Serena is THE ONE!!! She was so patient and had all the knowledge to answer my questions in order to help me purchase the perfect glass piece! I didnt know how to describe my current glass piece that needed replacement, and unfortunately I didnt see anything similar in the store with just looking myself. I told her that I wanted something medium sized that held ice, even with my poor explanation of what I was looking for, Serena was able to deliver and had me in and out of the store in 5 mins! She even went the extra mile because the store had just ran out of bubble wrap, and offered to secure the glass piece in a plastic bag to avoid breaking because she remembered me saying I needed a glass piece that was simple and without a ton of designs as Im so clumsy! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would and Ill be back to buy from Serena again!

I absolutely love this place, their edible variety is amazing and they are very nice people. I have been coming here for over 2 years and have yet to find a better smoke shop.

This is Favorite vape shop to visit beings its right down the road . Tons of products on the shelf and many options to choose from . Knowledgeable staff . Nice atmosphere. All the ladies working there are super friendly and go out of their way to help when you are looking for a product . I have my medical marijuana card but cant stand the prices at the dispensary . This is my go to place for carts that are effective affordable and work rather well . I enjoy the wide range of vape juice to pick from . Their mellow fellow carts are my new favs.

Shop is awesome but I bought an Ooze pen and it was made poorly and exchanged it for another one however it was un registrable and i believe their ooze pens currently in stock are fakes. Probably a distributors fault instead of the shop. Ill be dropping by as soon as I can

Only place Ive been to that lets you test the vapes to make sure they work. They even unwrap it and present it to you. Top shelf service. Great place.

I’m not much for writing reviews but I feel that the service that Michelle provided was worth mention. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the products. I was able to walk out with the perfect vaping device at a price that fit my budget. I know great customer service when I experience it. And Michelle is absolutely genuine. She’s the real deal. I’m a charter fisherman 22 years from Key West and I’m a pro at customer service. So I recognize talent when I see it. And Michelle is awesome. Thank you to Michelle and the owners at Flames for picking the perfect person to represent them.

Employees don’t listen to customers bowls that break not re burst and never the right cleaners I keep asking I love Sam but the new guy sucks hard sold my 710 which is for dabs and wax not cleaning bongs it spells oil backwards dude I was stupid for listening!!

This place is definitely my favorite vape shop in all of Clay County to go to. They have great customer service. Lots of different products to choose from. They have something for everybody. Whatever it is you want, you dont ever have to worry about being overcharged. The owner is a fantastic guy. He truly cares about making every customer feel welcome. We relocated to Middleburg from Mandarin about 6 months ago and I found this little smoke shop. All the employees are very friendly and the prices are good. The only problem I have is me and my wife spend about $150-$200 a month on the Fume disposables and until the last month they have been great. The last month are so has been pretty bad with the Fumes as about 1 out of 3 have been duds due to the battery running continuously after hitting which in turn causes the battery to die in 1 day. I have reached out to them regarding this issue but have been ignored. I understand the no return policy but a response back goes along way in my book. This past week I have been purchasing the Fume at a different place by my work with no issues at all. Would have given 5 stars but when you reach out to someone that you spend the kind of money we do a simple response would have made a world of difference.

Went in to get a peach ice flame and they were super nice. They even gave me a new type of vape to try. Hydra peach Mango!!! It is amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop over any others.

Spent probably over a grand up there on glass pieces. Hit or miss... Just spent 200 on a piece I cant even see to light... I probably have at least 400 in non returnables... They sell some gimmicks.

UPDATE 9/27/2022___Very nice owner and staff to deal with. The owner is very knowledgeable of items that are sold in his store. They have a great selection of products from vapes , e-liquids and a wide range of other products like hookahs, tobacco, etc. Highly recommend this store if you vape or smoke. If you live in Jacksonville its well worth the drive because they carry items that other vape stores are normally out of.

Edit:1 year later and every employee and everytime I walk in I have the best experience in this vaoe shop. He intelligently buys very very quality products and some 3rd party products that outperform or almost out perform their more expensive competitor. The owner is a friend of mine now after visiting several times and Im very happy to see him expanding like he is because he is not scalping people on price. Excellent experience every time been over 50 times atleast. Check my other smoke shop reviews and you will truly believe all I have posted. Take it from me, this is the smoke shop you want to spend your hard earned cash at and feel very happy you spent it..Best vape store in the 15 years Ive been going to tobacco shops! Awesome owner. Very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Great experience and leave happy each time. Cant ask much more.

Ive been to a lot of shops, especially in Jacksonville/ Fleming Island/Middleburg, and this place has the cheapest price out of all the others with a wide selection of products. This shop carries all the brands I like with a very affordable price, and Im sure they carry yours as well.
