Their actual sign reads KVC Smoke Shop, but its the same place. These guys are great! If you have seen some of my other reviews you will see that i have not had good experiences at vape shops in general, especially if there is a problem. These guys actually care about their customers. Hopefully you never have a problem to begin with, but if you do they will make it right. Thats the service thats hard to find anywhere anymore!

So I came in me and wife we were shopping around for the best Kratom we could get and there was a gentleman named Aaron in there I saved his name in my phone because he knew so much about Kratom and was such a nice person to work with he told us to call him with any questions we had and he was awesome to work with and its nice when you can tell someone loves their job I will be back for sure when he is working

Their nicotine vape pens are really nice to help quit smoking, havent found these brands and flavors anywhere else. Good people, very kind. Best place to find a baby proof piece for anyone who can not be trusted with glass for even a second. The staff was super friendly and knew exactly what I needed, they even showed me some cute themed silicone peices as well for next time. I send all my friends there now, even if they dont come in looking to buy, they leave with at least a new toker poker or lighter. 10/10 staff made my day and saved my bank account.

I have been to many smoke shops and i like them all but this one is my favorite the staff there is awesome they actually take the time to welcome you in there store no matter what they are doing they are all very friendly and have great customer service. there prices are very reasonable and have a good variety of products i recommend everyone check them out when they can you wont be disappointed very friendly and the manager is just as nice as the employees and you can tell he cares about the customers and his staff......

My favorite shop in arbutus!!! Hands down! I dont see many smoke shop owners that actually know their product to the extent of the owner of kratom kvc shop. Huge selection of smoking accessories, tobacco, and vape products. Very nice selection of kratom. Being a former opioid addict I either live in pain or resort to kratom. Tons of cbd product, beautiful pipes, ash trays, dab pucks, pretty knives, you name it!!! Kratom and KVC shop will impress you. Picked up a purple rose supply mold for making cannagars last week. I had only seen them on instagram prior. As I have followed them for a while. Out of five stars I give this business more like 7*
