Palm spa

These ppl don’t speak any English. She insisted that I pay her (&a sled for a tip) before my service. SERVICE WAS GARBAGE. She left during the service multiple times and still finished my 60 minutes in 40. Who is honestly keeping this place open??

I call this place for an appointment. I mention I have fibromyalgia. Trying to see if they could work with me. The lady who answer the phone couldn’t understand what I was saying. She spoke a different language. She couldn’t understand the English language so she hung up on me. It would have been better if she had told me she didn’t speak my language and only cater to her language of people. It was very rude of her. I don’t write reviews I didn’t want this to go unnoticed by the public it wasn’t okay I thought people should know this. It wasnt right.
