This place is ok. Some of the staff is great. They need to work on how to handle customers when there are multiple in the store at once. When you’re working with someone and they have no clue what they want and someone else comes in and waits 5-7 minutes and nobody asked what you needed is awful! Today, Saturday morning 7/27 at 10:30am this happened to me. The sales associate was working with a couple they had no idea what they wanted. I get it, sometimes everything can be over whelming. So I was standing there waiting and waiting and waiting. These people clearly had no idea what they wanted meanwhile i was standing right in front of what I needed but the sales girl couldn’t say excuse me to the couple and come check me out right quick. So I left my purchase and walked out. Went right over to Lava Vape. He was working with someone who was asking questions but said one minute to the customer came and checked me out and then he tended to the guy he was working with. You lose sales and customers by not assisting and people asking questions understand other customers may come in and check out right away. Never an issue. So going forward, I won’t be back to MI Vape- there is also MANY times they don’t have what I need. So that’s another thing to take into consideration, you’ll wait this long for someone to help you and then told sorry we’re out.

First time stopping in[out of towner] . Talked with Burt . Extremely friendly and happy to help. Asked my flavors I usually dabble with in disposable. I prefer blue razz Burt days nothing beats the sili blue razz lemon lime. Now I must say Id give it five stars in service but I must disagree this one to me has very very minimal blue razz notes it is very in your.face lemonlime.... its like Sierra mist in a vape with a solid ice to it. Now while it is not quite the blue razz I hoped for the mod hits quite well for a disposable the mesh coil gives it the full flavor on every pull. And TURBO mode. It gives you a nice heaviness [vapor volume] I look forward to stopping in again at some point in my travels. And really appreciate the help. Thank you !

So Ive been to the shop in Channahon, and mention that it was my favorite vape shop Ive ever been to - and Ive been to many more than probably anyone you (whoever is reading) know, being a truck driver.That being said it looks like they have competition although same company!For the store in Joliet Illinois theres just as much to say about as its equally as wonderful!Ive met Brandon before however he was working at the Joliet store and, as always, he was super friendly, extremely helpful and just like the other guys really seems to know a lot about the business, about the flavors, and the other products and I really cant say enough that would do justice to how terrific the customer service, the prices and the selection is at BOTH stores.If you are a beginner at vaping/just quit smoking or if you are like me and been vaping for over a decade this place and these people are just the BEST and I only wish people from around the country could all have a local vape shop like this.Thanks to Brandon and thanks to whoever hired him!Lastly, if you are someone who is considering quitting smoking PLEASE do yourself a favor and visit one of their stores! This place is fantastic! Theyve treated me like family since the day they opened their doors. Always greeted with a smile, and I swear, they are all gorgeous! Its rare to find shop owners and employees go out of their way for clients, but they do. Comforting to hear the knowledge they have about products, especially kratum. Stopped in yesterday bc my friend needed a new vape thing. Im a cigarette smoker but Ive cut down A LOT to not even a full cigarette a day, sometimes I dont even have one at all but just still crave a little.Anyway my friend was looking something specific which they didnt have at the moment but Javier pointed him right to the next best thing and he was super happy with it. He got like blue dream something idk 😂So obviously I have no idea about anything when it covers to any of this.Like Brenden was also explaining a lot of stuff to my friend and I had no clue what he was talking about. I had asked him if they just had cigarettes but he showed me some disposable vapes since they didnt carry cigarettes. Ive had a few puffs from friends vapes before but still never really tried one of my own.Brenden showed me a couple brands called Puff Plus and Breeze Plus. He had me try the mixed berry Puff bar and it was so yummy, I also got one in piña colada. I wanted another one bc Im going to Vegas next month so he recommended the Breeze brand and I picked out the strawberry cream flavor.Brenden is awesome, he was super helpful.I actually think Im just going to switch to vapes bc I really dont smoke a lot anymore and I think vape are a better option since when I do smoke I just want a couple of drags. Same with the THC/CBD bc my friend let me try his and I liked that one too.Ive been interested in vapes before but never bothered bc of my lack of knowledge and other shops Ive been to werent helpful at all.But so the guys at Mi Vape were not only helpful but they seem really educated about their products they carry. Javier, Brenden and James.Also, really patient when it came to me not knowing much.Walked in not expecting to get anything and walked out with 3 vapes and some cool freebies.They have great deals and a rewards program where you can earn points to add towards your purchase!Ill definitely be coming back to this shop, specifically because they were all so helpful and showed great customer service.Oh plus there was a really cute doggo in their office. I wanted to pet him so bad lol 🥺

This is an awesome place of business! I was so amazed when I walked into the store, the professional and friendliness I was greeted with. I was not sure what I really wanted and Chris R. Took the time to listen to what my thoughts were- He pointed me in the right direction, explained all my different options and pointed me in the right direction- That was about 5 months ago. I have now become a regular customer! I can’t express how he went above and beyond! Honestly, the whole staff is pretty great there as well! Even to this day, when I go in Chris still takes the time to make sure my experience is nothing but great at the store! I truly don’t find that often these days! I highly recommend this shop!

Been here twice now and have had very fun experiences both times while being attended by Rob. First time was when I was picking out a bong, and Rob was very knowledgeable on the different types of glass, which ultimately led to me purchasing a great bong that I’m very happy with. It also was during the month of November, where they had a Black Friday sale going on all month of 40% off, so I’d definitely keep that month on your calendars if you’re looking to purchase anything.Second time, Rob attended my mother and I and again was very knowledgeable, providing thorough answers on their items and the individual benefits they offer. He even offered me a solid discount on a bowl that didn’t have a tag on it. They have a wide selection of glass/hardware, as well as merchandise, kits, accessories, and pretty much anything smoke related you can think of, with a solid diversity of brands at their disposal. It’s hard to consider another shop nearby with this one offering such a nice customer experience!

The store is BIG, clean, well lit, and fully stocked. Located right on Jefferson with plenty of parking.

This shop is phenomenal in carrying a vast selection of needs/wants catering to people who smoke. If I can give 10 stars I wouldnt hesitate honestly. By far the best service in person throughout the Chicagoland area. Brenden and John were both extremely helpful, attentive, and went the extra mile to event check on a product not in store to see what could be done for their customers. They are knowledgeable and confident in their products and service to customers WITHOUT being cocky or prideful and know how to make a lasting good impression especially for me as a first time customer. I am highly impressed and won’t be going anywhere else in town. Prices are comparable to others but the service is far beyond anyone else!

Iam a trucker so finding a place to get juice is hard sometimes. Came into mi vape and jasmine really took care of me. Advised me of the specials going on for customers and even took my tank apart and showed me how to clean it while she was doing it!!!! Just wanted to give an update. Its been over 2 years and my experience has only gotten better. As always it a pleasant experience with the staff especially Samantha who is always been great. Theres always a great selection of a variety of products to try. I wouldnt go any other place.

The customer service in Shorewood and Joliet has been awesome during each of my visits. I have not been able to stop in to the one in Crest Hill yet. They are super friendly and attentive and know the answers to the questions you ask them. Plus I like racking up points for future discounts! They also have a rewards program and October is double points month!

James at Mi Vape in Joliet went above and beyond to help with an issue I had with a broken glass on my Vape. Both James and his co-worker were extremely friendly and the store itself beautiful. Also want to say I made a quick stop first to the newest shop on Route 30 and although it didn’t have exactly what I needed, the employee was super nice and helpful in all ways. Will most definitely be a frequent customer to both shops in the future.

And I love that I can go on to the website and see what is available. And if something is not available they will email you to let you know when it does become available. That is awesome.

I wanna give a Huge shout out to the employee who waited on me this afternoon. I believe her name is Cassie. She was mindful I was standing on the other side in line while she was helping another customer and as soon as the customer was done, she came from behind the counter and approached me with a smile and asked “ How can I help you today?” That smile goes a long way, especially when you’ve had a rough day. She helped me find the pods I needed since I couldn’t remember exactly which size Im used to getting.
