Weather your looking as a first timer or a veteran. Brandon love will get you right. They got awesome prices but Brandon will put you on what’s best for you. He’s very informative on everything in the store and the way he treats people makes you feel right at home. I personally have hung out there and played on the ps1 while smoking the vape I got there. And it felt like a homies house. This is the only Place I go to get anything vape. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially when Brandon is in working.

Never have my coils any more and juice selection rarely changes. Been 4 times same result and not even an offer to get said coils in.

Usually I have great service in here but not sure what happened today. Went in to buy a bottle of vape juice and when I went to put it in my vape in the parking lot the whole bottle top came off and exploded more then half of the vape juice all over me and my car. Since I was still in the parking lot I went in to see if there was something they could do since this just happened to my sister in law and they replaced her bottle since it happened within seconds of her buying. I went in and asked and the guy behind the counter he basically laughed at me and said “yeah that’s happened to me so no there isn’t anything for me to do” I said “ are you serious? I just bought it?” And he said “you should make sure you check the top”Now I understand a policy is a policy but don’t hold your policy for one person and then break policy for another. Also maybe don’t be condescending and rude to customers who just spent 30 dollars on vape juice they can no longer use because it is completely gone before I could put it into my own vape.I won’t be back I’ll get my vape juice and stuff like that somewhere else from now on. Unacceptable customer service.

Im never happy with the customer service here. One girl was really mean about me not knowing the name of something and snapped at me. Honestly all of the staff seem annoyed at customers and Ive never once been there where it didnt feel like the employees were surrounded by personal friends. I get that its supposed to have a hang out feel but its awkward to shop with people staring at you, waiting for you to leave so they can go back to what they were doing. Id like to see a LOT more of a professional attitude because the prices, product and location are great.

Good place. Good ppl. Wide variety of juice and gear. Very popular place, but I’d rather have fresh juice and variety in-store almost every week then be handed a bottle that’s been sitting there for six months because someone didn’t know how to order properly. I’ve often gotten expired juices from other shops around town, so you can only imagine how long it’s been sitting there if it’s expired, but everything at Hawkeye is as fresh as possible. Stock up when you’re in there!

Staff at both Marion and Cedar Rapids locations are always knowledgeable about any questions I have. Dont know who does yalls hiring, but you have an awesome staff.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. These guys put the other local vape stores to shame. They didn’t have the product I needed but are ordering it special for me. They then helped me find a temporary solution until the product comes in. Customer service at its finest. I will not go to the other vape stores in town any longer. Those stores treat you like you’re annoying them while these guys bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied even though they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock

Prices are decent but take the afternoon off because youll be waiting for the employees to finish their personal conversations before ringing you out.

Super friendly owner & employees. They have the best selections we have found in town. Had one disposable vape we got that didnt work right and was defective & they had no issue replacing it right after we bought it. Definitely worth visiting, they have a store on the sw side of CR also.

I was just thinking how lame it would be if I called this place and thought I was so high profile, booshie, and in the know about vape products that Id make a negative review on them when I asked a question. Yet, Id give China King 5 stars because my taste is so busted. Anyway, good place for vape stuff. 👍

Always try to come early in the morning once they open. Best shop keeps. dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have to quit smoking for a surgery so I was looking for a nicotine free vape. It was very reasonably priced as well!
