Harmony had some of the best service from a vape shop in awhile! She was super polite and helpful and knew exactly what type of salt nic vape I was looking for. I will definitely be back again!

Im a pretty frequent customer for a little over a year and I have yet to leave a review.I just want to say, this is an ABSOLUTELY GLOWING review!It was about 30 minutes till close last time we went. This was where my husband and I ran into an issue the last time we were there. The older female employee behind the counter stated she “couldn’t mix the house flavors” when I asked her to make the sour green apple house flavor more sour. Ive been going here for over a year now, and I know most of the employees know how to mix flavors. So, I wasnt mad when she said she couldnt do it, Maybe shes new. However, I did leave feeling a disappointed, about it.My husband went back to try and fix my disappointment about 30 minutes before close on 2/28/24. Where he met Jordan behind the counter Jordan has absolutely amazing customer service skills. He had my husband call me so he could verbally hear what I wanted flavor wise. Which was really nice. Jordan was patient, polite, and quick to help us! He was really a delight to talk to!Love this company, yall are great!Thanks for continuing to make vape flavors and art!Sarah Sottile

Just stopped in from out of town. Pretty cozy place, and all the juices we tried tasted pretty good! I was surprised to find that the nicotine was added manually and to order, which was pretty freaking fantastic! Team was pretty cool, too, so that helped! Will definitely return if Im ever in the area!

These people are like my family. They have many eliquids to choose from from brands like jam monster,The One to Fruita. Try their store e-liquid they make. Its premium and so fresh guys. The prices are in target with the value youll get. Its worth paying for the quality,and just knowing you wont ever be ripped off with any clone coils or fake devices here. I have lived in this area for around 6 years and they are an authorized vape shop.With real authentic products. Unlike some other shops in this area dont be fooled by these pop up new shops. Ive been to them all just about.

. the employees were very nice. the customer service varies depending on whos there the tall bearded guy is really helpful in all aspects speedy fast attentive service from that dude. my suggestion the prices should be posted more visibility or on the menu. great selection of vapor products and inventory 510 drip tips are sold here as well. an the only place in Middleburg that i know of that sells 510 drip tips a huge deal for people that dont have a crown or smok tank . my only concern is that someone tries a flavor with burnt cotton, some days you try a flavor and the cotton isnt the newest. theyre very attentive to the tanks and the sanitary practice of a free drip tip along with constantly cleaning the top of the tanks. this place is probably the best in town. way way way better than new leaf juice. the flavors here are worth the money in my opinion beard venom 5* hazelnut coughy 5*

I have tried a number of vape stores and none of them hold a candle to this company. Every time I go there the employees are friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. The prices here are extremely competitive and they even price match. Also products and juices here are amazing. I highly recommend this vape store for all your vaping needs.

Huge selection very knowledgeable and very helpful. We came in while visiting family and I honestly wish I had one closer to home! So many flavors to try and they were very happy to help based on flavors we use at home! 10/10 would recommend

My favorite vape store! My husband and I are happy to drive an hour out of our way every month in order to get our vape products from this company. Smokey Barrel is locally owned, they make their own brand of juice with medical grade nicotine (be prepared - its stronger than the nicotine in most vape products), and the owner is 100% honest and transparent when it comes to her products and how she obtains them (or, in the case of their own brand, how they are made). I love the peace of mind I get when shopping here. The in-house products are amazing, with a great flavor, customizable nic level, and a strong cloud.After dealing with the price confusion, scams, and inferior products from other stores, I am thrilled to say that I have found my go-to. 💯

Friendly and knowledgeable people. They dont make you feel stupid for not knowing everything about Vapes and such. Just started vaping a few months ago, the staff at smokey barrel took the time to help me find the right product to fit my needs/taste. They are always so friendly, and very personable really try and get to know their customers!

Really nice store customer service was good my only issue was when checking out the young lady vaping and blowing it my way while I was checking out. I think she couldve waited until we were done with the transaction.

Good service and price, not pushy about Sales. Mostly beginner mods though. Some higher end products but not much. Great little store with good juice prices.

I just recently got restationed here from Va (Navy). Moved away about 3.5 years ago. At the time there’s wasn’t that many vape shops around in this area. In Virginia there was vape shops all over. So moving back I was a lil worried. I was about to start looking for some juice online, but decided to google shops and see if some shops popped up. This one came up. Stopped in after work and so glad I did. Bought a few in-house juices (strawberry kiwi) has been my fav so far. Not gonna lie didn’t expect this experience from a shop here more less one in Middleburg! I would much rather spend a few couple dollars and support a local shop then pay for juice online. Only flaw has been brought up already. Not that good of a selection of mods... but the juices are on point!

Staff was very knowledgeable, Im new to vaping and they didnt make me feel like an idiot. He spent a lot of time with me answering questions and letting me sample some products.

Some of the employees their pay more attention to the TV than they do their customers. All their products are overpriced and not a big selection to choose from. Best to order from and online vape store then Smokey Barrel.

Called and staff was super helpful! Was able to grab blue moon cbd vape!!! He helped me figure out which one to buy and just generally a nice place to visit. The decor blew me away by far!!!

Ive given this place a few chances and by far this is the worst vape shop Ive been to. The help is snobby and rude not to mention completely and utterly incompetent if you have a question. And why are the juices always sticky? You dont even make them in house!

Bought a mod from them, it broke 2 days later. they refused to give a refund. Next day I found the same mod cheaper in another shop in middleburg. will NOT be coming back
