I’ve never had acrylic nails, but had them applied for my son’s wedding. They look beautiful. This spa and staff are wonderful. Thanks Dorinda for doing an outstanding job.

Very safe place to receive a spa service. My shellac mani with Jo always lasts 3-4 weeks. She has attention to detail and is gentle.

Kiandra did my nails perfectly! Love them! So much more relaxing getting my nails done here as its private, calming, and drinks are provided!

I love sanctuary! The name is so fitting. You walk in the doors and the outside world melts away. The staff are amazing. I feel so relaxed when I go. Their dry pedicures are awesome, I will never have a pedicure done any other way.

Fantastic experience. From the moment you arrive there is a focus on relaxation.My husband and I went for a couples massage and we had the best time.10/10 would do as often as we can afford.

Disappointing experience to say the least. I’d been once before when I lived in Iowa and went to the CR location with no issues, but the aesthetician although nice, didn’t seem confident in what she was doing. During each cleanse I could feel the cleanser still on my face and when I got home I immediately had to wash everything off due to exfoliate being on my jaw and neck and something brown around my eyes. She didn’t address my only concern I mentioned to her before hand and my skin was never assessed to see what mask or treatments would be best. I think it’s common practice to include the neck and décolleté (also the upper lip), but all of these were missed, if I had to mention including those that would have been good information to receive when I booked initially.Not the relaxing experience I was after, but everyone was kind. I should have waited until I got back home to do a facial at places I know well.

This was my first time getting a facial and lash lift. Frankly pricing is amazing because treating yourself to a spa day is a treat, Amy was absolutely astounding and she listened but responded well if I had a question. I will be returning!

Amazing. I first walked in to see such friendly front desk people. The complementary beverages are really good. My service was a 75 min massage with cupping. I had never got cupping before. Chantel is AWESOME! I never felt so relaxed and felt like I was on a cloud. When the massage ended and I had to get up I was a little sad. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Sanctuary Spa is one of my favorite non outdoor places in the country! Professional, experienced with maybe a touch of magic. On my feet 6 days a week in construction and there is little else I look forward to than the relaxation and rejuvenation I get each week here. Book early if its a Saturday!

I scheduled my first ever spa facial and was not sure what to expect. After I filled out my paperwork, I was escorted to a relaxing waiting room where I was offered a blanket and complimentary beverage. Once I was taken to the room, Callista explained the process and and asked if there were any areas Id like her to focus on. It was relaxing and soothing and wonderful! My only disappointment is that I waited so long to get one!

I booked my sister and I facials and pedicures in the couples room so we could have a nice bonding evening. We had Anna and Johanna (spelling check?) and they were FANTASTIC!! I would recommend this for anyone, absolutely worth the price for two hours of complete indulgence and relaxation. My sister and I want to make this a routine visit now after such a wonderful time.

Jessica is AMAZING!! I needed a deep/firm back massage and she listened and knew what my body needed. She spent so much time on getting each knot out of my back. The tension is gone, I feel amazing !!

All I can say is WOW!!! That was absolutely the best massage Ive ever had in my life hands down. Dominique has the greatest hands on earth by far! I just hope Im in town long enough to experience that one more time before my contract is over.

I went to the spa today for an eyebrow wax in it was the best experience ever. Their staff are so amazing! Dana was so kind and friendly and listened to everything! I live two hours away and it is so worth drive for the experience! I have also bought my clients gift cards here and they absolutely love it! Highly recommend!

Had my first experience there this evening. Wow! Between the relaxation room and the massage I couldnt feel better! Courteney was AMAZING! Not only did she do a wonderful job she showed me stretches to do to help with my issues. Thank you SO much, will definitely be back!

This place is fabulous! So tranquil & relaxing. I was given a choice of complimentary beverage, I chose a yummy cran- raspberry mimosa and a complimentary hand or foot massage while waiting in the relaxation room. Dana gave me a wonderful hydra facial. My skin looks & feels awesome. Lisa gives a great massage! I highly recommend this spa! Cant wait to go back!

Love this spa. I will never go back to a walk in place again. All the employees are wonderful, never had a bad experience. Victoria at the front desk is the best, she’s so polite and helpful. Front desk staff is warm and inviting. The environment, from the moment you walk in, is tranquil and calming. Each therapist I have worked with is knowledgeable, considerate of my needs, and extremely professional. This is the most exquisite spa in our area. A must for all to visit. Cant wait for their relaxation room to reopen.

Roberto is a god send!! Before I started strength training I had a deep tissue massage. I informed him of what I had in store with my training. A rebooked for a month later when I was in with my strength training. Had a deep tissue massage yesterday from him, I had informed him of some areas this old lady was having since I started my training. He worked everything out!! My area started hurting Monday from inner muscle inflammation and today I can tell he worked it out and it feels amazing!!! I recommend anyone and everyone to go see Roberto!!! He is amazing!!!

Olivia is incredible!! She customizes every facial and lash extension service to exactly what I need. I started doing peels and they have helped so much with my sun damage! My skin has never looked better. If you want to have the best skin and lashes go to Olivia!!

I see Quin and she’s amazing! She does my facials and waxing and seems passionate at both! My waxing is fast and is as pain free as waxing can be! And my skin has never looked better! She always sets me up with products that take care of my problem and is getting me to my glow i want to have!

I absolutely love coming to Sanctuary Spa!! All staff members are friendly & make me feel welcome. My favorite is McCaela, she’s so sweet & always fulfills my relaxation needs. Hands down my favorite spa in CR

10/10 recommend!👌🏻My experience was with Quin, & she did an amazing job! I had a bad case of roseca, until I went and saw Quin. She treated me with a hydro facial. I didn’t realize how it would help until I did one. If you have roseca, I recommend!

Calming atmosphere, amazing massage. My therapist was very knowledgeable of trigger points and how to release different muscle and tendon tensions. Perfect self-care.

Have had other services that have been amazing, but the pedicure I received was underwhelming and even awkward at times. I guess I’ll just stick to the massages!

All the employees here were so friendly and kind! They were super helpful and had the salon super clean and I felt safe going in there during this pandemic. Hands down the best salon I have been to in awhile. Definitely will be going back!

Very relaxing, got my massage from Dominique, I am booking with her again.They have a relaxation room and you can choose from different drink choices before your massage.

I highly recommend the hot stone couple massage. It’s so romantic and relaxing and just an overall perfect date night for any couple. My husband & I make sure we do this every year as our anniversary gift to each other.
