Hired bunch of new people and kinda clueless. I sent my bf in there to get a breeze prime. The guy who worked there didn’t know what I was talking about, again my bf said to him it is one the newer breeze and it has 6000 puffs he still didn’t know what I was talking… my bf FaceTime me and it was right there. I purchased two and not even five mins later I changed my mind only wanted 1 because what I really wanted they supposedly didn’t have the guy told me no refunds which okay that’s fine even though I just bought it within five mins and it not opened but no refunds okay that’s fine but it was frustrating being in there and the guy had NO IDEA what I’m talking about considering breeze is very popular.

Julio helped me and my boyfriend out so much. We arent from around here , so weve never been , he hooked us up & we got exactly what we wanted and then.some bonuses. Everything is great pricesToo! 5 stars great service I will definitely come again when we are in the area !

The gentleman working at the time whom i believe is the manager is beyond friendly, very helpful, and tries to score you deals with discounts or promotions he has available. All around great service and a pretty good sized variety of products!

These guys have a lot of variety. Id say some of. The items are over priced compared to other stores but with the carts they usually have deals that you cant beat...2days ago they sold me 4 for $40 bucks. Thats the one thing about that place if they got something too pricey they usually have cheaper brands that are just as good

Store said open. Yet there was a hand written note on the door that said be right back in 5 mins the person working just walked out to go do whatever. Sat there waiting for them to come back and left after 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

My first visit here was yesterday and first impressions were rather good. The sales associates were extremely kind and a couple minutes in I was asked if there was anything Id change with their front counter display. The only thing that I would improve on it is move some of the more higher end chillums to the front along side with the bowls. I ended up coming across a small green anodized sharpstone grinder. I was under the impression it was $15 but it might of been $20. Either way he sold it to me for $15. One of the associates mentioned if I had a Snapchat,and if I followed them on there that I would get a free chillum. I said I dont have a Snapchat and that I would make one in order to boost their advertising. None the less he gave me a chillum and here I am making this review. Props to them for being stand up human beings. Ill be returning again when Im in need of a new chillum or perhaps a small bubbler if they get any in stock.

I went there for the first time tonight. They have best cigar solution in the area and you can beat there prices. there employees are really help. If you go in the evening just ask for Ricky and he will take care of of you.

BEST SMOKE SHOP EVER!! I was looking for a small torche literally everywhere and this was the only place that had them that wasnt 30 bucks. I got a cute small one for a GREAT price. EXACTLY what I needed. Also BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I literally broke the spout thing on one of the glasspieces(which are actually out on display with the prices on them and thats great) because Im me lol and Marco was super nice about it. COME HERE YALL YOU WONT REGRET IT JUST BE CAREFUL WHILE LOOKING AT THE GLASSPIECES LOL

Incredibly knowledgeable staff who are patient and allow you to browse the entire store at your leisure. Other shops in the area try to consistently badger you with upselling, but the owner of Smoke Shop simply tried to ensure all of my needs were met.

This place is great. Outstanding selection on all your vape/smoking needs. They have so many different vape flavors and pens to choose from. I never knew what CBD was until the guys at the shop explained what it was and the benifits it can have. So many glass options as well. And there prices are very fair. They offered me so many deals and sales i could barely keep up. They even have hookahs!!! I highly recommend this smoke shop.

Really nice guy behind the counter but also really really dumb. Like so stupid an Im amazed by his stupidity cause there cigars are covered in mold an showed him then he asked me how to clean the mold off besides just dusting it off
