap it for one that works, I was refused even though I just barely purchased it. Waste of money.

Although the interior of the place looks badass, i was told a vape would be $80 and I’m assuming that’s before tax. I went online that same day and found the exact same vape for $44. Great shop but there’s much better options.

Online prices will always be lower than your traditional vape shops. Online stores buy in such large quantities they get the devices for much cheaper. Buying on line has its cons as well too if you have issues with the device have fun trying to get help also sometimes you end up waiting weeks for the device and when you get it you dont know if it is a clone or refurbished. Brick and mortar stores have over head to keep the doors open and to keep the latest greatest devices stocked. Online you only get to look at pictures while a brick and mortar you get to hold it and see if your gonna like it. Buying from a local vape shop also helps support local buisness and families also buying online your helping someone that probably doesnt even know the name of your city and probably doesnt care. Once you buy your device your just another number to where you come into a local vape shop your greeted by name and treated like family. But it is completely up to you where you buy your products but remember dont expect help with it if you didnt help support your local vape shop. 😁
