Okay I got some gripes.First off, customer service is nice, concise and friendly atmosphere.My low review is explicitly for my purchase.I was buying RAW cones and I was sold FAKE ONES. These are darker than any RAW cones Ive bought in the past and the packaging is darker than the original ones Ive bought before.Its flimsy and the paper burned completely in seconds.I was even gifted some pre rolls but they looked like they were tampered with when I opened it up.

Service was great, my questions were answered and I walked out with a new box mod and tank, the juice brand Selection could be better, but everything else is good.

Absolutely my favorite vape shop. Ive gone out of my way to skip stopping at other stores to wait to swing by this store. Every employee Ive interacted with has been great, always helpful and ready with product recommendations and reviews. They have regular discounts and deals. They have also gone out of their way to be extremely kind during the not once but two times Ive had vehicle emergencies in their parking lot. One of which times I had to leave my car overnight. Big shout out to Shay - the friendliest person Ive chatted with in there!

I always have a great experience at dz Lewisville marlin is very knowledgeable they have a great stock and always order anything I ask for that’s not available this is always my first stop when it comes to wraps and vapes I recommend everyone to come here

By far the most unique and welcoming smoke shop in the area; with a little something for everyone. They have most diverse and exotic display I’ve seen in a smoke shop. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a new smoke shop or a fun experience, you should definitely check it out!

Went in today to get edibles with my girlfriend. The manager Moe was working and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. Their flower is cultivated to not be sprayed (with the exception of a couple pre rolls with diamonds). I will be back!!!

Called around 11pm looking for a vape coil, since you know they always burn out at the most inconvenient time. Owner was very helpful and got me sorted, and the prices were great! Thanks to them being the only place open late, Ive found my new go-to shop for juice and vape accessories!

Best in Lewisville hands down !! I’ve been to other shops around since moving here to Texas and this is by far the best one ! They got some really cool/honest workers (LOVE when Shay is working, but everyone there is also amazing) and they help you find everything you need, which I really appreciate whether you know what you need or not. I really like that they have a whole table of business cards from multiple different businesses, (I’ve picked up a few lash artist cards from there) and they also have foreign snacks/ drinks for you to buy and try.I never have an issue shopping here, and even with the products I buy they make sure everything is good before I walk out of the door. I recommend this place to everyone!

Sometimes when you buy something it just doesnt work out the way you were expecting and you always expect an issue trying to get a refund or exchange. NOT the case with S & V DZ. They were so awesome. Rico went above & beyond to help eventhough I was only getting a refund. I buy a lot of items and this will be my store from now on. Juices, disposables, mod kits, they have a great variety, I just have an odd situation for this one instance. But I will be back & will send everyone there. Rare these days to get Employee & owner that care about customer service. Thank you again to Rico and the owner.

Do not shop here ! They sold a non working vape from a brand new box and told me I couldn’t get a refund . An electric device that didn’t even charge or had a light turn on while charging.. called because they stated that they couldn’t give me a refund but could exchange but doesn’t provide that any where in the store or on their receipt about their policy. Server Shay disconnected the call.Shay is very disrespectful and un educated about the law when it comes to any tobacco product in this store . Never returning .

As a Customer ive NEVER been treated so well! When a employee sticks in your head hours after youve left theres a reason! I walked in at 10 am this morning and was greeted with a warm greeting. And as the transaction continued she figured out what kind of person I was in less then 3 minutes! Started speaking to me comfortably and started narrowing down what i needed as a newb to the vape world. Been smoking cigarettes for over 30 years heavily. And at this point in my life its imperative that I put them down. Again Jennifer never made me feel uncomfortable or bothered by all my stupid questions. 🤣 she answered all of them with the knowledge a employee should have of the products they are selling! I feel like Jennifer is with my wife and I in this journey and unknowingly our vape coach! Haha great Customer service! Great knowledge! Great patience! Great smile the whole time! Real customer service is a lost art. Its more then just selling a product, its Helping the clue less grasp a idea of what they are getting into and understanding how to do so. This is hands down one of the best vape stores I’ve been to in a long time, outstanding workers. The guy checking me out( don’t fully remember his name) but I believe it was Broc was very kind and definitely made me feel welcomed. I’ll be going there for now on. Absolutely a beautiful shop, very spacious. The man checking me out broc, he was very attentive, professional, calm and very sweet and respectful.
