Please update or confirm you ur store hours. Online listing and store door say open at 9am on weekdays, but that was not the case when I stopped by. Otherwise store has quality products at a convenient location.

Ive finally found my smoke shop! I recently moved to the high point area within the past 6 months and I’ve been looking for a smoke/vape shop. The problem is that every shop I go, I don’t feel welcome nor do I feel comfortable to ask questions. I’m usually greeted by someone who looks unprofessional and who just wants to sell me anything and everything. Today all that changed when on a whim I stopped by IHemp. Upon entering the building I was approached by Ms. Ryan who immediately started asking me questions about different products as well as taking the time to explain everything on the shelves to me. Thank you so much for being so professional and making feel welcome. You answered every question I had and I can’t thank you enough for all your suggestions and signing me up for the discount card!! You have made me a customer for life. I’m looking forward to seeing you again.

When I got a cart there I originally thought it was broken and called. Turns out I didn’t know how to operate the damn thing and whoever was on the other line was very helpful! Will be coming back very soon!

Absolutely horrible service and the lady who is working there is not friendly at all and was an absolute C You Next Tuesday. Belittle me and treated me like absolute garbage. She should be fired.

Buddy of mine told me about the power and success of CBD for a relative of his. I went to this store for an education and info and even told the manager this. I told her that I may or may not buy anything. I was there for 20 minutes and asked a million questions. Ryan juggled me plus all the other customers. This place is busy! She is knowledgeable and very sharp. I left with some CBD product that has helped with a relatives restless legs problem.

This was our first visit and we had a great experience! The associate was very knowledgeable about the products and the effects. He was also patient with answering the many questions that we had. We will definitely be return customers!

Ive been shopping there for about 3 weeks and the best experience Ive had so far. Staff is very informative and patient. The Hawaiian and the gummies are great. My back pain has been getting better and sleeping really well. I wake up fully energized and will continue shopping here. Thanks guys. You have really changed my life.

Shop is clean. Staff was pretty chill. Their SINGLE grams of CBD flower are $22 after tax and they smoke harsh like backyard bud. Had a sore throat for days. Maybe the gummies are decent— but I won’t be back to find out. Delta 9 is the only way to go.

Ive been coming here for about four months now, and the staff is always very friendly and has incredible product knowledge. Most of the time that I am in there, the young lady Ryan, is keeping the store. She has a very upbeat attitude and excellent customer service skills that lend themselves well to her knowledge of all of their product line. iHemp carries everything you need for your CBD, Kratom, and Delta 8 needs. Ive tried a little bit of everything, and have never left the shop unsatisfied (White Widow CBD is my FAVORITE of everything they carry). Their shop is very clean, well organized, and always in grand opening condition. When you walk in, you are always greeted by a friendly voice and an environment that is warm and totally inviting. On my most recent visit, I did a little bit of walking around and found that they also have tinctures, e-juices, gummies, oils, and other goodies. If you are into this scene, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit.

I Spoke with a young lady, I believe her name is Ryan. She was very polite and she helped me to find what I needed. I bought the Avid Hemp oil for sleep 😴 and it helps. Really good compared to other oils from a different store. I was able to sleep longer and get relief from stress. I give this store a 5 star ⭐️

My sister told me about this place and I decided to check it out today. The set up is really nice, with a variety of unique and natural hemp products. I was a kid in a candy store checking everything out and they were very helpful in answering my questions. Will most definitely be returning.

Ridiculously rude! Selling EXPIRED JUICE, had the audacity to call me a liar saying I never reached out to the company. Refused to refund a brand new broken vape that was spitting HOT juice from the top. Please stay away from these people!!!! Very sketchy to ask a customer for their phone number unless you’re hiding something you don’t proof on email. When leaving the lady said “go to a REAL vape store and get help with your vape”. Yeah this obviously isn’t a real vape storeObviously the owner cannot see because I posted proof I contacted the company. 🤣 It is also illegal to sell something with a “miss printed “expiration date. The owner was not even there to see the fact the Vape it did not work and there was juice all over the top of it.Editing to ADD THE SECOND Receipt. These people are really not cut out for this. This is not a spite review I’m genuinely trying to warn people to stay away and save your money.

Excellent quality Maeng Da house kratom. I have been taking kratom for 6 years now, and this place has quality products. The owners are friendly, informative, and professional. I have been there about 5 times now and I get consistent quality from them. They really seem to care about providing quality products to their customers. I personally recommend them for a great source for kratom in the high point area. They sell all kinds of things there but I cannot speak on other products as I have not purchased or tried them. Good folks, check them out.

A very interesting store. Ive recently started smoking CBD cigarettes. It was primarily to keep me from going back to tobacco. A big plus is aches and pains arent as noticeable and Im much more relaxed during the day. Theres only one girl that works there that Ive seen and she is very pleasant and very efficient. I highly recommend coming to this store.

Our first visit to Ihemp and Khalid was very helpful in choosing what was best for our needs. He has thoroughly researched his products and was willing to answer all questions that we had. We will definitely be visiting and trying more products soon.

Best knowledge of their products and great customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ve had back issues for years and I was recommended to try the cream and the sub-lingual CBD and today after just a few weeks I am 100 times better. The red haired chick is AMAZING - I told her about my anxiety and coming off pain meds and she directed me to the best strain of kratom AND gave me another smaller packet of another strain to try for free. She related to me and even listed some places to eat healthy and affordably since I just moved into town and Im going through SO many changes. Its just a relief to read a review, walk into a place after working very hard at my job,and experiencing BETTER customer service than what I read about!! I’ve been frequenting this store since they opened one up in the same shopping center as my job. I’ve been a CBD/ Delta 8 user for years now as it helps with my Rheumatoid Arthritis and Migraines. As well, I use the CBD low mg dog oil for my pet terrier who is epileptic. The product line this shop carries is second-to-none. Madison is always cheerful and incredibly helpful. As is the rest of the staff, especially Riann (probably spelled that wrong. I’m sorry)

I have known Sam for quite a while. He has always been super knowledgeable with his other businesses (hookah & vaping) and he makes no exception with hemp and CBD products. He has a wide selection of products including CBD vape juices, teas, lotions and candies. Personally I find the Lifter strain of his CBD flower to work greatly to help calm my anxiety and also keep myself productive while in a relaxed state.I highly recommend stopping by the shop and taking a look for yourself and dont be scared to ask questions. My friend told me about this store because it had a variety of fresh kratom, but what brought me was the quality of CBD products that brought me. This store is hands down the best CBD wellness store Ive found. They have different strains in jars, along with pre rolled joints and other kinds of products like oils and gummies. When I came in the young girl was so sweet and gave me information on everything I looked at and answered every single one of my questions. They also have testers out for people who havent tried CBD or maybe are looking for their best way to take in.

Walked in not knowing a lot about cbd and I heard a radio ad over and over about how cbd can cure pain and I do have a issue with my lower back. I told one of the employees that I am looking for any cbd lotion or edibles and they had both with a great selection. Any questions I had they had a answer.
