My mom loved her Birthday gift at Massage Envy High Point! She was initially unsure about the experience because she doesn’t like to be “pampered”. Marie and Brandi were very friendly. They helped ease her anxiety and realize this was a form of self care. By the end of the massage, she didn’t want it to end and likened the experience to a relaxation in paradise. She enjoyed the calm accompanying music. Brandi, the masseuse, took care to ensure it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Marie was very thorough in explaining the many services. We will definitely be back, and consider a membership!

I’ve had Sam as my provider for well over a year now. I’ve always felt comfortable and so relaxed I fall asleep most of the time. When I have uncomfortable tension, Sam makes sure to focus on the problem areas and I really feel the difference the next day. Highly recommend Sam!!

I had a massage with Ethan yesterday! His pressure was exactly what I needed. I know that he is able to go light but I am someone who prefers work that is heavy and deep because my career is very physical and hard on the body. Ethan used multiple techniques and a good heavy to an almost deep pressure to address every last one of my needs. He communicated about pressure and making sure it was right, he made sure I was comfortable with the table heat and bolster. He was extremely pleasant to talk with when I wasn’t zoning out to the relaxation.I walked out feeling rejuvenated and much looser than I have felt in a long time. My neck, back, glutes, legs, and feet feel like they are new again!Thank you Ethan!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I called and made an appointment two to three days before. On the day of while waiting for my appointment time, the receptionist informed me that she noticed I wanted medium to firm massage and informed me that my masseuse had a recent injury and was only doing light to medium. I stated it would be fine as long as I could get medium, as long as it wasnt light. You guessed it! She did light only. Just have to figure out a masseuse there thats good for me. Pleasant, helpful, informative staff.

First time I’ve been back her for a massage since my last therapist left. Haily is amazing! It took all I had not to fall asleep because I was enjoying the massage so much and didn’t want to sleep through it lol!

This massage envy is a great location. The front staff is always kind, eager to help, knowledgeable and all around they are wonderful people. The manager is nice and takes time out of their day to say hi to people as they walk in. My massage therapist is Alison and I cannot recommend her enough. She is a skilled therapist and a wonderful soul who always makes each of my visits exactly what I need in terms of mental and physical health. The rooms are always clean and welcoming and the music is never too loud. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had a 90 min massage therapy by Alison. I explained my current aches and issue and she explained the plan for this session. After my 90 min massage and stretch, I felt so much better. I have booked another appt to continue to release the stiffness and issue. Alison is a great therapist!

Extreme tension and knots? Tired of fluff massages that dont get close to touching your pain? Ask for Knowledge and your definition of massage with change. She is known as the heavy-handed therapist at this location, and boy does she deliver. Ive never yielded to pressure before, and still havent, but Knowledge definitely got me as close as Ive ever been. She goes deep and gets real results, and seriously with no pun intended, she is extremely knowledgable in her field. Overall 10/10 therapist, and the only reason I signed up for Massage Envy membership.

My massage was AMAZING! Haley was calm relaxing and her hands work magic!. I was so tense and tight and left feeling like a new me. She is great and I will book with her again! Thank you Haley.

I hadn’t been in a while & really was starting to feel the tension in my neck/ lower back. Greyson understood the assignment let me tell you! She definitely used firm pressure like I asked & I instantly felt relief after our session! Very grateful & will be back!

Latisha, at the front desk, was so friendly and truly amazing!! This was my first massage and Latisha was so easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and helped me understand my options with no sign of judgment. I will definitely be coming back and a lot of that is owed to Latisha. Having such a friendly and welcoming person at the front desk does wonders.

First time visiting and I’ve had some major sciatic pain and inflammation flare up in the last year since having my youngest and I saw Chasity. She is great. I am very picky about massages because some people can’t get deep enough to help but Chasity did amazing!. She focuses on your problem areas and takes time to show you stretches and things to help you. I signed up for membership to start coming here and just had my 2nd massage with her, she really works out my kinks and I leave so relaxed. I can’t wait to see her again. I want to also mention front desk is very welcoming and helpful Jess was the sweetest! All the others have been great too, and I am all about service so great job high point location!!! Can’t wait to see you all again next month.

Visiting Wendy is my favorite part of the month! She is so wonderful, and I always look forward to my visit with her. I’m having a surgery in a couple of weeks and the staff went above and beyond arranging a 2 hour massage for me when I arrived! I had 2 account credits and it was such a treat to get to use them back to back. 💕

My first time getting a professional massage and I left outta there running. I feel sooooo much better! Jaimie IS THE TRUTH! I’ve already scheduled my next visit! The whole staff were very nice! Hello there tight muscle I didn’t know I had but was wreaking havoc on my body! Greyson is amazing. Firm, steady, and strong she’s always able to deliver the “just right” pressure you need for a completely satisfying massage. I love that she reads the room so well, in that she is conversational when you want to be but is also conscious of the solitude and quiet the client needs. I cannot recommend Greyson enough.

Alison is a great therapist! She is kind and really cares about your wellbeing. She found every sore spot in my neck and the hardest worker ever! The team at the front are remarkable and professional !

I really enjoy coming to this Massage Envy! It’s nice and quiet and tranquil. Wendy was great at working out knots, very friendly, and I’m not sore the following days! (like I would be with deep tissue work.)

Went to massage envy and got a massage and I wish I had went sooner because it was way over due. I work for a clinic and I am always on my feet and bending and twisting and my back and feet were killing me. My therapist was Shay and she did an amazing job. She took the extra time to focus on key areas that were really sore and she made sure to ask if the pressure was ok and made my experience a great one. I left feeling so much better. Thanks Shay!!

I’ve been to this location multiple times, had many therapists and can say that 85% of the time I’ve been thrilled with the results. They have a good variety of massage therapists who know what they are doing. I’ve also had a few facials and Kierra is great; she can be very “persuasive” when it comes to retail but anything I’ve bought per her recommendation has worked and been a benefit to my skin. The staff definitely feels more like a family at times so they can come off laid back but at the end of the day they do seem to care about the overall client experience. I’ll keep coming back to this location for sure

Sam is fantastic. He understands muscles in a way that you WANT your MT to and is incredibly knowledgeable about how to manipulate them to offer the best pain relief and long-term results. He’s personable and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Sam, especially if you’re looking for a therapeutic massage to address pain and/or mechanical issues.

Staff was so friendly and Chasity was amazing!! I have 3 slipped ribs and she was able to provide serious relief from so much muscle tension from it and relieve my static pain also due to the injury. Looking forward to my follow-up visit!

As soon as I walked into Massage Envy, I was greeted by the receptionists at the front desk with smiles and they made me feel welcomed. My massage therapist name was Lanora. I can tell you she is someone who loves her job and takes pride in what she does. This is one of the best massages I have ever had. I would highly recommend her!! The pressure was perfect and I have never left feeling so relaxed!!

Chasity L. is fantastic! There are not enough words to describe her skill set! If you like a more firm/deep pressure, this therapist is for you! 11/10 highly recommend!

I’ve been going for a long time to massage envy and have seen Tamara for the massage. She is wonderful and amazing at her job. I’ve also seen Stephanie for facials and she is very professional and she listens to you about your issues and recommends proper treatments. I’m super happy with her and with this place overall. Chasity was amazing, I expressed my concerns and areas of focus and she did not fail. I have a pretty stressful job and am always tense. She focused on my back and neck and pectoral areas. I feel so much better, I can move easier, breath better, and overall less “bottled up” thank you Chasity! Very thorough in her methods and massages.

Truth does an excellent job and she is really focused on results and making sure she is recommending procedures and products that are effective for your skin . I have seen significant improvement in my skin since I started working with her

Tamara was aware I was having a difficult time in my life and having great stress. She made a point of hitting all my pressure points which relieved my pain and did an excellent job of making me feel so much better. She is a really great person and respects you by telling her what you need help with. She knows how to deliver just what you need to reset your mind and body pain.

No exsaggaration, I came in Massage Envy leaning forward when I walked because of the stiffness in my lower back. I have and I am being treated for back issues. I left out standing and walking straight up with no discomfort. I went home doing stretches I use to do. It was an amazing experience. Ive had plenty of massages. This one was by far the greatest. I have to continue this. I want to be stronger and more flexible. The results of the massage showed me I can get so much better with correct knowledge and work. Thanks Jaimie.

I always love massage envy. I’ve been going to the Eastchester location since August 2012 and I do a two hour session every month. Sometimes it’s split between two therapists because very few do a full two hour session of deep tissue.My favorite therapists are Chastity, Grayson & Jamie (alphabetical order). I like someone that can really did into the deep tissue and root out all the knots and kinks in my body and they do it best.

Brandi gave a very relaxing massage. She made me feel very comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted. Probably the best I have had in a long time

Tamara does a wonderful message. She always asks if there is a specific area that needs extra attention and if the pressure she applies is correct. For example last night I pointed out that my neck was hurting and towards the end she used a warm towel and lifted my head up and moved it slowly in various ways. Today it feels so much better! Looking forward to the hot stone I have booked for my next appointment with Tamara.

Haley is a great massage therapist. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my whole session.

Truth was awesome! This was the first time I had the microdermabrasion and I really enjoyed the service. My face is so much more hydrated and I even got to see the results of all that was removed from my pores.

First experience with cupping. Shay explained what she was doing and what I should expect and feel. I will do it again.

I have been seeing Truth for several years for my skin care needs. Her name is so fitting for the services she always provides.. she is the truth. She is very knowledgeable with the products she uses and takes very special care of my skin. I have reactive and very sensitive skin that can breakout easily, but since I have very well taken care of by Truth, I can see a big difference in the health of my skin. I appreciate her carefulness and she always has a listening ear. Go see her. You will not be disappointed.

Getting two massages, one with Greyson, followed by Jaimie, was one of the best experiences ever! I had been feeling completely drained, achy all over, and I really just needed this heavy duty pampering.

I have a membership and have had one for many years. I like deep tissue, and they provide. The only drawback is that for some reason or another. They cant keep staff. I get used to having my own personal therapist, and I find out that the particular therapist is no longer with us. Then, it is trial an error to find my next personal therapist.

ALISON has magic hands!!! ALISON IS AMAZING!!! She is thorough!!! She uses just the right amount of pressure and checks with me while using pressure!! She is thoughtful and kind!! And gives great advice like tennis balls under my foot in between sessions!!

I’ve had many massage throughout my years. Heather was definitely in the top 2 for me. She has definitely perfected her craft and I will drive an hour a month to book with her.

I spoke with Jess or Jessica on Wednesday Dec. 27th and made two 60 min massage appointments for Saturday the 30th at 2:00 pm for me and my friend visiting from out of state. She took my credit card and name. And confirmed my appointment date and time. My friend and I showed up only to find no record of an appt for me. The lack of sympathy for their error was unbelievable and definitely unacceptable. No efforts to attempt to make amends other than call sister locations to check for openings, as me and my friend stood there confused and disappointed! The massage was a surprise for my friend which she knew nothing about, yet they insisted on getting her name and number asking if the appt could be in her name. What a joke! My son gave me a gift card for this company that I don’t even want to use now because of the unprofessional bias treatment I received today. Very dissatisfied customer to say the least!!!

Had my 1st massage today since 2020. Allison was my masseuse and thank goodness. I never had anyone go after knots like she did. There were knots I didnt even know I had. Some massages are all about peace and relaxation, and others are for radical retuning. This was the latter. If youre one of those humans tolerating pinched nerves and tightness that doesnt seem to go away with regular or even deep tissue massages, Allisons your girl.Shes also very pleasant to talk with. Im not a chatty person and as someone who used to be in the service industry, I despise forced small talk. Of course the conversations always go easier for me if the other person is also ND.I deducted 1 star because there was a mistake with my appointment. I used the mobile app to book a 230. I arrived 5 minutes early and signed in at the desk. I sat there for waiting, and when it was 240, I asked the girl at the desk. She told me my appt was at 3. However, I had an email from the time I booked that had the time listed at 230. I was told this happens a lot when people use the app to book, and I should call instead. I did have a text that said 3, but I didnt see it because I bump my fonts up for accessible reading and it was cut off.I work in tech and apps so I know about bugs. The mobile app looks pretty but there are several user experience issues that make it really unpleasant to use. A bug that moves your appointment time up a half hour seems very weird to me, but ok, benefit of the doubt here. This franchise didnt build the thing so its not their fault.Im overjoyed I finally found someone cool who can dig out knots. Ill just call next time.

I had a facial with Stephanie. I have rosacea so my skin sometimes doesn’t react well to new products. I explained this to her and she recommended a calming facial. My skin felt and looked great after. I will return and will recommend her.

The spa was very clean and the front staff were welcoming and kind. Greyson listened well to my concerns and my massage reflected their attention to them. I left feeling much better and am looking forward to seeing them again soon to continue working on my problem areas. I already feel relief in the targeted areas.

The massage was so great that I purchased a membership although I told myself I wound not. I have already scheduled my next massage with Andrea. She is wonderful.

The staff is always so friendly and professional. The front desk was awesome!! I was a little bummed because I heard that the Cyme tinted lipgloss was seasonal and discontinued. It was my favorite and some of my other friends love it too!!

This review is for Erica, a.k.a. Greyson. She listens for my problem areas. She asks if the pressure is enough or not. She is so good I decided to do an hour and a half with her every time instead of an hour. She knows how to work my shoulders, which are my toughest area.

I booked the couples massage room and was open to any massage therapists. They called to let me know they would need to cancel and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said yes and scheduled for another time.They called a second time a day before the rescheduled appointment and let me know they would need to cancel. I told them they had already cancelled twice.I didn’t try to reschedule the appointment because two reschedules is excessive. It was poor time management on their part.

I’d rather have rated her 4.75 but Andrea was fantastic looking forward to the next session with her
