JB Hawks Discount Tobacco and Vape

The staff is always polite, smiling, helpful, cheerful, and friendly to everyone who comes into the store. The staff makes you smile when you walk in the door each time because they show that they care about their customers by remembering their names and greeting them by name when they walk through the door. I would send everyone I meet there for services, and I definitely wouldnt think about taking my business anywhere else as long as JB Hawks doors are open and running!

Nice place to buy your vapes and play some slots. Busy but fast paced you can get in and out even with the line.

I use to be a regular till a lady who worked there on Christmas Eve was very rude and disrespectful and ignored me. Worst customer service ever . I will never in my life go to place again.

As I have come to expect from JB Hawks, the customer service I received here was top-notch. The two ladies who helped me even told me about additional details that I could receive by adding JB Hawks to my SnapChat. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive my discount even though I used the SnapCode that was posted in the location. It would have been nice if it was easier to get the discount, but I will not dock my rating because of this. The staff was extremely helpful.

JB Hawks Is always clean and the employees are helpful and friendly! The ATM doesnt charge you a fee which is Awesome! The Gambling area is nice and clean as well Overall great little spot oh on Tuesday they have. drawing keep your reciepts you might win some cash!

I love all the people, they are so friendly, I buy all my smoking materials there, and I gamble there too.

I am giving 4 stars only because of this last visit. Everyother visit has been just fine until this past Friday. My sister and I went in and were looking around. I noticed the worker getting mad at a customer and the customer saying some not so nice things back to her. He left so it was our turn, Nicole waited on us (at least thats whats on the receipt) She was so rude! My sister asked a question about something in the case and she said I dont know I dont smoke. What you doing working in a smoke shop and dont smoke🤦‍♀️smy sister choose the cheaper one because of that. We both got smokes and the lady continued to act like we were taking up her time the whole checkout. The other girl there(who is always so pleasant) looked at her like she wasnt liking the vibe either. Good service is hard to find anymore so I dont blame the place, but that lady needs an attitude check by management for sure.

Sometimes they have treats for my pup. Salespeople are friendly.

Great prices and variety. Theres a couple people that work there that are rude and obviously hate their job but, theres also people that work there that are helpful and friendly.

Nice and helpful employees. Not much in stock for what I was looking for, however, I know they usually have loads of selections on most days and great choices of incense. Good prices and I will shop there again.

I think the employee who helped me should have at least a little product knowledge or at least act like she cares! The other woman working was more helpful and offered some insight but the one taking care of me worthless.

I stop by at least once a week. Love the assortment of items available. Friendly staff, always helpful. I do miss the free pizza in the gambling den.

Good Service with Kindness

I first started going here after several bad experiences with 309 vape. The manager is awesome! He helps he knows what hes talking about and he will go out of his way to help you.the staff is great only one problem with the the staff and it was fixed asap! I can not say enough good things about this place and I will never go anywhere else!

The prices went up when they took over. The service is good but not necessarily worth the cost increase. Not the raising of taxes but the actual price of tobacco and tubes.
