The charging port for my argus burned out while i was driving back to baltimore. i had grabbed a drag pro, but realized it didn’t have a battery built in. they got me what i needed quickly and were extremely knowledgeable. gotta give the five star. i wish i’d bought the vape itself from here too, but this is gonna be my spot even though it’s a drive. recommended it to a few locals to who said they couldn’t find a spot

This is my go to vape spot and has been for a couple years now. The staff is always very friendly and informative. They have a very large selection of vape juices and mods that are always stocked. The store is always very clean and well laid out. I just wish they opened a little earlier lol. I strongly recommend this place to everyone for any and all vape needs.

Amazing service, Kyle was even able to track down some old models of vapes for me and made sure to stock all the accessories for me when my favorite vape got discontinued.

Stopped by while on a road trip, and this place is great! Awesome to see so many flavors on the wall, and awesome to see staff who seems like they really care about vaping as a whole vs the cash grabs you see popping up attached to every gas station across the country. Will definitely make a point to stop back by next time I’m up this way!

I’m a novice vapor, so it was my first time in the shop or any shop for that matter. All I can say is the customer service was awesome. The guy who helped me was John. He took the time and made sure I left the shop completely satisfied. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He made sure I had exactly what I needed for my experience level. Not only that he made sure I understood what I needed to know as a beginner. Wish I experienced more customer service like this in other places. Will come here again and again no doubt about it!

I go to this store ALL of the time! I go at LEAST once a week.The staff are very patient and friendly, especially since Im tasting flavors almost every visit haha! They constantly have new flavors come in.They also do a nice Happy Hour sale on Mon - Thurs from 5pm - 7pm where everything is 15% off!Id recommend this shop to everyone.

Gentleman that was working today was very helpful helped explain everything to us as well as got to start it Im ready to vape. I honestly have to say although all their employees are very nice this gentleman was the most useful and I didnt even catch his name. I know that he works Saturday and they open at 11 he waited on me Saturday February 2nd at 11 and was very very helpful

Honestly one of the worst vape shops Ive been to. When I went, only one person was working and nobody else was in the store. I was rushed to make a decision and was not informed a flavor I bought was menthol so I wasted 25 dollars because of failing to guide me in the right direction. The flavor bar they have is no good especially with burnt out coils and no juice in it. I told the dude that was helping me that I couldnt taste anything and he said must be the coils and continued to rush my decision. Not a good vape shop at all

Clean, modern looking store. Cool juice tasting bar. Ive been in there many times. Every staff member Ive met is really nice and very helpful when Ive had questions. Im so picky about juice flavors, I annoy myself, but every time Ive taste tested stuff, staff has been patient. The house brand has some nice juices. Love the watermelon, in particular. And they carry my favorite brand, Vape Wild. Someone in a previous post called the location ghetto. It is NOT a rough area at all. Its just tucked away and quiet between two busier areas. Just around the corner is a huge shopping center with a lot of stores... Ive been to a few other vape stores in the area and every one of them scared me away for one glaring issue or another. Im sticking with Vapor Villa!

The only reason Im even getting two stars is because of John he has great customer service and as a very well spoken and very attentive to customers I recently bought and I Joy wand didnt even had it two weeks and have problems with it so I brought it back within my 30 day warranty John took care of it gave me a brand new Mod... not even two weeks later the new mod started messing up as well so I called ahead John was off because it takes me 35 to 45 minutes to drive there spoke to a gentleman named Marcus explain the situation he said bring it in Ho give us a refund no questions asked so I drove all the way down go to the Marcus completely 180 on everything he says since said he could not give us the refund without speaking to the owner so he called the owner on his cell phone gave us the runaround but when my wife asked for the owners number he refused to give it to her so not only am I out $53 for a vape $15 for coils gas money mr. Marcus act like it was no big deal have a nice day so if John is not working I suggest you not make any purchases that day

Disappointed. I needed to order a new nord pod for my smok RPM40 and I ordered new coils as well so order arrived coils were right for my device pod wrong called right away he said thats what they handed me i told him its the wrong pod its to small will not fit he ask can you wait till tomorrow. I send no i need today mine is leaking so he said i can bring it properly an hour i said fine. Then he calls back said we dont have the nord pods in stock only standard then i looked at my Receipt and it said standard as well no that was not what I ordered i know what I use and it said nord pod 3 pack when I clicked on it and added to my cart. So he tells me I can being you the standard but the coils you have will not fit well I know that so why would I order a standard pod and nord coils. All in all bad business I had never ordered from them before but seen they had what I needed and ordered and well my mistake will never happen again I will order from smok itself. Now got to wait for a refund for their glitch in the system.

Last weekend I came in with an issue with my device and really didn’t want to spend money because I’ve wasted a lot of it recently on my vape, but we ended up having to. The guy that helped us primarily, ignored me when I tried preventing him from breaking a piece off my device- not sure why the dude ignored me but he ended up breaking a little clip that locks the tank in place. Anyway, I didn’t mention it at first because it seemed to not matter. The guy sold me a new device to try and fix the issue but that ended up not working, before we left he said if we had any issues to come back within 30 days of the purchase. He was wrong, I came back this evening to exchange the device for coils and a battery for my old device and the guy needed a receipt to do an exchange. I was already irritated because of my experience with the other guy, but this guy (can’t remember his name- it’s an uncommon name)helped me even despite me being rude. I wasn’t trying to be rude but I just wanted my vape to work 🤣. Anyway, the guy helped me with the exchange and now my vape works perfectly. So I am really glad that I received good customer service despite me not having a receipt and despite me being rude! I also told him that the other guy broke my vape and he assured me that would never happen again. Thanks y’all.

Great selection of mods, tanks, juices. You name it, they probably have it. The people that work here always are very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. Just purchased a couple tanks from them the other day.

This place is tucked in a industrial/office park. I came across it by googling local vape shops when I needed coils and didnt feel like driving all the way to my normal store. I never even knew this place was here! I decided to give it a try and I was pretty impressed. The inside was nice and staff was great! They were really helpful and prices were even better then my normal store. I was glad to find another good vape store so close to home. I will definetly be stopping back by again!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Never go here. Asked for a juice he rung it up and was completely wrong one then when I told him was wrong one said he can’t take it back no refunds. Absolutely worst place is the history of the planet do not ever go here ever. And juice is old and terrible. Complete waste of money.

The location is a little off the beaten path, but overall prices are good they seem to be up on whats trending in the vaping world. Guy who works there is pretty honest and straight forward. Will return.

These guys and the owner are dishonest ,they sold me a vape which they told me it was new and it wasnt, my vape was used and it didnt even have the original parts on it .my vape was dafected and there policy is they would take it back . But the owner or manager gave me a hard time and didnt want to honor there return policy.beware of buying vapes from this location ..and for the record I was charged double what the vape actually cost .so if I were any consumer instead of going to vapes shops where the charge you double .yall can buy straight from the manufacturer like they do for half the price that includes juices to . Right, am so pis cause I was a loyal customer to them for four years ,and if am a customer telling you that am having problems with this vape you need to honor your return policy which its seem they just want you money and dont care nothing about there customers especially a customer who moved away and I still drove 10 miles to go to a place that I was familiar with. So Google vapes mods and yall can buy where they buy from for half the price

I recently bought a device from here. A Ijoy Capo Squonk . This is my first time vaping . . Used it maybe 3-4 times a day and now it wont hold a charge , and when it shows charge on the screen , the charger is not attached. So disappointed. But the manager and rep there helped me along the way.. Replaced the unit with a new one .I will definitely go back for more accessories. FYI You have to try the Strawberry Jam Cookie and Key Lime Cookie by Sad Boy .. LITI HAVE ALREADY REFFERED 2 PPL 👌🏽👌🏽
