Fantastic service. Came in this morning cause my tank broke. A gentleman helped me and recommended a great tank that I wished I had purchased a year ago. Forgot to get his name but I even went back in cause I couldn’t get my tank off my mod and he helped with that no questions asked and even got the door for me as I am on crutches. If your in liberty this is the only place to go for all your vaping needs!

Superior customer service! The first time I went in I needed help to quit smoking but had limited funds. They helped me with the utmost patience. Since then, they have expertly helped me upgrade my equipment and kept me stocked with ejuice. They also helped my daughter in law picking out what gear would work for her (she quit smoking also). I love this place. Thanks guys!

Went into the Liberty store not fully understanding what I was about to get. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable then took the time to explain what was what, how to do what and let me sample many flavors. Definitely returning to this store to sample then buy different flavors.

This place is great! Usually when we go in we are helped by Shaelen, who is awesome. She’s very knowledgeable and can answer all the questions we have. Smoke shops just try up sell you their overpriced merch to boost their commission. That’s not the case with KC Vapes, they try their best to sell you what you actually NEED.

This store was not the best experience. The employee seemed he didnt want to be there.Then everyone that was there was crowding the juice bar playing guitar heroes. So I had to squeeze in to try juice. The only reason they get 3 is because they did have a juice I liked.

My first time in this place... I got hooked first off the guys are very welcoming and very nice guys. Never had a problem going into kc vapes. (Trademark). And askin for help with my broken devices. I love this shop and while I do go to other shops this will always be my one and only shop. I would also like to say the lady a few down who posted the negative review is an absolute idiot

My favorite go to spot, nice selection of juices mods and tanks. Great enviroment and employees that are as helpful as can be. Even if theyre out of something they still find away to help, like when they were out of cotton, gave me enough to to make a build and get me by out of theyre own supply. Definitely recommend this store to all my fellow vapor fam and those who are interested. Thank you jake for the hook up on this badass alantis tank ✊

The staff at the Liberty KC Vapes are outstanding. I have dealt with Trever, Matt and Jake. All have been very helpful. They are all knowledgeable about the products they sale.

Matt and Sean are great help, the environment is fun and inviting. Always have great music playing. Always let me play PS4. Very friendly and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Has alot of variety of vaping items to choose from and the staff is also willing to explain how to use any of their products so you will know how to usIPe all of the products that you buy before you leave and if you forget you can call them or go back and they will help you I would definitely recommend..

This place was the worst! You walk in and it looks like a dump. And they didnt have a single thing I wanted or needed. I had to make myself visible to the employees so I could get help. They literally ignored me until I said excuse me. Vapor Wyse in Kearney... Thats my go-to everytime.

Thanks to KC Vapes, me and my husband have successfully quit smoking and ENJOY vamping! They have amazing costumer service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable about vaping.

Everything is so clean and all their products are very organized. They also have a great selection of juices, e-cigs, and vaporizers/vaporizer accessories. They also carry cbd/hemp products.

A great place to chill for a bit, and enjoy sampling many amazing flavors. Greatest vape supplies and liquids are available. My favorite place to visit.

If i could give 0 stars i would theyer rude, uninformed and uneducated theyve sold me the wrong product and quoted the price wrong by more than $15 and wouldnt take them back before i left the store and i didnt return for more than 6 months and asked for help building a ni200 coil and they told id have to come back in 3 days when the other bulider would be in do not go there you will waste your money and time there are many more just up 152 on north oak please dont support this subpar business

4 trips back over a leaking tank, only to have the USB port fall out. Im told it is my fault. Contacting the B.B.B. $150 for something that didnt last a week. Attn uaw members!!
