I think they are great. I’m in about three times a month. If they don’t have something, they help me find what I need. I also have a special needs child that is very small and could easily be considered under 21, when in fact she is nearly 30…they are so nice, they ask her birthday and then just go on with their day.They help with questions even if you call, so I’m just very satisfied.
You know Ive loved this place for yrs...but people who work 12 hrs on 1 job and 4 at the 2nd with one day off and you call pull up 801 something just aint right with world now Ill have to try not to get a speeding tomorrow too cause you can only do what you can do...Ill just shop somewhere else! Its not in reference to whole store...you know who you are! Have the day you deserve!! But Ill still go elsewhere
Definitely wont ever be coming back to this location! This was my go-to shop in Georgetown for quite some time. Generally had a good experience and they always had what I needed. I go in today to get some coils and juice. Service was quick and prompt as usual, however when I got home and went to replace the coil, I noticed that there was only 1 coil in the bag where I had purchased 2. I proceeded to look through my car again and around the kitchen counter where the bag was to see if it had perhaps fallen out as this could be a possibility as the bag is slick and the coils themselves are small. I however did not find the coil anywhere. I live 5 mins or less from the shop and only went to there and back with no other stops. Long story short, I called the shop, and the person could seem to care less about the issue. Basically, offered no solution besides counting and saying his coils were all there. I have worked in the hospitality industry for around 15 years and have seen people trying to get free stuff by saying something was wrong or missing. In these circumstances, its generally a repeat offender. I have been a loyal customer to this store for years now and have never had any issues until now. While the coil could have fallen out anywhere between here or there, the issue is I dont have it now and instead of replacing it they would rather lose a loyal customer over 4.99. Either way I wont be returning and will recommend whoever I can to stay away! If you are willing to lose a customer over 4.99 then obviously you dont appreciate the customers, you do have.P.S. I have just read through some of the other negative reviews for this place. If someone in management feels the need to come on here and blast my review, please know it only makes you look more unprofessional than anything. Ultimately, in this situation it could have been lost anywhere. Is that your fault? Not really, however is it the customers fault either? Not really either. If you go to any establishment and get a drink for instance and it slips out of your hand, 90% of the time someone will replace the drink and even help clean it up. That is good customer service despite it clearly being the customers fault. This is an issue where honestly, its not clear who is to blame. If a product falls out of a bag, is it the customers fault? Either way the blatant disregard and care from the associate on the phone is more than enough for me to stay away.
This is the only vape shop I will go to. Love this place and the people. Good prices as well also very helpful when picking something out
Literally confronted at the door stating they couldnt help me when there was NO ONE else in the store. Ill be going elsewhere.
This store is a joke. I don’t recommend anyone buying anything from them because they’re not professional at all. Their customer service is terrible and they overcharge for everything they sell. Most of their disposable vaping products are expired and they will try to sell them to you anyway. Then you can’t return whatever it is you bought bcuz they will find a loophole and claim you’re not eligible for a refund. Don’t make same mistake I did!! GO TO ANOTHER VAPE SHOP!!!
Plenty of choices for vape juice, pods, tanks, kits etc... good prices and most of the employees are nice but I often feel hurried by them. Not all of the employees but two or three that I have come across. I often buy several juices and a new kit here and there but I would probably buy more if I didnt feel like they were trying to get me out of the store in a hurry.
We usually use the locations in Lexington for MVS, but we were over here and stopped by tonight… and the staff was the most helpful I’ve experienced thus far! Might even go out of our way to frequent this shop. Highly recommended!
Good selection and great customer service. Employees are very up-to-date on the products they sell. Have been very helpful with all the items we have bought. I recommend anyone who wants great products at a good price give them a try.
There staff is exceptional. Everytime I go in to get a coil for my vap they will clean it for me and replace the coil for me. They have a customer for life. Tha k you magic vapor shop
I had a tv18 tank which I continued to have issues with it over saturating and causing spit back and a z tank by geekvape that I felt was all vapor and no flavor so walked in to get a new tank. After explaining my issues I was recommended the UWELL Valyrian tank. And after breaking in my first coil I must say its a very satisfying vape. As long as it doesnt leak this will be perfect for me. I noticed my juice tastes better than it ever has and the vapor production is perfect as well. Thanks.

I just gotta say what a great staff there is in Georgetown. They are always helpful and will answer any question you have. The staff will help you figure out whats best for you, not them. Ive always been given plenty of time to look and sample, never felt rushed out. No complaints at all, been in the store several times and always felt welcomed.
The tall guy with the glasses makes it very easy to shop here and never miss led me about the products. I appreciate him its just not customer service he provides he is very personable and treats it like its his store and you are his friend. Hope he is going to college he could go very far in the work force with his attitude. Good job tall guy dude in the khaki shorts!!
Have been vaping for over 2 years and have had at worst a good experience in this shop. If you need something talk to Tim. They have never pushed products on me and i always leave happy. At all locations the staff has been good. G town Nicholasville Winchester. They are all great.
Big selection of not so great juice, poor customer service, they dont back up what they sell. Go here if you have no other options. If you have an issue with something they sell they will blame you even if it was defective when they sold it. Update: apparently the owner responded and put my purchase history on blast. Not professional at all. But since he wants to go there...lets go there. The shop had actually sold a defective coil. Since this is a few dollar product youd think it wouldnt be a big deal to replace. Well they have a no refund policy, I get that but no exchange was offered. It wasnt hours or days later it was within 10 minutes of purchase. I was told it was my fault it was defective which is bs. You will occasionally get bad coils it happens with any mass produced product. The staff was genuinely rude about it. Furthermore it is my honest opinion that your staff can be rude and your selection compared to other stores is crappy. Whats not cool is cracking on me (not cool dude) for expressing my opinion. If you the owner werent rude, tried to apologize once in a while Id give more stars
This is a great vape show. I have been too many shops and they are the best. All the staff are always willing to help you in anyway they can. the manager and all the rest of her staff know me by name and pretty much what Im gonna get. Its like a small town store that knows you and your family and always make you feel welcome.
Staff was friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable about the products. Originally, I was just going in for a new subtank for my Magneto, but I ended up buying a new Kanger mini setup to get into variable voltage. The staff did not persuade me one way or another and was not pushy at all. They just gave me the information I needed to make a decision. I really had a great experience and would recommend Magic Vapor Shop to others.
Rude staff. No help what so ever. Was told by some young blonde kid they don’t carry a certain product, went back with the friend who said they bought the product and behold!!!! There it was!!! Sad that a customer knows what’s at the store more than the employees. Older lady with black hair was very nice. The young blonde kid, not so much.

If you like faulty equipment with no returns then prob the best place on the plant. Youll end up spending 400 dollars in a week trying to get you vape to work and paying for juice that tastes good.
Awesome place everyone was so helpful when youre trying to find an alternative to smoking theyre the place to go to you get to try what youre going to buy for you actually purchase it

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff. On top of that, shop offers military and Toyota discount. I wonder why it is never mentioned in their commercials.
Too bad i couldnt give a negative star i would they are so rude. People dont give your money to them. You work hard for your money dont give it to people like that. My 17 year old went with me and they was so rude to her. What a shame.
