They’re one of these businesses who’s hours are written in pencil - don’t feel the need to open their doors during their listed business hours. I live in a rural area and drove an hour to get here at noon on Saturday because it says they open at 11am, and surprise! Not open. Have some respect for your business and open your doors during your listed hours. The good news is there are several other vape shops nearby that are OPEN.

A great vape shop. They have a pool table and its a fun place to hang. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a huge selection of juice and devices. And they are never to busy to help you with a question or get you what your looking for. I had a mod brake and they offered the newer model for free under warranty. Overall 5 out of 5 star. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Great atmosphere in store, LOVE the music and juice bar. Let you sample all of their juices and everyone there seems passionate about their jobs. Knowledgeable staff and operator, Ive had problems with my vape (did not buy in store) they had the parts and accessories for it and they even installed them for me for free after purchase. Its a vape paradise through and through.

Best vape shop I’ve ever been to let alone in the Area and I’ve been to MANY vape shops in many states over past decade. They have more inventory and options and color options and coil and glass and battery wraps. Not to mention glass and tons of other stuff. Go see for yourself. The staff is knowledgeable and backs up everything they sell and won’t sell anything they know is defective or has issues

Helpful and friendly staff for veteran vapers and new ones! Theres tons of merchandise to choose from and a variety of juices and flavors as well. The prices are great and their products are as well! Ive been going faithfully for a few years now and the quality has not changed a bit!

The staff at 309 vapors is always professional, and very patient for my many questions. The buy 10(i think?) get one free on the 60 mil bottles is just one of the various incentives to limit my vaping expenditures solely to this store. Thank you so much for your outstanding vape store!

The only nice thing here is the actual establishment. (Hence, the 2 star review). The workers are SO RUDE. But I guess when it’s the only vape shop for miles, they expect the business and don’t actually care about having good customer service. Me and my husband have been in many vape shops since he travels for work, but this one is on our list of “DO NOT RETURN”.

Update: As you can see no reaching out to help quell any friction or, God forbid, make it right with customer. I will make it my life work to see this place closed and gone. One guy there is very cool and great help but thats a needle in haystack there. DONT EVER go there, trust me, there was better treatment in concentration camps.WOW! I couldnt have been more offended if they greeted me with goose steps & tattooed numbers on my arm! Was talked down to about their refusal combining punch cards, as it teaches us responsibility, even as I explained I left it in my stepdads hospital room where he is battling cancer. Yeah sorry I wasnt on top of remembering card!Also 2xs Ive been in to buy coil for Vape and told they dont have it as I see it in plain view. Its not their brand so no help.Man, I was loyal customer but that gets you kicked in the sack. Rude, dismissive, condescending and thats the best parts. NEVER again will I go here, drive anyone else or even recommend it.I had given this place a 5 in haste before and embarrassed I ever recommended it to anyone

Could not ask for a more conscientious set of staff members or better services! The atmosphere is almost family-like. I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Yes, this location is obviously vape friendly. Great prices, great products, wide variety of juices, mods, tanks, and Vaping Accessories. Also has a small selection of emblazoned clothing items. I bought my Revenger X Kit by Vaporesso here just 3 or 4 days ago and I am 100% satisfied. I havent even thought of a cigarette since my transaction. Thank you all at 309 Vapors! I am proud to bring you my custom and I have referred you to all my friends on Facebook. And a few of my friends will be bringing their money to you as well.

The guys are as helpful as they can be. Give good advice. Quick and speedy service. But if you also wanna spend all day up there. Thats an option too
