I went to get Botox for my forehead and between my brows. It did not take and I was told to come back in to have it looked at and to have additional injections. It helped on my forehead but not between my brows which was the area I wanted to focus on. I have never had issues with Botox not working before, but there was absolutely no difference. Although Tara was very pleasant and provided a second round of injections, I will not be going back. Paying over $400 for a service that doesnt work is not something I can afford. Strange that it didnt work when I have never had issues in the past.

I’ve been seeing Heather for years. She’s always an injector that is upfront with what she thinks will work best for you and I really appreciate that. She’s cautious to be sure you will not look like you had work done but rather look natural and refreshed.I’ve also seen Tara for a Halo and great care and after care.You won’t be disappointed by your treatments here.

Tara was amazing!! I was a nervous nelly as I don’t like pain - (does anyone?) so I needed the right person for the job! Tara was great at explaining everything and was so great with the attention to detail when doing the procedure - I left feeling like she hit all areas of my face and my specific concerns were attended to - I’m 2 weeks from the first session of the RF Secret micro-needling and I can see some changes already - smoothness of skin and more youthful looking (perkier?) and I didn’t cry! I am not sure that writing a simple review can express to all of you reading this how incredibly awesome Heather is at achieving the most amazing aesthetic results possible. To say she is good at what she does is an understatement. I have been taking advantage of Heathers expertise for several years. There has NEVER been a time that I was not ecstatic with how I looked when I left her office. I went and saw Tara a few months ago to try filler for the first time and she is just too good! She is thoughtful and conservative so that you don’t end up looking like a crazy person. It was like I suddenly had gotten more sleep and looked rested (I definitely had not gotten more sleep!) and my lips… the volume is so good! I honestly like wearing lipstick for the first time ever after always feeling like I had tiny lips. Go see Tara and Joslin Medical Spa, you won’t regret it!

Ive been going to Heather Joslin for years. I send my family and friends to her as well. I have never had a bad experience. Only great results. I trust Heathers opinion. Shes not there to sell you a lot of expensive procedures. Shes their to help make you look younger and feel beautiful. I highly recommend going here.

Where do I even begin!!!! The space is drop down gorgeous which makes you feel immediately confident about the service you are about to receive. Special shout out to Tara the injection and filler QUEEN. Going into detail before even starting every appointment to ensure we are achieving the goals we want. Analyzing every step of the way and checking on me and my comfort. She’s my personal hype girl who makes me feel gorgeous inside and out. Not to mention down to earth never pushing me into anything unwanted or unnecessary, simply there to help me find my perfect look. I’ve been to other bigger name spas but never felt as welcomed or received as many compliments as I have once I started treatments with Tara.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful Diamond tip hydro facial with Camille yesterday. She explained the entire process to me first and then really took her time throughout the entire process. Tara is absolutely AMAZING! Ive had Botox before (elsewhere) but the last time couple of times I got it done, I didnt get the results Id wanted. I came to Tara after being referred by a friend, pointed out the areas that I was unhappy with and what I wanted changed... and she nailed it! I am SO happy with the outcome. 5 stars is not enough. Heather has been my little beauty secret for over a decade!! I drive all the way from Austin to see her because she truly is an expert in her field. Now she has her own new spot and everything is leveled up. People ask my secret all the time… Heather is it!!I recently had a bbl laser therapy done with her aesthetician, Rebecca, to reverse some summer sun damage and now I’m hooked on the laser too!!!I can’t rave enough about this place!!!!!!!

I’ve been seeing Heather for about 3 years now and I am constantly impressed and amazed with the results I get. I was very hesitant about injectables but she helper answer all my dumb questions and checked in on me when I would text her photos and videos. My lips look very natural and not overly done and my Botox is always perfect. She listens to what I want and does exactly that. I wanted my eyebrows higher and bam! Tara is a great injector! She spends time analyzing natural features and uses Neurotoxins and fillers to accentuate the natural contours. She is kind and informative whenever I have questions.
