I can’t say enough good things about journey! I’ve gotten massages, manicures, hair cuts, and even extensions at this salon and had incredible experiences every time! Team there is so sweet and helpful. Special shout out to Hannah, Calista, Victoria, Ruthie, Alaska and Ben! You can also tell that the owners take care of their team which is really important to me! As long as their doors are open I’ll be back for more!

I had a signature facial with Caitlyn that left me feeling rejuvenated and revived. It included not only facial massage but a soothing massage of my hands and feet, and I felt incredibly pampered. Thank you for a wonderful experience!Also, contained within the salon is the Light and Lovely Fair Trade Boutique with all kinds of personal care products, books, snacks and gift items. Everything is beautifully arranged.

I had my first appointment with Calista today and I think Im in love. She was so sweet and did such a great job, and was just lots of fun to talk to! I learned so much during my curly hair consultation and the whole place just had great vibes. Definitely returning in the future.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Calista! She is so personable and an amazing listener. Explains every steps and never leaves me guessing whats next or what shes doing. Then theres the obvious shes an fantastic hairdresser making me look and feel BEAUTIFUL!

This salon is phenomenal. Everyone who works here is extremely professional and makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave. Caitlyn B just gave me the best facial Ive ever had!

Great place for haircuts, a little shopping, sauna visits, etc. The owner and all the staff are super friendly and the prices are reasonable too.

Calista was an amazing stylist. Today was my first visit and it was so great. She listened to my concerns and had some good ideas for dealing with my wavy, curly hair. She started with a shoulder massage, used some great anti frizz products, and showed me where to find them in the gift shop after she was done! It was so wonderful.

My sister and I just had pedicures from Liz and Courtney, and they did an awesome job! Great atmosphere and our nails have never looked better! Thanks again for the great experience!

I just had a marvelous Seasonal massage at Journey’s Salon and Spa. At one point in the massage, its hard to explain, I felt like there was tingling in my muscles in such a soothing and stimulating way; my muscles relaxed. At first I thought I was dreaming, but it occurred in my back, my legs, my shoulders. Wow it was a great feeling of being refreshed.

It had been 3½ years since I last went and the service is still amazing! I had the 60 minute full body massage and definitely should.have gotten the 90 minute. Sooo relaxing and felt so great when done. Melissa was awesome!! Definitely going back more often!!

Leah gave me a wonderful massage today. She did a great job focusing on the areas that needed attention & then took time to show me some good stretches to do to help myself. Ill definitely be back!

I was in need of a massage to relieve some built up tension in my shoulders and neck. I had a massage with Ruthie today, and I received that, along with an hour of relaxation! One of the BEST massages I have ever had! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend Ruthie if you are looking for a great massage!

I had a wonderful massage with Melissa! It was so relaxing. The products used during my massage were very high quality and smelled amazing. The gift shop inside is an added bonus and they have a lot of neat goodies!

Update 2/1/23 - first time coming in for a full pedicure. Not something I would do regularly, but every once in awhile definitely. My feet were in pretty rough shape going in, and coming out they felt pretty awesome. Would recommend Courtney!First time there. Really nice facility and nice staff. Kim did a great job. Will be back!

I absolutely loved this day. The staff was so lovely the moment my sister and I entered through the door. We both received a back massage and a pedicure. The massage was first and so soothing. Didn’t matter if you talked or dozed. The pedicure was awesome. I think this was the second pedicure for myself and the first for my sister. How enjoyable. Make your appointments ahead of time. I had my 3rd manicure with Calista today! She does Such a great job! I am also trying something new for my dry skin! FHF sweet cream lotion And FHF Red Hot Shandy body oil. Calista says those 2 combined will work wonders for my skin! Next appt is booked!💗

I typically get a signature facial each year near my birthday. I always have a great experience and Ive had several cosmeticians. Not too pushy on sales and genuine about discussing skin care interests and needs. Also very professional. Relaxing environment with soothing music, ocean sounds, great smelling products, neutral decor. Offered a beverage in the waiting area and after the service. Ive also had a hot stone massage here, pedicures, and manicures. They do fun seasonal fragrances. Pricey, but Its all worth it!

Amazing place. I had the best spa day! Had a anti aging facial, massage, spa mani and a spa pedi! If you are there all day the even offer to bring you Im lunch for $15! Everyone is super friendly.. Really the best Christmas present, telling my husband this is what I want next year too lol ❤

Have been visiting Journey Salon for over a year and love Allie who does amazing work on my hair. She is a pleasure and joy to visit. I look forward to seeing her for my appointments and highly recommend her for services.

Journeys Infrared Sauna with light therapy is a hidden gem! The pricing is very fair (especially if you purchase their package) and its so relaxing. They provide plenty of towels, cool-wet cloths, make-up remover, etc. to make you the most comfortable during your quick 40 minutes.

I have been going to Journeys off and on and just had the best experience with Allie! She was so fun and easy to talk to and gave me the CUTEST cut, exactly what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

I cant say enough good things about my experience at Journey today... I felt welcome from the start. Very friendly girls that took care of me in a very calm relaxing environment. I had the best massage, pedicure and paraffin treatment. I was very relaxed when I was done spending the afternoon there. I highly recommend coming to Journey to just get away from it all!!

The wife and I will certainly be coming back! The staff was friendly. The place was very clean. Lacey was a great masseuse. Highly recommend her. Only negative was the gossip like conversations overheard from a staff member while waiting for our session, thus 4/5 stars.

Their customer service is outstanding!! I made an appointment to get my eyebrows done at 7:45pm and due to traffic didnt make it until they closing at 8pm. They called to check up and verify if I would be making the appointment and when I explained why I was running late they assured me it was fine. I arrived at closing and they got me right back. The lady who did my eyebrows did an excellent job and was very friendly. The place looked top notch! I definitely recommend this business!

As soon as you walk into this place you get an instant feel of relief. It smells so soothing and inviting. Ive had some not so great experiences with salons and have yet to find the one until now! All I wanted was a trim and they still treated me like royalty. I love the complimentary add on to the shampoo and conditioner! Ive never felt more at peace at a salon. They gave me a tour and it made me want to come back and try everything. I will be back soon to get my hair colored and I cant wait! Thank you so much Charlotte!!

OMG guys, this was my first experience at Journey Salon and it was SO great. I had Kimberly, she was so sweet and welcoming and listened to everything I wanted. She was extremely patient and took the time to perfect my highlights/haircut. The price was a little steep but I also got a lot of blonde highlights and toner which was extra so I understand why. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I have been to other Salon/Spas and Journey Salon & Day Spa beats them all hands down. Journey treats you like your a part of the family. It is a verybearm and welcimunh atmosphere. I enjoyed a 60 minute massage with Regina and I can say it was the most relaxing experience. Jamie did a phenomenal job on my manicure and we talked like we had been friends forever. The pedicure I received from Kelly was just as wonderful and so was the conversation! They made me feel like we had all been friends forever! The Chai tea and even the water was enough to make you go back for more! I truly appreciate the experience and everyones tim . I was made to feel welcome am very excited to book another one as soon as possible!! Dont pass up a chance to visit!

It is one of most expensive salons in Findlay and you expect service from the first minute to the last of your stay there to be great. When I walked in I was greated by smiley face of your receptionist, and told my stylist would be ready any minute soon. Thats it. She didnt show where I could sit while waiting, nothing about tea or coffee. It was my second time only. I was there three years ago, but still it would be nice to know where I can sit and get my coffee/water while I was waiting. It is a beautiful place, but people who work there should pay attention to details

Marcia is THE BEST massage therapist Ive ever had the opportunity to have. Highly recommend. She gets out the kinks after listening to your description of the pain points without causing you pain in the process! LOVE HER!

I went into Journey to buy a giftcard for christmas, and discovered how many things they have for sale in their two shops inside. I ended up buying gifts for several people on my list all in one stop! Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Journey the next time you need to buy someone a special gift!

I enjoy visiting Jouneys. They are punctual, professional and attentive. Lydia does my facials. She does a very nice job and I am always glowing afterwards. We have done retreats at the spa for our office and everyone enjoyed their experience. If you have not visited their Halotherapy room yet, I would. It is an easy way to relax on a budget. Excellent for stress and sinus infections.

I absolutely love the service and attention you get from everyone at this salon. HOWEVER it saddens me I will not be going back to journeys salon and day spa. I always loved the way Kimberly cut my hair when I first got home but when it was time for ME to style my hair I was in near tears. Sure its a stylish cut but one that I DID NOT ASK FOR OR WANT. I gave her A FEW tries with telling the difficulty I have and I showed her the areas but each time I came out with the SAME HAIRCUT! So another 5 to 6 weeks of struggling. And they are trickie BECAUSE THEY TURN YOUR CHAIR AROUND AWAY FROM THE MIRROR SO YOU CANT SEE HOW THEY ARE CUTTING IT.! So sad to say I will NOT be back and I will tell people should they ask me why.

My favorite place for hair in Findlay. Beautiful atmosphere, very friendly service, and talented stylists. Make sure you book ahead of time because schedules fill up fast. Lots of bonuses included in a very reasonable price: shoulder massage, shampoo menu, chai or hot cocoa, etc. There is also a nice shop with fair trade goods - all VERY cute.

My fiancé wanted to get married in his hometown. I had no problem with that. We live 7 hours away on the Iowa/Illinois border. Planning a wedding that far away was stressful. After I found Journey Salon and spoke with Alaina, I knew I found the perfect salon for my bridal party. Alaina made everything so easy for setting up the appointments and made sure that we would be there all at the same time. Another selling point was that can cater in brunch. My stylist Courtney was absolutely fantastic and kind. We did a trial back in May and we wouldn’t be back until the week of our Wedding in September. I ended up changing my mind on my hair and emailed pictures over, I didn’t want to be that bride to change things last minute. They were also very accommodating to schedule changes. I highly recommend Journey Salon and plan on going back for some of their spa packages when we are back in Findlay.

I have always received excellent customer care at journeys. The most skilled stylists in our area can truly be found at journeys. My son is now a regular customer too. 5 stars all around.

Was given a deep tissue massage and eyebrow wax....the massage was nice but they clearly dont know what it means to be deep tissue....at times it felt like she was barely even touching me. When telling the check out person it was not a deep tissue massage, she still continued to charge me for one, even though I did not receive one. My eyebrow wax looks horrible up close. When looking at it, at the salon, it seemed fine, but once I got home, the whole top of my eyebrow on both sides has little pieces of hair here and there. I was extremely disappointed to have spent over $150 and receive this type of services.

The Ladies at Journey Salon & Day Spa are always friendly and make you feel welcome. The dry sauna is great. It may take a couple phone calls to reach them, but once you do you will have a great experience.

My appointment was at 12:45 sat in the chair till 5pm. My hair color didnt even come close to what wanted. Im am very upset because I was charged $260 for something I could have done myself at home on less time! I will never go back and DO NOT recommend this place for anyone

This may be the only day spa in town that has the infrared sauna. Spend 40 minutes in this dry sauna to unclog pores, boost energy, and burn up to 600 calories too. I bought the monthly special, $99 for unlimited visits.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Several other services are available too.
