Ive gone here for 10 yrs. Me and my late husband used to love it. Friendly and kind people. Now its terrible service. I had over 600 points and she didnt even tell me until after I paid full price. Not only that every person does different . Sometimes you get asked for id sometimes you dont. I wish the old ways would return. I used to love coming in . Changing stores now. May even just start ording on line

I honestly think their return policy is trash, they only return certain type of vapes of course the most expensive ones they will not refund you as soon as you step out the store. I literally went a bought a vape & the next hour it stopped working. I went back with my receipt to get another one, not only they don’t refund your money back but they do not replace the faulty vape. That is very bad business.I will never go here again.

Been coming here and multiple others around the Metroplex for around the last 3 or 4 months and they always have what Im looking for. Theyre also very polite, knowledgeable and dependable. Ill continue to come to Artisan Vapor and CBD and let others know about them until I have a reason not to which I highly doubt will happen anytime soon if at all.

DO NOT buy disposable here, all they have is old stock that will work when you test in the location but in couple of hours it wont. They also have the worst service when you come back to complain. There are several new vape shops nearby they have newer stocks. I bought these two 2 days back both not working and smoke is coming out when I charge it still they did not do anything for a customer and i have spent over $600 in this store lately. DO NOT SHOP DISPOSABLE HERE.

Came in today for a certain vapor. And they didn’t have those kinds so she tried to sell me on other brands I was hesitant but she said I could try one and I asked her to try the same brand and same flavor and she rang me up and I paid and when I tasted it, I tasted metal and even asked her if it’s supposed to taste like that bc the other type of that brand in that flavor doesn’t taste the same. She then said she can’t change it out even though she asked if I wanted to taste and try it. Never going to any of this locations of this establishment.Funny, response from merchant. Did NOT address the sale associate pushing me to buy something different than what I requested then telling me I can try one. I dont know where that associate is from, nor the merchant for that matter but typically when someone uses the word try it means I am not obligated to buy or it would be swapped out. As well as me voicing my concerns that I was looking for a particular brand because I dont like the flavors of others. Hence why the sale associate said I could try the one she then made me pay for. So clearly from the actions of the associate as well as the response from merchant, their sales tactics are pressuring customers into buying their disgusting products and to lie to get the customers money. Good to know now not to use this company at any location.

Also want to add that the Artisan store in Lewisville is beautiful, spacious and does not smell with tobacco like other stores of this kind. Very satisfied with my visit.

Kaylee (hoping I spelled that correctly) was super nice! I came in on Saturday because my Cleito 120 that Ive had FOREVER finally gave out on me. She and Shawn (again with the spelling, lol!) set me up with an awesome new tank, were super patient, Im kinda picky, and were really easy to talk to. Some shops that Ive visited in the area the employees were stuck up, tried to push products on me that I didnt like, didnt want, and charged way too much. The service here is fantastic, pricing is fair, and the atmosphere is chill. Im new to the area and this will definitely be my go to shop from now on! Keep it up guys! 👍👍👍

Been coming here for the past couple of years. The staff has been great and always stay up to date on promos, upcoming flavors, devices and keep a very unbiased view on flavor recommendations based on consumer preference. A rare find and i hope they stick around with Artisan for the long run.

I went in to get some batteries but wasnt sure which size to get and ended up getting the wrong size. Before I paid I read their return policy and didnt see anything saying that batteries were not returnable. I double checked by asking the employees and they said it would be fine for the exchange if they werent the right size. If they would have told me from the beginning that returns werent allowed for batteries I would have been fine and came back later when I knew the correct size. When I returned they said they couldnt accept the return but could give me 10% off if I was to purchase the correct batteries. I was upset but went ahead and purchased the correct batteries and then the manager gives me the recipient and tells me in case I want to return them. Such horrible management with an unessary comment knowing full well they dont accept returns. On top of that there was someone else just sleeping on their couch without their mask. Just go to another vape store and dont waste your time or money here.

After my first visit to Artisan Lewsiville which went very negatively due to rude staff, Zach and Eric, I never thought I would go back. However they were the only shop around that had the coils I needed. I must say my most recent experience was refreshing to say the least. The new manager Niki has done a phenomenal job cleaning up the store and creating a positive and knowledgable atmosphere. My new favorite place!

My wife turned me on to this spot, they are the best. I went to 5 other shops today in the Coppell and Frisco areas and none of them had my tank glass which I broke dropping off a ladder, I run a Zeus Tank on an Aegis Geek Vape, not uncommon, Artisan had it, should have started there.

The guy working was very knowledgeable, very honest and wasnt looking to sell me the most expensive stuff they have, but the best products for my needs. They also carry the Glamee Nova 4000 puff disposables, these are by far the best disposables hands down. Flavors are amazing especially Taro Ice Cream. And the stand behind their products. And one of the only places that still has CBD vape juice and up to 1500 mg. My new exclusive shop and will send everyone here.

A lot of things, I didnt know about the juices . Ive been to several Vapor shops with friends in the metroplex. That didnt try to rush me or try to push to sell me an expensive device. Or annoyed cuz they were disturbed. You are able to test different devices and try which flavor wanting. They have a lot flavors of the Classic Line non-salt juice and its $15 per bottle for 40ml. Its very welcoming atmosphere!! I didnt want to leave, to be honest.

Long time customer since the beginning of the store. Seen many employees come and go, but they were always knowledgeable and sociable. Would stop by every week and just hang out. For some reason the general manager (Kali?) decided to change the entire staff around Christmas. The new manager trainee Ray (sp?) has no social skills whatsoever. The only time she talks to customers is if they want to buy something. The rest of the time she’s staring at her phone or tablet and ignoring everyone. The rock by my front door has more personality.Now let’s talk about prices. I vape the Naked line and can get them for $15 including tax and delivery. Here, they sell them for $32. I overheard once that they buy them for less than $6 per bottle. Dont bother wasting your money here, much better places around town and much better prices online.I haven’t been back for a while now and while I do miss the old regulars, I don’t miss the new people and extreme markups on the juice.By the way, don’t fall for the occasional contests they have. The general manager’s friends show up only during these events, cheat openly, and walk away with the prizes.Goodbye AVC. Maybe I’ll come back when you come to your senses and realize how bad Kali is screwing up the store and fire her.Update 6/18/2018:Got some messages from other regulars that the store has changed their entire staff and got some cool people in there, so I should go and check them out. Staff has changed around, but Awesome Niki is still there and the new guys are cool also. Heard that Kali is no longer GM for that particular store, so gave another star on my review. But prices on juices are still pretty high. I can get Naked 100 bottles for $12 delivered, no reason to be selling these for $28 in store. Holding back one star until owners address the outrageous markups.

One of my favorite spots for all my vaping needs. Coils, tanks, mods, batteries, juice; you name it, Artisan has it. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable and very personable. Theyll walk you through any questions or concerns you might have and send you in your way with a smile on your face and a cloud of vapor in your wake.

Amazing shop, I dont know what the bad reviews are about. The overall mood of the shop is chill, would be a nice place to come hang out, in my opinion, friendly staff, and I called beforehand to see if they had the two items I was interested in, in Stock, they said they did and even put them on hold for me when I told them Id be coming in an hour or so, when I got here, simply mentioned my name and they brought the two items up, fast, professional, yet relaxed and laid back, super helpful staff and well informed, if you stick around for a bit you might even see the employees do a couple of cool vape tricks, 5/5 for me, will be coming back

I purchased a Smok QBox from this location and started having problems with it after about a week. After decided to do something about it so I stop by and ask for help. I walked in and told the guy at the counter my problems with the mod, he took 2 hits off of it and looked at me like I was crazy. Shortly after, 2 gentleman walked in and he told me to wait. So I did. After 10 minutes of juice talk I start to get agitated. They start to finish up and before I know it, 7 people walk in. I get told to sit aside while he assists the 7 people that just walked in. I sigh, and end up buying $20 worth of coils hoping that that would solve my issue like he suggested... then sold me the WRONG coils. Now Im stuck with a malfunctioning device ( and the wrong coils) that they refuse to return though I was told that if I had all of the original equipment, box etc, they could return it..NOPE. I wasted time and gas driving back home to retrieve the equipment and all the way back.Dont let the paid reviews fool you. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Visited this store, bc they actually carry voopoo drag X plus, and drag 3. They also carry voopoo coils, which are hard to find.Ms.Bri was nice to deal with my pickiness and I am sure I will be a consistent customer to buy voopoo products!Prices are good too, compared to other locations. They dont rip you off. As far as I know, just few extra bucks on top of online prices+shipping. You are paying few more bucks for days you have to wait for.

Switched to artisan for my juice about 6 mos ago. They used to be consistent but last 2 times either they don’t have the my juice in the required nicotine MG or if they do it’s in the smaller 40ml bottle with the weird dropper instead of the 60ml bottle. How hard is it to be consistent! May have to shop around for another place which keeps a consistent flow of supplies.

I ended up getting some CBD oil at the Lewisville shop for my back pain and within minutes felt better. Relaxed environment with knowledgeable staff willing to help. Found they had the widest range of mechanical and electronic mods that ive come across and at a wide range of prices. Bought a full brass mechanical for 40 bucks and as a first time mechanical mod user with no experience with drip atomizers they sat me down explained it all and helped me make my first coil. Def. I went there because my normal place was out of coils. So I thought Id give this place a try. When I walked in I felt like this guy behind the counter didnt want to be bothered. But....... they had my coils so I really didnt care. I went back to give it another try I need l needed some liquid. let me just say the little girl that works in there rushes you, keeps asking so what are your thinking every 2 secs. Also she likes to put her mouth all over the test liquids that the customers can try instead of putting her own mouth piece or a cover over it. They sell prepackaged liquids instead of making it there. Which means that liquid with the nicotine just sits there till somebody buys it (DISGUSTING) very harsh. Also I wanted a level 14 nicotine shes says all we have is 12 and 18 would you like to buy both and just mix it yourself NO I DONT WANT TO BUY TWO $22 BOTTLES OF liquid. This place is horrible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guy working behind the counter was a bit of a dick and acted like I was a bother. Really turned off by the atmosphere and vibe I got from walking in there as a newbie to vaping. I just wanted to know what I need to do when I put new flavor of fluid in (IE, clean it? new coil? what to use to clean?) and maybe buy a new tank, but I left there with new fluid, coils, NO instruction on how to do what I went in there to learn and a feeling like I did something to piss the dude off - I was NOT being difficult whatsoever. Personally, Im never going back there again.

I smoke a pack of 20 daily and casually went to this store. The rep proposed the kit for beginners along with the right mg of nicotine and didnt try oversell anything. He also gave details around the discounts that the shop offers. Good collection of devices and juice.

Bought my first vape here years ago & I would not shop anywhere else. I trust these people!. Was in today because mine just stopped working and instead of trying to sell me a new battery, they checked mine, diagnosed, & fixed the issue, first Connor looked at it but wanted a second opinion & in walked Connors Boss, Mclean. While discussing the possible issues with mine, Connor took just about every battery pack and tank out of its packaging, just for me to examine. they had already fixed mine, so he knew I was just looking but was not bothered nor did he rush me at all. It was like building a relationship with both Connor and Mclean, thus ensuring I will be back again when I DO need my battery or tank replaced! or anything else. Really like and trust this place. and those that work here.

Great Store with lots of mods and flavors to choose from. My problem is that i was suggested the KBOX200(great mod) with a vapor storm EC II tank......what is that tank. I went back to artisian vapor 4 days later to pick up coils and they had none! They said it could take up too a week to get more. Coils online are very limited! that did not sit well with me.I will not return because of that. There is now a $20 tank sitting here useless.

If i could give less I would.... I have been a long time customer of this shop and never had any problems until just recently and my end game result is the reason i would recommend STAYING away from here and finding another vape shop (there are three near by). Ive spent well over 400 dollars at this store on juice and different mods and coils, i bought my girlfriend a new smok qbox and she used it for a bit with no problems the thing started wigging out and throwing different ohms and resistance so i sent her up there to see what could be done. The bigger guy shrugged her off and told her it was the coils and to wait as he helped the other customers that walked in after. So she just took the coils she bought left and came home. i decided id go up there on my day off since ive been such a frequent shopper and see if i could get helped ... wrong again came up with vape and was told sure as long as you have the original box we can get it taken care of drove home got the box and returned once i was at the store the guy told me he couldnt find my purchase on my account so he could no longer help me ????? WTH so now after all this im still stuck with a new mod that doesnt work. best advise STAY AWAY all they want is your money not your honest repeat and referral customer business.

I am soo happy to see another of this Artisan Vapor store open up in Lewisville. The e cig collection is top notch and better then any other place in the DFW area. Their E-liquid is the reason that keeps me coming back all the time. Estefani was very helpful and let me hang out and try all the awesome flavors they have. Employee just sold me a battery that was much longer than the original one and when I asked if they were the same price, she lied and said yes. They also dont carry a good selection of the ICE liquid. Either they have 1 bottle or none.
