We absolutely love this vape shop over any other one BUT we live 30 mins away and in the last 2 days we have called them over a dozen times and not a single time was the phone answered, it just rings n rings n rings…it’s very frustrating! What’s the point in having a phone for a business when employees don’t bother to answer it?!

Ill bite.I recently stopped vaping after 12 years and I contribute me quitting to this vape store.I also recently moved to Findlay. So, you could say I have some experience in vaping and vape stores. From southern Ohio, California, Mississippi, and Japan.The owner or the main guy who is always there is very in your face. Call something the wrong name? He acts like you are an idiot. Searching for something new and just want to browse? Wont let you browse around without harassing you.There is a tactfulness to customer service that this guy lacks.I walked in one day and he greeted me with a mickey mouse voice and continued it through out the entire check out process. It was awkward and after that day i avoided this place as much as possible and I shopped online. The last time I ran out of coils, I dreaded coming into this store. After purchasing my coils for the last time, I decided it was time to quit....This guy is clearly the king of his own castle and this is the only real vape shop in Findlay. Two stars. Im now vape/smoke free. Thank you for being terrible.

Love these guys! Super friendly and can always get a good laugh by the time I leave. Knowledgeable about the products they sell and great prices.

Nice clean place alot of products but, I went in looking for THC and was told that I was buying THC but it in fact was not :(

The guys were amazing, I had to call in an order for my mom to pick up cuz I just had surgery and cant walk, they didnt have a problem doing it over the phone. Awesome service when my mom went in and picked up.

Best vape shop in town. 20% off Wednesdays. By far the best staff in town. Great selection with a few high (er) end/unique devices. Great juice selection including salt!Dont bother going anywhere else, this is the place to go!

These guys are awesome, they always great us immediately and are always laid back, friendly and super helpful. Selection is good and prices are decent.

A couple of dorks work behind the counter, but I gotta say that they are passionate about their jobs.Knowledgeable, friendly, but most importantly honest. Explain what youre looking for, and theyll help you every step of the way. If you point something out that catches your eye but doesnt quite fit what you described, they will explain why it may be a bad choice. Even if its a much higher priced vape rig. I always enjoy stopping in.

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great selection of merchandise. Staff is able to offer assistance quickly if needed but also doesnt rush you if you need time to browse.

How are you not gonna answer the phone when getting called I called like twice yesterday and then just again today and no answer tf

Staff is always very helpful and patient. They take the time to answer any questions you may have, explain the product in great detail and offer insight and they do it all with great patience and without making you feel rushed at all. Ive never had a bad experience and honestly its only improved over the years; which is pretty rare these days.

Everyone here is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with a pack of coils and they remedied it immediately and in a fair way. Ill keep coming back for as long as the staff remains committed to customer satisfaction.

Best place in town. And has a loyalty program. Had a leaky cart and they did returns, super chill about it, thats customer service you just dont get these days.Great prices, great product, and if it aint, theyll make it right. 10/10 love the place

I stopped in today and the staff was knowledgeable and everything was priced great! I’d definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back.

Easy to find what you need because the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside is I lost my wallet here and never found it again. Bummer. Occasionally this location will be out of stock of some flavors but lots of other options.

A very big selection of juice! No music in the room makes it seem a bit unwelcoming. The owner is a bit edgy so tread lightly. no uniforms made me think I was getting juice from a friends friend. Overall not a bad place for a quick stop. Not a place to hang out at.

Awesome shop for all of your vape needs! Consistently carrying quality liquids has kept my business there for almost a year now. Could use some more seating though it may encourage more customers to be there. A few tester mods would help too! Ha I never have my mod when I purchase liquid.

I love coming here! The three guys working are super chill, have lots of knowledge and don’t try to upsell the whole visit. I love that.The loyalty program works wonders for me because I add points up pretty fast with how often I’m in there lol! They have a wide selection of items too, vape juice, disposable vapes, delta products, carts, edibles, water pipes, glass pipes. Hands down best vape shop in Findlay.

Great vape store, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. On Wensday they have a sale 20% off. You have to mention it at checkout. Stop in and judge for yourself.

These guys were great in this store! VERY, VERY, helpful. Knowledgeable about their product lines. And were very nice when I came back in with some issues. I will be back again!

They have a very wide selection of e-liquid with a decent selection of mods, sold with batteries included in purchase. Plenty of coil styles and coil building materials on offer. The staff is always knowledgeable, and they make an effort to train new staff effectively. There are usually a few customers just hanging around, but the staff doesnt let their ratchet jawing hold them up. They now offer a few cold drinks for convenience. The parking lot is always busy due to proximity to Dietschs, but if you park towards Airgas its wide open. Towards close you can usually just barely squeeze a semi in the lot for a quick stop. They offer several discounts for military, CC, etc. Dont forget to check out the community board near the front door.

Very good (not great) selection of juices and products. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have everything I needed and most of what I wanted. The only thing that keeps me from rating a 5/5 is that theres not really a lounge for customers.

Great Staff! Knowledgeable and helpful. Huge variety of vape juices. They are about one of the Only Shops that have what you are looking for. My Only problem is they dont carry Any of the Coils I use in my vape mods.

These guys are great. They always have what I need in stock and have a wide variety of seemingly everything. I vape on a geek vape aegis mod with a zeus tank and needed a new tank (2 years old). The guy working showed me the new geek vape Poseidon tank and I’m in love. This thing is amazing so far and vapes so clean and well. Love it!!

Every time that i go into VSC i am always helped right away with whatever it is i am needing on that day. The staff is always very helpful and super knowledgeable about everything they have in stock and beyond. Every question that i have ever had was answered to my satisfaction, and if they didnt know what the answer was, i was directed to somebody that did. Wonderful establishment, wonderful employees, and very worthy of five stars.

The new employees are rude and they sell damaged items and then when you buy a 3 pack of coils for close to 18.00 get them home and 1 of the 3 was damaged broken unusable. I was told they wouldnt replace the 1 coil but would give me 3.00 off next time. NEWS FLASH THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME. also bought a small vape had it 1 week it broke..took it to the shop and they held it for owner this was 6 months ago. Never got my paid for device back or a refund or anything at all...i was a commited shopper here until this all happened. Now i will tell anyone who listens DONT SHOP HERE!! Go to the Emporium where they honor their products

Terrible customer service, wouldn’t explain the difference between salt nic and free base, both employees preferred to be condescending and rude. In the end I ended up with extremely harsh juice with only a quarter of the nicotine. Imagine if I had added all of them! I feel a simple explanation was in order

I got my vape here and it stopped working randomly, hadn’t even had it for a month so I brought it in, the manger remembered me really nice guy he replaced my vape of no charge, Told me if I had any issues to bring it back in! Thank you so much! Great customer service.

Top notch customer service! When I bought a new mod and it quit working after three hits I called and was told to come back and they could remedy the situation. Turns out the mod was bad, so I was given a replacement no questions asked! Will definitely be back!

Stop overcharging people....a 14.99 North vape after tax should be 16.04...instead I get charged over 17 dollars EVERY TIME...STOP STEALING FROM PEOPLE!!!!

The customer service is less than desirable and so is the selection. If I wanted to buy my vape supplies from a head shop full of kids buying salt nic, this would be the place.
