BEST MASSAGE EVER! This was my first time experiencing a professional massage and it was amazing! I appreciate the professionalism and cleanliness of the space! It was very therapeutic and soothed my sore and aching muscles. I would recommend this place to everyone! I was asked what level of massage I’d like and I chose hard (best decision ever)! The hot stones and full body massage was incredible! Thank you so much to the team members of Hot Stone Massage Studio! I will now be coming here regularly!

5 stars all the way!!! This place was absolutely amazing. We just moved so our bodies have been really sore, but thanks to Hot Stone Massage and Stone my daughter and I feel renewed and pain free. This was my first time getting a massage and it was an awful experience,at one point the women’s whole body was on top of me and was cutting off my breathing.To many things wrong to type but just know I left in more pain than I came there with and I’m so sad about it,also hovered over us for tips 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😿I honestly wish I could have my money back.the women was nice but there was a language barrier and just didn’t know what she was doing

NEVER AGAIN. This will be a little lengthy. I wish I had a better experience:1. When we walked in and paid they were trying to make us leave a tip before service.2. They didn’t ask if we have any injuries or if there’s certain areas we want them to focus on, so they had no idea what was hurting or not.3. There was a language barrier so when I tried to tell her what to adjust another lady had to translate it and it still wasn’t correct.4. The lady kept burping and yawning (🤦🏾‍♀️)5. She kept focusing more on my upper back and shoulders when there were other areas in need(that was communicated to her)6. The other masseuse that was massaging my niece left the room several times!7. They rubbed oil on my face for 15 seconds (didn’t ask if that’s okay or not.. some people faces are sensitive to products)8. When she got to my feet she kept massaging the top of my feet when normally peoples pain is on the bottom of their feet. She kept massaging the same bone on the top of my foot and it started to hurt.9. She put her whole body weight on my groin (again, if they would’ve asked about our injuries they would’ve known what not to do).8. In the middle of the massage they asked if we wanted to purchase something else and showed us a pamphlet (those questions should’ve been asked in the beginning before the massage took place)They were all VERY nice but I just think they were inexperienced or tired. They didn’t know pressure points and nothing made sense about the massage. My lower back feels worse than when I came there.. (again, if they would’ve asked about our injuries they would’ve known what not to do)Last but not least, as we were walking out they all were standing at the checkout counter and they gave us our original receipt and a pen to leave a tip. It’s like we had no choice but to leave them SOMETHING and they all waited there until we left.Just a bad experience and I’ve been to dozens of massage spas. This was my niece first time and she says her body feels worse than when we came. If the manager would like us to call them for a free more experienced REDUE, that would be great!

This was the absolute BEST massage I have ever had! I was in so much pain, and my therapist was able to help me significantly. I wish I could take her home in my pocket lol. I will definitely be back when I return to Texas

They do an amazing job I buy gifts certificates every mothers day for my bestie & I recommend a friend that would drive 45 mins every Sunday just for this place. Its not to big, very peaceful. 10/10! So Im a nurse and 12 hour shifts can get achy! So I walked in and the staff is amazing always smiling and happy. Ask for BING he was amazing always stopping to ask is this too hard is this to soft or just right and let me tell you he had the magic touch any level soft-or deep tissue massage he listens and thats key! Thanks will definitely be a regular here ;)

Good massage however, I didn’t like that they outwardly asked for a tip. We were already going to giving it to them.

Had a wonderful experience here! I called to see if they could fit us in sometime and they said they would take us right away! We had a couples massage and the room was very clean and tidy. Both of our massages were perfect! They really took the time to work out each knot and kept us very comfortable! CATFISH alert.Not sure who are written 5 star reviews but they are either paid or fake.If you Google the number it will show sexy girls new arrivals.Factual condition was 2 old ladies and a old man.Massage was confusing and mediocre at best. I felt like a treasure map where the massage lady would dig a little in east then west and come back to east. 2nd visit. The lady who massaged me was professional and kind. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I went with a 1-hour full body and was happy. The cost at the time of this review is about $66.Private rooms for massage, and I believe couple massages are available as well. Hot stones are amazing, and the ladies knew how to use them properly.

Omg would give 10 stars if I could but 5 will suffice. They do such a good job and definitely know what they were doing. I will be getting massaged there again. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough how much I recommend this massage studio. I have been coming here for years. I’m pretty sure I’ve had massages from all of their employees. I’ve pre-made appointments during peak times but most of the time they are able to accommodate walk-ins. I’ve never requested a masseuse because everyone does a excellent job. In a market full of franchises, it makes me happy to support a small business, run by a group of hard working, kind individuals!

I read the reviews to get a massage at Hot Stone Massage Studio, The room was very clean and sanitary. Although the staff was not good at English, they were very enthusiastic. They would always ask me about my fitness when doing the massage. It was easy for me to finish it and my waist did not hurt. Its $60 an hour. The price is very reasonable. Ill be back.

I visited this massage studio twice during my vacation in Texas. The foot massage was amazing both times and I left feeling relaxed. I also had a body massage done on the second visit and it was excellent, my back, neck, and shoulders feel so much better. The people assisting me we kind, welcoming, and helpful. I will definitely go back if Im in the area again.

Visited here after reading all the good reviews and it was awesome! I am 9 months pregnant and they made me comfortable and so relaxed. Best thing I couldve done before I have my beautiful baby girl. And I will be back after I have her to get deep tissue! Definitely recommend.

Never coming here again. The massage was ok, but at the end when it was time to pay apparently my tip wasn’t enough for them. She literally stop me and told me to add more . Since when do the workers get to tell their clients how much they should get tipped? It was extremely unprofessional!

I start my fisrt year in graduate school at UTD in this August. And I have been this place several times. They offer a reasonable price for a good service. I get some real relaxation after work here. You will find most regular massage service at this location. Base on my experience, the boss or manager here maybe speak less fluently English compare with native speakers. But all you need is a little more patience and understanding.

My mom and I come here weekly. Staff is amazing. You cant beat 70min for $30 foot mssage. (Starts with feet but includes full cloth body massage) Call in before going, sometimes they are busy, they always accommodate me within 15 min. The Male masseuse is great!

No professionality from staff. No privacy. Poor understanding of English language and very little English spoken. Poor service. Aggressive workers. I could go on, but that sums it up. Left with more stress than I came in with. Cant recommend. Hand and Stone will give you a much better experience. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money here.

I was very skeptical at first, but had a really good (and affordable) experience. A couple of things I wish I had known beforehand: 1) there are a few private rooms, but most of the services are done in a shared space 2) a chair massage is NOT given in a chair (it is given on a regular massage table). Im not sure why its called a chair massage, and I was pretty disappointed by this (which is why I rated it 3 stars). But overall, my massage was good and the therapist was very attentive to my needs (and knots). She asked a few times if the pressure was too hard/too soft/just right. I plan to return and give it another shot.

I went there for severe lower back pain needed some relief so I decided to get a massage I hadnt planned on a 90 min massage but while I had been on the table already 30 mins. she told me it would be $90 dollars? They spoke very little english so wasnt sure what I was actually getting? so I agreed to the massage it was very intense and at times painful I ended up with severe bruising to my shoulders buttocks and legs and now 3 days later I am still bruised sore and swollen... I told the lady it was my first time to ever have a massage but I was not told of the different massages offered or the prices.. In the future I will make sure that I can understand what I am paying for and and the possible risks to my body.

This is the best place in town and for me its worth the one hour drive for my appointment. As a senior and retired massage therapist I am very very picky that my massages are done with excellence! Zhang is the ultimate in perfection.

Played golf and needed a relaxing foot massage. I’ve seen the place before and decided stop by for a foot massage. I upgraded from the $29 foot reflexology deal to the $49 combination foot/back (60 mins). Lisa was amazing and I’ve never received such a good massage so I will be back. I think I’ve found my go to massage studio going forward.

I slipped the vertebrae in my back causing a pinched nerve. I went here and got the 90 min hot stone massage package and immediately felt a difference. 2 days later I was completely fine
