All of the employees Ive encountered are very knowledgeable and friendly. Joe really knows his stuff! Very nice guy! And today I met a new employee I havent seen yet named Brenda. She was also very friendly! The prices are very reasonable and their glass/smoke products are really nice... I give 5 stars to Wild Bills Tobacco in Findlay, Ohio!

I used to go to this place all the time loved the rewards would have gave it five stars until today I had my 9-month-old baby with me he was in a infant carrier and I got told he couldnt be in the store I was literally by myself and couldnt leave him in the car and they refused me service because I had him I will never go here again I will not leave my baby in the car while I get a pack of cigarettes he has to go in the store with me if Im by myself will be calling Management in morning to ask what type of place kick somebody out because of an infant carrier

The GM at this location is great, also if you go in during early hours youll see Brenda and know it. Shes the nicest person and will leave you with a smile on your face while making sure you got the best deal they have to offer. 100% recommend this location. Keep it up B!

Today was my first visit to wild bills and it was a great experience. I had fun looking around at all the products and Erica was super helpful in getting me to a product that I would be happy with. I will be back when I run out of juice!

This place is amazing! This place opened in the building I work at, so it’s a quick and easy stop. HUGE selection of anything you could ever want at these types of shops. Erica is such a great employee and has always treated me well! Never had a bad experience here, and I highly doubt I will.

Became a regular through their July customer appreciation month. Was lucky enough to win two raffles (a tv and a blackstone) The best prices by far, even after the promotion ends. The location also has a friendly and knowledgeable staff with a wide selection of tobaccos, vapes, glassware and accessories.

Just went to wild bills and had an amazing/super helpful person at the cash register! Her name was Erin and she did amazing! Told me all of the amazing deals and knew where to lead me when I was uncertain on what I wanted! Definitely will be coming back!

I just want to say I had one of thee best experiences in a tobacco shop I ever had the manager Joe greeted me with the biggest smile and welcoming arms to point me where to go and the ladies behind the counter Erica was so attentive and very knowledgeable about all the products I was looking for the other female laci was super supportive in my decisions on what vape she would recommend also the other gentleman cree was pointing me in the direction of what vapes actually taste like what they say Im from Michigan and highly recommend this shop very nice and clean
