Never have I ever been offered such wonderful customer service. Staff here have helped me find the best products possible and they are incredibly friendly. I was so pleased when staff left their tills and helped me carry my liqueurs out to my car. They even helped me fine George Dickel No. 12 which sells out very fast.

The gentleman that works there is awesome! He went above and beyond locating a store pick bourbon for me. They have a great selection of spirits.I highly recommend stopping in

I go out of my way to come here. They always have my cigs and beer, alcohol in stock (and for cheap!) Good size store so u dont feel crowded, and the best part is the staff. I love this place.

Out of all of the liquor stores I go to/went to in the past. Pina Wine & Spirits has to be one of tmy favorites. The workers are always nice and ready to help me with any question that I may have. Also great selection. If youre in liberty or near by, definitely check them out!

The minimal wait time in this store for dashers is 30 seconds. I personally work for the door dash as a dasher/customer. I never have to wait more than a minute. Your order will be prepared. All you have to do is pick it up. This is the great place for picking up the orders. And GREAT SERVICE MATTERS is a fantastic pick-up line and that is apt line for the their service. This place has captured my heart.

I had an issue this Christmas and Pina stepped up and helped me and I am very grateful. They take there time to listen and to help you, great store and great people there to help you. They go above and beyond taking care of there customers with there amazing selections and recommendations if you dont see it just ask.

Used to buy a certain beer here back when it was Lukas. Wasnt sure if they had it still so checked their ordering menu and didn’t see it so I called. An asian man answered the phone very rudely and wouldn’t even hear me out, just talking over me telling me they dont have it. Miss the old managment 👎🏼

Huge selection of alcohol and E-Vapes/ cigarettes. Store is super clean and well organized. They also carry Happy dads so it’s my go to place now.

Liberty, MO location has disrespectful and unprofessional employees. One individual there recently made a remark about a lady he was IDing saying she “had a lot less weight back then”. Another man ordered a $60 order for delivery which never came, and when he asked about it they claimed it was already picked up, so it’s on him. I’m sure there are more stories but this is enough for me to not spend my time or money here. More reviews on Facebook.. Just ask the local groups!!

I have been a faithful patron of my of my local liquor store Pina wine and spirits for quite some time. I very much so enjoy their variety of spirits and beverages as well as assortment of other useful inventory. However here recently, Im not able to say the same for their customer service or employees, specifically two gentlemen known as Sai and Vamsi. They have a tendency to become extremely rude, inconsiderate and have gone as far as to sweep products from an entire display case. After making a purchase there I was notified that my bank had been charged for an amount of money that exceeded the price displayed by approx. $4.00. Naturally I I returned to the store to see if they could provide an answer. After explaining the situation I was told that the mistake was my fault and that they were not going to refund my money nor would they honor the price displayed. They also told me that the price displayed is not for the product on the shelf. I was informed that they did not even carry the product in store and they were not responsible for my inability to read. They refused to change or remove the tag... I was upset about this visit and told them that these actions made them appear to have the intent of fooling customers and overcharging them. Then they told my friend who was with me that they offered to refund my money and I was refusing to accept it.. I have to say that I dont see myself returning to that location and I am definitely not recommending them to anyone else.

Purchased smokes 3 weeks in a row . And three weeks in a row they went up almost a dollar each week . Pretty sad that I now drive across town to get them cheaper . And at a gas station nonetheless. These aren’t discounted smokes at Pina . They are price gouged smokes .I WAS a long time customer.I will say the employees are amazing though . And I miss seeing them . But I’m not paying that much when I can get them way cheaper elsewhere .

Pete and his store are so wonderful to work with! We used them for our wedding beverages and they provided all of our many wishes and choices we wanted to provide for our guests. They even called the evening of the reception to be sure we had not run out! They are the best in Kansas City and will not let you down.Everyone knows how expensive weddings can be so you will not find a better deal with this kind of service.

The staff are hilarious and are good people. Since the new management took over under Mr.Patel’s guidance and very intelligent moves and displays plus the placement and ease of finding what you need quickly and efficiently has just made this place the true place in Liberty to buy your booze and smokes!! The place looks great and they’re coming up with very good marketing techniques to make the shopping even better and more enjoyable. Good job y’all, great turn around in such a truly short amount of time.

Since Ive moved to Liberty, this is where I go to get my cigarettes and alcohol. Not only is the place super clean, but Ive never had an issue with anyone working there. They WILL ask you for ID, but you should EXPECT that going into a liquor store and look under 30 (which Im not and still dont mind showing ID). The staff is seriously great and the store is well organized and clean. I know Ive said this already but it bears repeating. The alcohol selection isnt MASSIVE, but they likely have whatever it is youre looking for, unless youre seeking some kind of vintage wine, of course. Great place, great people.

This place has been my go-to since moving to Liberty. Since the new owner (Pete) took over a couple years ago, he’s transformed it into a really nice place—well lit, well stocked, and easy to navigate.Big shoutout to Saundra! I stop in once a week, and I know if I see her behind the counter, it’s going to be a quick, easy, and friendly experience.

Amazing shop that provides a lot more than just cheap smokes. They have a wide variety of beer and liquor. Amber has gone out of her way to accommodate me with a hard to find tobacco product. Highly recommend people to give these nice people an opportunity to earn your business.

This place used to be my go to... they had a lot of what others did not, but their pricing has gotten out of hand. They are selling bookers at a $169.. I got it at Bubbles for $90. Exact same product. There are other examples as well.

My husband and I went into PINA looking for a variety 6 pack choice and when we found out they didn’t offer this the owner of the store proceeded to tell me about the most liked beers in his store. After looking at many choices and not being able to decide Pete (the owner) opened a box I was contemplating on getting and gave me one to try. He also cracked a beer and shared a drink with me. Then gave me a discount on our purchase. This will definitely be our regular liquor store from now on!!

Awesome customer service! You can tell the new owner really cares. They even take special orders if they dont stock what you like. Its hard to find an owner that builds personal relationships with his customers.

Okay so went into Pino and got way over charged for a 20 pack of Bud Light, called them up and the first thing they wanted to do was refund me all my $ ! I said no I just want to pay the fair price and of course Pina Wine & Liquor made it right.. wouldn’t expect anything less:)

Every time I go into the store the new owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. They even take custom orders if you are looking for something special that they do not carry. This has been my go to store for my beverage purchases since in moved to Missouri

Then for them to come up with the excuse that they just didnt want to do it. So they hung up on me. Call again because maybe it was a Accident. But No! Worst customer service ever
