I had to change my comment after many times of dealing with the individual who owns the store. He may seem very knowledgeable about the products but is not as knowledgeable as what he thinks he is and Rams information down your throat as truth almost twisting your arm back behind your back to try to force you to buy his products. He acts very friendly almost like a very slick salesman. He does not leave you with a happy feeling when you leave the store 9 out of 10 times.(Edit)Firstly I laugh at his once again condescending attitude towards a customer.The device was a dual core O.G. 2.0 small pen for concentrate. For knowledge of past experience, what you were pushing not a week earlier, with all of youre might... You mentioned was no longer being produced (Bold face Lie) and a new bigger one was out. (It was!!! thats for sure.... )huge O.G four 2.0 rig edition. which if youre reading this and knows anything about (concentrating) any quality material that you put in a pen device, you simply wouldnt want to burn or overheat. Mega cooking your material to death you also could never take it... without passing out from coughing out a lung...Also that bad taste in the mouth is an American English saying meaning you irritate or dissuade a person from essentially dealing with YOU, altogether. For you to respond in such a tone only lets users. (Many so far). Truly see the real you! :) They must either like you or agree with me. 2 likes so far! :)It saddens me our business relationship ended this way even after a previous time of you twisting my arm behind my back once again and asking me to come on a Saturday Rush Glass job when I had plans with the child and drive clear to your store 35 minutes away to fix a piece of glass on youre display case in which you fixed with a piece of plexiglass with measurements provided by me. All at 9:30amDid you this favor and youre kind and JUST reward was 10 bucks off an item.Not even a 8th of the price it truly costs for RUSH Glass Repair. Especially since you called and begged at 7:00am then again at 7:30am and once more at 8:20am.I was ultra kind and helpful and with all this treatment I dont think its rewarding at all to be youre contractor nor customer.

Prices are a bit high and they do not have a huge a selection that I had hoped for but I think they are just starting out. They are very nice though. I absolutely adore one member of the staff here (not sure of his name). He is very personable and knowledgeable about the huge selection of quality products they have. I also love how they have menus for different brands so you dont have to try to squint to read flavors.

Personally this is my favorite place to get anything I need. From the amazing staff who can help you with anything you might need to the set up of the store. I don’t normally leave reviews but this one definitely deserves it.

Love this location and I heard they opened up one in Green Cove which Ill have to check out. Really good place to grab a cigar on the go. The have a plethora of other things in there but I stick to my cigars. Really friendly environment.

Everytime my spouse and I have attended weve felt very welcome. Weve gone to both Middleburg and Fleming island branch. Were like 80.perceng sure weve met other queer people at both. We feel safe enough in these stores to be a couple and talk openly with the staff. 10/10, continuing to go for as long as we live in Florida

Ive only stopped in here a couple of times on my way through town when Ive forgotten something I need but theyve always been accommodating and helpful in trying to help me find either exactly what Im looking for or something that closely resembles it to replace it. They always take their time and are extremely patient and nice. Love the guy thats always working whom I believe owns the place. Id suggest they offer a few not so popular options for those of us that dont use the most popular brands of everything lol, but otherwise theyre doing a great job.

Absolutely love the employees here they are always helpful and friendly I would never go else where even when I moved out of the area I made the drive to get what I need from only them.

Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. I always enjoy going here and its one of the few stores I look forward to visiting. I got a bunk coil (originally thought it was the vape itself but it wasnt) from here and they gave me a small discount when I came in to buy something else after I let them know. The coil wasnt their fault so please dont blame them. They didnt have to offer the discount so I was pleasantly surprised when they did that for me. Apparently they also have a sister store in Flemming and I cant wait to go check that one out too.

Not sure who it was that helped me both times, but I should’ve asked his name. He saved me money on a comparable atomizer that worked great for a few rounds, then failed. Went back the next day and he swapped out the heating element which seemed to be the faulty piece. It’s worked great since and they provided great customer service overall!

Amazing customer service, the owner is extremely friendly always ready to joke. Takes time out to explain any questions you have. Takes the time out to show you what to do if you’re not sure. My very first visit He spent like 45 minutes with me answering a ridiculously amount of questions. Stay friendly cheerful knows a lot of people by name and what they want just by walking in. Customer for life. The products are top-quality nothing generic and he will not sell you anything bad.

This place is hands down, the best smoke shop around. When I go to others, out of town. I realize how much I miss them. Prices are very good. Employees are super helpful and very kind. They do a wonderful Job educating you on products. No pressure added when looking at things you’re not sure about. They have a wide range of vapes and very cool items. This place Rocks is really what it boils down to.

I feel like family when I come here. Shop owner is always eager to help, as well he always helps me out with discounts when I dont have quite enough he usually makes it work for me. The shop hand is also a great help and if anything makes me want to only purchase my glassware from here.

This place is the best around. Always has the best selection of pipes, vapes, Delta 8, 9, THCP, HHC, moon rocks, gummy roaps, pipes and bongs, cigars and other cool stock constantly updated. After noticing the sign on the front window thanking our service members, i walked in to be greeted like family. I expected a 2 minute visit because i knew exactly what i was there to buy but ended up taking 20 minutes to scan the huge selection Freddy offers. After asking questions about the quality of the glass he sells, he pulled out his phone and showed me a video of himself dropping one of his products on a concrete slab and it didnt break!In summary:The prices, selection, cleanliness, customer service, and pride that Freddy takes in his business is why i’ll never visit another smoke shop other than Azeus in Middleburg.Freddy is making Head shops great again!!

Great selection of cigars and hookah products at some of the best prices I have seen around town. However, that alone is not why I rated this 5 stars. The secret to this stores success is the owner and the exceptional customer experience he consistently provides on every visit. Freddie immediately impressed me by how he takes the time to get to know his customers. On my 2nd visit to the store he remembered me by name, this is customer service that rarely exists these days. I highly recommend for you to stop by and check it out for yourselves.

Best place in town! This is easily my favorite store. Everyone is super cool, and you feel like family when you go inside. Everything they sell is always top quality. I only trust them with my vaping/smoking needs. Love their hookah collection; vast and full of surprises. As for the glass, they have a little bit of everything for everyone. Lastly the vape juice and disposables, so many flavors and varieties of juice for regular vapes and salt-nic devices on top of a whole wonderland of disposeable vapes!

Our Vape battery went bad last night. We were in a very bad way, I went to 3 other shops and none of them could help me. I called, described our unit and Freddy said to come by he had several batteries for our unit. I’m trying to quit smoking and called up the shop to see if they had any puff flows available (want to try disposable ones before I invest more money into it) and they said they had a few flavors so I sent my husband in. Husband texted me and said 3 flavors and I picked the wrong one. I called and asked if any way we can exchange it and they didn’t even hesitate and said that was fine. Absolutely amazing customer service and I hope they continue to be my vape shop as I venture into quitting smoking.

Hands down the best smoke shop in the surrounding area can’t find any customer service close to this anywhere else. Louie and Zach (two workers) are well knowledged and have crazy customer service skills. Every time I walk in there I feel welcomed and wanted. A great experience every time I go in. Honest sales, not worried about bashing competition like other places (I hate hearing that in retail). They guide me with explanation only if I want it. I went to the n looking for a new vape and the man upfront named RJ was very helpful, thorough. Explained everything and even repeated it so he made sure i knew how to use the vape. Even got the closest match on my disposable. Best customer service experience!!

I called and talked to a younger guy and he told me to come in next day. Went in next day and the older gentleman called me liar about calling, even after I told him who I spoke to. He literally told me that, that young man wasn’t here the day before, he was. Now mind you.... this was the first time I had ever been in here, so how can I describe your employees.... he refused to replace the vape or give a refund.

It was okay. I came in for cigars and they had some decent ones, just not a huge selection compared to other stores Ive been too. Looked like it had a lot of other varieties in other sections...just not a ton in what I was looking for.

When I first moved to Middleburg I would drive out to Jacksonville to get my vape supplies. I stopped by this shop one day just to get some ejuice. They have a really good selection and great prices. They even have products I was having problems getting from the big vape shops in Jacksonville. The guys are very knowledgeable about all their products. They are excellent at troubleshooting issues with devices. Its just a great place to shop. And its close by so I can just run in quick and Im back home in minutes. No more fighting traffic to get to Jacksonville just for a coil. Im really glad that Middleburg has a shop like this. I highly recommend them.

Felt rather uncomfortable and unwelcome. Also the pipe I bought is very shoddy and already has cracks all through the plastic cover over the metal pipe and the screens purchased were all poorly cut and none of them were circular. Dont plan to go back.

He is flat out lying.He only sells pipe tobacco, just like the package clearly states.Do not expect to see rolling tobacco such as American Spirit, Drum, Bali Shag and what a real tobacco store would sell.Or even what Walgreens has in stock just down the road!When confronted, he insisted he had no obligation to clarify the lies on his website regarding this matter and the customers confusion and waste of time was clearly his last concern.
