They have it all. It’s hard to find the right stuff

Employees are rude, the little girls I mean.they ignore you and keep you waiting while they gossip among each other. Took 15 minutes to get my supplies with one person in front of me among 3 employees. It was load. Sounded like a little girls locker room..today wasnt much better either. But it only took 10. MInutes To get my supplies. Two customers, 3 employees

I went to TJ Saturday and tried to buy a Vivint dab box pro that was supposed to been $59.99 the guy gives me a sealed box of Vivint dab box and when I get home it is not the one to put the water in then I called back he said he will exchange it I go back the next day and they will not do it gave me a fit so I had to get a hold of Vivian and trying to settle the problem there I got ripped off and didnt get even what I was supposed to be buying

Best place for warm and old beer. They have a no return policy. Check it before you buy anything. Cold beer across the street at drive thu. I believe the workers are high. They seem spaced out. Not tj himself. The workers.

Bought the wrong thing and the staff made it right this is a good store thanks tjs but your Regular or customer or wtv shouldnt talk trash at others because that douchebag was extremely rude and looked like he was family of the staff or something not your fault just letting you know dude in the orange sweater is gonna drive people away

Great store, went there today for the first time.They have anything your looking for or need. I also have to say they have great knowledgeable associates that are kind and polite. Very pleased will be back.

Today I bought a bag of tobacco and after I got home and opened it realized that the tobacco was old. When you grab some out of the bag it crumbled and disintegrated like old dried up leaves do when I went back to the store and ask him about it there was nothing they could do so they said but I literally had just bought it 10 minutes before. I get that theres rules and everything else but they should make sure their product isnt old and stale. Yes if you buy tobacco there open the bag before you walk out the store to make sure theyre not selling you old tobacco because Im sure theres other places in town that would like your business and sell fresh tobacco

Laura truly took time to explain products they sell that I was interested in to me and the other lady helped me out as well. very nice, friendly, and professional in there.

Been in 3 times now. 2 out of 3 trips were great. Last one not so much. Everyone has a bad day I guess. Im usually shopping in vape and glass area and I would suggest if your going to sell dab rigs dont put a flower bowl on than charge customer not only for a banger but extra parts necessary to make banger fit. Listen I can understand people coming in buying 20 flower pipes and wanting it switched to banger, but I come in and buy a 90 dollar dab rig and have to buy another 15 dollars worth of connectors to make the limited selection of bangers fit. To top everything off told one price in back and charged another at register. For my biggest purchase to date it was an awful experience, but other 2 were great. So although immediately after leaving I told girlfriend I wouldnt be back there after having chance to rationally think about cant let the 1 bad experience outweigh the positives so 4 stars.

I bought a big bag of tobacco 5 minutes after returning home i knoticed the bottom of the bag was split open with a box cutter and called the store to inform them i would be bringing the bag back to exchange employee sean says they can not exchange for a new bag bc the top of the bag was opened tobacco inside bag is old and stale. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. ITS NOT LIKE THEY CAN RESELL THE BAG ANYWAYS!!
