The Crystal Room

Just hosted our Daughters sweet 16 and we were beyond happy with the outcome. The service and experience was more than expected. Both Phil and Nancy were very helpful. Will definitely be recommending and they also provide several references for any any of your party needs. The DJ was a recommendation of theirs and I was also beyond satisfied. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience 🫶🏼.

Mr. Phil and his staff were a God send after my daughter’s original venue for her wedding canceled 2 days before her wedding due to COVID!! We were referred here by a friend. I never knew they were even here ~ Tucked away in downtown Joliet, IL. The facility is absolutely beautiful! Enormous chandeliers light up the room. The hall and it’s restrooms are immaculate! Mr. Phil accommodated us and helped alleviate the stress we were under. His warm and personable personality made us feel like we were a part of his family. His staff went above and beyond to assist us! His prices were fair and affordable. You must provide your own caterer. However, they assisted with serving the wedding cake. All drinks must be purchased through their bar. Once again, amazing staff!! My daughter’s wedding was PERFECT!! (For a fraction of the cost we were going to originally pay) I highly recommend The Crystal Room for your next event!! Ask for “Uncle Phil” when you call.

What a great place to have had our event. Owner and staff were pleasant to work with. Props to the bartender for keeping the line moving. Overall great experience.

I attended a birthday party here. I was actually impressed with how nice it was. Now you wont be able to have any very large parties here but keep it in mind for your small gatherings. Its clean and modern and looks like they can set it up according to your liking. Its an old building, so I did notice that smell while going down the stairs to the room. Im sure there is not anything they can do about it. They could need a little better signage. If you dont know where youre going, you could walk right past the entrance. Maybe one of the sidewalk signs or something.

I had my wedding at the Crystal room. Let’s just say it was the most beautiful place I could have imagined for my wedding. Elegant but I was able to make it my own. Phil and Nancy treated me like family. They went above and beyond to help make my day run smooth and be so special. I highly recommend to have your wedding here! You get to choose your own caterer so your not tied down to what the venue says you need to have. If Phil doesn’t have the alcohol you like he will make sure to get it! Great place, great atmosphere, they are family!

This is an amazing place for a all occasions. Everyone was great and very quick to respond. The price is very affordable, location was beautiful and easy to find for our guests. The Staff was very helpful and accommodating with all our our needs. We celebrated an 18th Birthday party with Dj Karisma and catered with Puerto Escondido! All and all, we were very happy with this venue and we recommend it to anyone in search for a location for there next celebration.

The owners are amazing In the ways they help to make your Festivities more easy and respectable. As I was helping my friends set up their wedding. The owners helped me not be so worry. I say let them give you advice and maybe their ideas could make your events a little more amazing.

The Crystal Room is modern, beautifully decorated & spacious- the multiple chandeliers & rich wood floors add a touch of class. Booking was fast, easy and the owner was super responsive and communicative. Both the owner and staff were very accommodating throughout the event from arrival to departure. I would highly recommend the Crystal Room and would certainly rebook if needed in the future. Thanks Phil & Staff!

I would recommend the Crystal Room to anyone that is looking to do an event. A friend of mine had his wedding there and from a guests point of view this place was spectacular. It was super clean, the staff was super friendly and every detail was thought about. They really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time and happy especially for the bride and groom.

We came here for a friend’s 50th Birthday Celebration and I was immediately impressed by the decor and staff! It was spacious and clean so I decided to book my own Birthday Party for my daughter a month later. Phil and Nancy treated me and my guests like family. So hospitable and reasonably priced! They made my daughter’s party during this challenging time a Birthday to remember! I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

My mother had her retirement party at the crystal room in joliet, IL. It was definitely a night of remembering. Not only was the hall just right for the event. But the staff and the owners Phill and Nancy where just phenomenal. Phil and Nancy made sure everything was just right. If there was anything that was needed or they could do. They made it happen. I would definitely recommend the crystal room as a A+ in my book.thank you again Phil and Nancy for making that night the best ever.

The banquet room was nice. The manager friendly and very helpful.Street Entrance to Banquets makes it very convenient.Elevator on second entrance with elevator is great for hauling in equipment.Will definitely be back😁

Very nice! Went to a wedding reception there and it was lovely. The food was good and service was great! The bar was limited but they had what I wanted.
