I purchased a discount vape not knowing or being told the vape doesnt recharge. The vape died two days later. I took the vape up to inquire about how to charge it and was told it would not recharge. I explained I just bought it. Was denied a refund and denied 10$ credit towards properly functioning vape. I will never shop there againwith the manager Z, and my vape was replaces. Thank you very much.

Bad prices, shop owner is late to his store constantly, and refund policy is not very good. if you ever have to buy something from here in case all the other stores are closed, make sure you thoroughly inspect your product since most of his vapes leak or are malfunctioning and bro will not let you even think about a refund if you walk out of that store - even if you just bought something. seriously do not recommend

I just tried this new raz vape from this vape shop and I am in love! It’s not too hard when you hit it it’s got such a smooth feeling, it has adjustable air flow, a battery indicator, and a e-liquid indicator, it’s re chargeable and had 6000 puffs, I’m very picky on what vapes I get but I noticed this one was new and was shocked when I saw it even comes with a lanyard! The customer service is always amazing at this store and so welcoming and friendly, if I recommend any new brand of vapes to buy I would definitely recommend the new raz vapes!

In fact, he has given me the best advice for finding the products I need to quit smoking successfully!! The store has a great selection of vaping devices and every kind/flavor of e-juice you can imagine. They also carry a great selection of specialty smokes and cigars, complete with an in-store humidor. Give this place a try!! You cant go wrong with Jack!!

Owner sold me a battery for carts, I wanted the oil stained one but I noticed that it wasnt working and he said it just needed to be charged. I asked him if I could bring it back if it didnt work and he said yes, no problem. If only that were true, the battery was charged and still did not work so I came back to replace it. I paid $25 for the battery and when I wanted to exchange it for another one that was only $16, he didnt want to give me my money back. He refused to give me the remaining and kept insisting that if I bought something else from him, hed give me a discount. How is it a discount if youre just giving me what you owed me back? Worst experience at a vape shop, owner is a fraud and a cheat.

Bought two vapes for $20 each at this store 48hrs ago. I will see if they will exchange the one that did not work upon opening the package. I will update this review later with results of my efforts.Update:Never made it back in.

Bought a new SMOK vape recommended by them that showed battery issues in the second day after purchase. Went to have it exchanged for a new one and the person who sold it just did not care and said they don’t handle any returns…. Very disappointing I must say.

Use to be good a year ago. Now a kid works there with no customer service care. When my 20 dollar disposable vape didn’t work he said too bad no returns or trade outs. I came back right away to just get a different one and he shrugged me off and that’s it.
