Anyone committed to massage therapy knows what an absolute pain it is to start that relationship over.I purchased a pre-package deal b/c the pricing was one of the best I’ve seen in my decade+ massage experience. Still, you hope you didn’t waste your money.Teona—AWESOME. Professional, personable, great work space and environment but above all, highly competent.I told her I find myself in the worse shape of my life just due to overbooking my schedule the last year, and I needed a therapist who could assist in getting me to where I wanted to be with my soon to launch workout regime. After one session, it’s clear she’s competent and capable to do just that. Glad I found her business and hope she doesn’t leave!

Teona is the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever been to! She listens to the issues you’re having & does an amazing job tackling those issues. I have horrible knots in my neck & shoulders that caused a lot of pain. She is the only one that was not afraid of getting in there & using the pressure needed to get rid of them. I would HIGHLY recommend you go see her!!! You will not be disappointed!

Teona is a wonderful massage therapist! I put my body through a lot through my daily living and 6x a week CrossFit workouts. Her gifted hands excellerates my muscle repair & recovery and her room totally relaxes my mind from hyperdrive to peaceful drive. Slowing down and relaxing my mind down is a hard thing to do.
