Refresh and Renew Wellness Studio - Baltimore

Where do I start. Ms. Que is a heaven sent. My husband and I were tremendously blessed by Ms. Que hands. We visited Maryland Baltimore to visit our cousin, and she bless us with this gift.Its like GOD knew I needed this right before my hospital stay. I almost didnt want to go through it. I thought it wasnt worth the time to spend on myself,,,,, I learned self care is NOT selfish. I went through it. The massage let me tell you Ms. Que hands, personality, and spirit were warm and knew exactly where I was sore and stiff. She worked her blessed and gifted hands on us. My husband slept like a baby. He needed this also. Like No Other, I wish I could have taken her back to Brooklyn New York with us.

Had a wonderful experience with obtaining services from Refresh and Renew Wellness! The location is convenient and there is tons of parking. The building was clean and comfortable!I received a facial from Que! Que made the experience SO much better for me. She was very easy to talk to about my concerns and what I was looking for. Her attitude and demeanor was so cheerful and welcoming! The facial was so relaxing (I think I almost fell asleep) and made a huge difference in my facial appearance! I look forward to my future bookings with Que and I recommend others do the same!

Amazing massage therapist and person. First time getting a massage and she made me feel comfortable, listened intently to my needs, and took her time! Every step of the way, she wanted to make sure I was comfortable and stress free. I’m so happy to have met her!

This was my first time getting a massage from the lovely lady Q and let me tell you she is AWESOME. I am so glad I took a chance on her as she worked magic on me. I was in so much pain when I got there but when I left I could feel a difference so it was worth every penny. She was very professional, kind and sweet, she really listens to what your needs are and talks you through the process. I called at the last minute and she came in extra early that day to fit me into her schedule. She said she does not like to see anyone in pain and wanted to help me as soon as possible.I cannot wait to go back for my second treatment. Omg I love Refresh and Renew. The Queen Lady Q is the best went in for a Brazilian after quarantine, baby let me tell you she tamed this jungle. She was super professional I was really sensitive beacuase it had been so long. She coached me right through she was very thorough. It was the best experience I definitely rebooted and followed her home care instructions. And lets just say my fiance loved it more than me.

I have been to Ms.Q a couple of times and each time has been amazing!! I found her through a family friend and has been going to her every since. She is very down to earth and very motherly like which I love. The room is very clean and organized. She provides other services besides waxed as well. If you are in the area or close by please stop by and visit Ms.Q, you won’t regret it!!!!!!!!

When I called, a young woman named Q answered and she was positively delightful to speak with. Answered the phone with a warm greeting, cheerfully provided information and even offered to try and work me in today if their later appointment cancelled. She even volunteered the price information so there wouldnt be any surprises.Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented. A+ customer service. I havent had an appointment yet but after that pleasant conversation, you can bet I absolutely will as soon as one is available.

Marquita is an amazing therapist. She listens attentively to her clients issues and concerns before each appointment. Once the therapy session begins, she became the tight muscle relaxer. Very professional, and excellent Customer Service. The Ladies came out at a last minute request for a Spa Party at our location. The setup was beautiful. They were prompt and they even gave out gifts to the Ladies in the party. The massage felt amazing and so relaxing. I will be getting more of them. It is a must lol. Never had the foot paraffin before and I must say I will be getting this again. Due to ankle surgery I had before I am very skeptical of people dealing with my feet and or ankle because of the sensitivity and this felt sooo good. Left my feet feeling so soft and supple. I purchased the Relax Spray and my daughter and I both sprayed our bed that night and had a peaceful yet relaxing sleep. I have very sensitive skin and this did not bother me one bit. A wide variety of different products as well. These ladies Rock!!

Over the weekend I experienced LQ Body and Skin Care Studio at a spa party and the experience was nothing less than wonderful. Q and Neq were both very professional and attentive and the services were so relaxing. Book yourself an appointment for an amazing experience, you will not be disappointed!
