This place is awesome! If you are ever in Iowa City you should stop by this local little quaint Tobacco smoke Shop with all handblown glass pieces and other accessories...... Zack is the store clerk.... He is awesome and very knowledgeable about everything in the store... I will definetly return to the the Shop when I come back to Iowa City again....I recommend you go highly ......... Thanks Zack for everything .....Pam and Paul from the Quad cities

Always a great place to go for tobacco and e-vape supplies, nootropics, and of course, one of kind glass items. Also includes any and all accessories that might be difficult to find through online retailers. A much more convenient C store location that saves you from venturing to a the outermost edges of town for convenience buys such as an energy drink or a singe can of alcohol.Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and eager to assist you in your search for the specialty items that are needed. Shout out to Stefan who has been the poster child for genuinely kind and thoughtful customer service.Bonus: dogs are welcome (assuming they’re well (enough) behaved

Great staff! They are so easy to talk to and make great recommendations. Unfortunately it is pretty pricey compared to other places.. I guess it’s because it’s in the heart of downtown.

One of the best shops in the area to get all your smoking needs and accessories. They have a great glass selection from small handheld piece and larger group ones, as well as lots of different and unique designs. Some are even made by different glass workers in the area. They do offer some vape and tobacco items as well. Just let the staff know what youre looking for, and they will gladly to help you in making a decision on products.

Cool af staff and great selection! Ive gotten some beautiful well priced glass here. Their vape selection is also very good and better prices than other places in town. For some of the disposables theyll even check them in store and give you another for free if its leaky.

Ive been here about a half dozen times over a span of 10+ years. Ive always found something here that was pretty much what I had in mind. Go browse for a few minutes and Im sure youll see several pieces youd want for yourself.

I love everyone that works there. I go for the dog hugs but the people hugs are great too. Kelly is the best. She really knows what shes doing. Very special place.

Ill let you all know this was my first experience coming to this LOCATION. I went in to drop off a pizza, you see, Im a pizza delivery driver. As I walked through the door, which might I add was very heavy, the employees started yelling gibberish and proceeded to throw their shoes at me. I asked multiple times why they were doing that and all they told me, in perfect english, was we have to. I thought that might be a little weird but hey if its your job, its your job. I sat the pizza down on the glass case which is their front counter ya see and the total value was 16.56. They handed me a twenty and I thought they wanted me to keep it but they asked for the change back. I was hurt and confused and I didnt know what to do with myself. Great place, Ill be coming back.

Went in there while they had live glass blowing outside everyone was very nice talked to me and talked to me about all the thing i was looking at. They have very nice glass and there prices are comparable to other head shops in iowa city

Nice stuff theyre selling, but I dont know who is buying at those ridiculous prices. Staff are not very knowledgeable about many items, and were more interested in their phones than answering questions from a customer.

Have been friendly the past few times Ive been in. Made a call in order, and took care of it perfectly. The only downside is finding a place to park sometimes, but thats not thier fault.

Everyone that works there is really nice and helpful. Ive never had a single bad experience there. Great place!

Sold me a broken mod last year. Guy seemed kinda sketchy, I shouldve tested it. Went back and they said it was fake lolThe glass and tobacco section is great but dont trust employees in the vape section.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Just listen to this. A couple of buddies of mine and me went to check it out and as we walk in to the back part the guy was helping someone out. This guy left zippo lighters in a container on the counter but we walked by them and i dont even think any of us even noticed them at first. He proceeds to finish helping his guy check out and comes to help us. He noticed the zippos were still on the counter and apparently one was gone. He asks us if we took it one by one. We didnt so of course we all said no. I didnt even know what a zippo was until my friend informed me afterwards. This doesnt sound like a big deal until we checked out and left and as we leave he says “enjoy your lighter”. We came back in and emptied our pockets and he just shrugged and still didnt believe us. What a joke. Horrible customer treatment.

You will get the help your looking for with a smile and are able to educate you on your purchase. in my experience its the greatest place to shop and I always leave in a better mood only place to shop for me

Went a while back to get a vape and it was broken, tried to explain to an employee that it came like that but he didn’t believe me. Take your money elsewhere they do not care what they sell you.
