I know workers who during their time were held to high standards, after my unbearable purchase there I will not take their advice and go to happy rock and I will not be coming back here. They lied over phone about carrying a product, very unaware and professional with knowlege of and handling their product. What did it was the 3 times I was told to just go to happy rock. There WAS a reason I didnt go there and now I have ome for here. Used to lobe Gladstone excelsior and liberty location until the past couple years idk what happend.

I bought a vape for twenty bucks at this store. I had a problem with the vape because each time I took a puff I began coughing. I even tried taking tiny puffs which didnt help. I was told that store policy didnt allow an exchange. Perhaps the twenty bucks was more important than customer satisfaction and a bad review. I regret going there and Ill never go back.

I’m not sure about theses bad reviews but I had a very smooth experience. I’m from outta state and stoped by because I broke my tank and needed to replace my tip. Easy in and out. Lady was very helpful and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you for your help!!

I have been coming here getting Neptunes fixed 9:00 in the morning for a very long time. If they have them cuz they are out a lot. You can go down the street and get the same products for $10. They just increase the product by $3. Everything here is overpriced. I recommend going down the street

The staff at this store is super friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable. I was having trouble with my vape leaking and one of the employees suggested I try a different brand. He was very friendly and I could tell he knew what he was talking about, so I bought a new tank and it saves me from constantly having to clean up vape juice, I love it! Thank you!

Cameron helped me find the exact Kratom I needed. He was very helpful to find a fix for my insomnia. Everyone in the store was pleasant and helpful.

Bought a new geekvap device failed 2 weeks later and they will not honor the warranty do not buy a device from these guys

First time I came on here the guy working at the time was very helpful and answered any questions my boyfriend or I had and it was a great experience. the second time we didnt even make it all the way in the door before getting kicked out because my boyfriend didnt have his wallet and they wanted to ID check him when hes obviously over 21. if youre going to check IDs like that it should be done to everyone, Everytime they come in. not random people at random times.

I dont recommend coming here, worst experience Ive ever had.. the new people they have hired recently know nothing about this store or how to answer my questions. When I first walk in the door the new guy didnt even greet me or look at me at all.. I miss the two guys that used to work here, at least they were friendly and able to answer my questions with no problem. Never giving my money to this company again. Maybe if they treated their employees better they wouldnt have new people working here all the time. Ive been coming here for over a year and it just keeps getting worse. Plus the disposable vapes are cheaper at the liquor store literally around the corner, Im going to start giving them my money instead.

Got a cart from here later that night it wasn’t blowing any smoke out of it. I had also noticed it had cracks on the bottom of the cart and when i had looked in it you can see straight through the cart like I can see my finger at the bottom I had looked at previous cars I had smoked and no others were like that. Went to return the product or possibly see if I can get an exchange or see what the problem was they did nothing. This is the second time I have bought products from this company and they didn’t work.

Never work here. I used to manage this location for 12 dollars qn hour, I never got my 2 dollar raise, then when I left I was accused of stealing and breaking a window. They paid me 268 for 41 hours. Was never taken to court for stealing or breaking a window, they just garnished my check illegal. This company is trash. Stay far away. And apparently the new managers review Zoe, is saying I was a thief. shell be sued for defamation just like this company will.

Dont buy your Neptunes Fix here. They are cheaper elsewhere. They raised their price on them by 30% overnight. 👎🏻👎🏻

Make sure you open each vape In the store. Product was leaking allOver when I opened the box in my car. Vape was sealed in plastic inside the box. I wasn’t allowed to exchange the faulty vape. Vape also didn’t work probably because it leaked. Better vape shops out there for sure.

Wish I could have gave zero stars honestly I’m disappointed with the new management and staff. The new manager helping me was quite rude and had no knowledge of the stores products. Please hire new Employees with knowledge of the products at least.

Called ahead to get Boulder Rock pods, to make sure they had some in stock (since Independence VM is perpetually out of stock of them), was told they did. Went in, surprise! Veridian pods not Rock. Know your products, please!

Rude service after THEY gave me the wrong juice. I had asked for Twist Purple Number 1 3mg....paid and left, came back within 3 minutes when I noticed and told her I was given Twist Purple Grape, She proceeded to help 2 other customers while I had dinner plans and I interrupted and said I have to be somewhere at 6 can you please just exchanges these. She then got rude and said Im not supposed to but since it was my fault, HERE. Not a sorry I apologize, nothing. I suggest sticking with a locally owned business like Vaporwyse.

Super friendly and helpful staff, I normally order all my stuff online but I dont mind going in this store and will be back for last minute things I need. The only bad thing is they dont carry Snowwolf products but they do carry the other two coils I use.

Took the employee 3 different boxes and trys to get me the coil I needed for my device, should have a way to check your knowledge to work here. And I was somehow to blame for grabbing the wrong box ? Dont think so

Well came in for a 14 mm quartz banger. They were completely out. Said it was a popular item and they wouldnt know when they would have one but they had an ooze set with the 14 mm banger soo I bought that and a 4oz candle that was around 4 dollars. I my checked receipt and they charged me 14 dollars the price of a 12 oz candle. Called the store they didnt want to refund me because of there policy but it does not mention anything about candles. Dont waste your time coming here the way I see it they stole 10 dollars from me...

Was sold two vape pens, when I tried to get supplies they were limited. The house vape was clogging the clearmizers. So I was suggested to buy a much better product; about three weeks later. SO I did and I enjoyed the new vape pens until I needed a new coil (even after being sold a lesser quality item just to be sold a better item. They were not in stock. I was told to come back five times. Then on the six had my number written down to call me when it would arrive, came in the seventh time and was told they got them in and sold them, and forgot to call me. So to fully explain I as a customer went in nicely and supportive to this company 8 times to get a RPM coil replacement. So in short-I previously supported a local store for 10yrs prior to going to Vapor Maven. I planned to show the same support and drive the extra mile(s) to develop a good customer relationship. Highly disappointed. I found another shop closer to were I live that is much better stocked. The employees act, talk, and look more professional. I was highly disappointed in Vapor Maven. I hope they get there **** together. Until they do I would not recommend them at all.

Young girl in there was rude and in a hurry to get me out of the store, bought vape juice with the seal already opened showed it to her and said she saw me open it and nothing she could do. Great service there

I was very upset when I walked in here today with my very horrible experience at happy rock smoke shop! The gentleman that helped me was very kind and soo helpful. I highly recommend this store!! Thank you for your kind words and very pleasant experience!!!

I was in there a couple days ago and I saw a group of minors walk in and buy many disposable vapes and I saw one buy a bong. It’s ridiculous to have a place sell to minors.

Employee sold me the wrong coils. I drove 30 minutes to return them . Employee didnt know how. I am told by the manager that it is MY FAULT,and I am screwed out of my money. Hope to see them out of business soon

Have been sold the wrong coils more than once. Make sure that they sell you the right thing. The info on the boxes is not correct. Staff Does not have the product knowledge.

Prices are too high. For one hit pipe 14 dollars, the same pipe at the store in excelsior springs is 5 dollars 😨 prices for all products are tok expensive.
