Vice Versa

Vice Versa is Hands Down the best place in Morgantown WV. They are open Thursday thru Sunday. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The bartender Ryan, is not only Hott, hes also very sufficient, kind and makes a MEAN Stiff drink. Theres Two beautifully felted, and level pool tables, a Big screen TV and many more conveniently placed TVs. I was amazed with the large dance floor. The DJ plays a various mix of good music on Fridays and Saturdays. What a Stunning entertainment line-up of not One, but Two Hosted Drag Shows. Which I must brag on. These Shows are preformed by some of the most Beautiful Drag Queens, I have ever had the pleasure being mesmerized by. They all are amazingly VERY talented individuals. Then to end the weekend Vice Versa also has karaoke, its on Sin Sunday. Its absolutely a fun, safe and clean environment, where theres something, for all generations to enjoy. Surprisingly for as busy as this place is, they some how keep their restrooms stocked and clean, which is a must for me.

Only club in Morgantown where you can’t find coke in the bathroom, way to break the stereotype!But seriously: if you’re a young lesbian girl looking for a queer space to just openly be lesbian, a place where you can breathe, it’s probably not here. And that’s not really something the owners or staff can do anything about. I’ve been here multiple times in the span of a little over a year and every time I go there I’m either hit on by men or poly people looking for a 3rd (and there are SO many of them there) there have been many times here when I’ve been hit on by men way too old for me where I have been anxious to say no and even to say that I am lesbian which really sucks since I go there in the first place because I want to openly be myself. I just wanted to post this review for anyone else similar to me just so they don’t go in with any unrealistic expectations. I really have met super nice and cool people here but girls just be aware of the few creeps especially if you’re under 20.

Love vice!! Great place for all ages, you’ll find a good group of people no matter your personality. Lots of super fun special themed nights and always a fun event going on.

Ive been going to this bar since 2014. Since the beginning, I have always felt extremely welcome. Idk what happened tonight, maybe I presented too hetero but I felt like both the bar and some of the dancers were rude. Ive always had a good time and tipped to match but I feel like tonight has made me question whether my favorite bar even wants me. It hurts to know if I dont present in a way that obviously suits the staff Ill be treated differently than normal

Amazing shows and a wonderful staff. You will be sure to have fun any night at vice. They have very talented performers and the best music in town. If you are looking for the best Morgantown club, this is the one.

This place is amazing!!!! It feels like home to me; the staff is always friendly and caring for every single guest! When there are safety issues outside(especially tonight 10/27), the owner (yes the owner) will keep everyone in his club and not let anyone leave to keep his guests safe.Vice versa is the place to be, they have phenomenal performances every weekend, and make sure you have a great time! The owner and staff works hard to keep everyone in their club happy and safe at all times

I love going to vice versa. I get to dance and and have fun with my husband. Everyone is so plight and the drinking are wonderful. I love having a great time when we go to vice versa.

Vice Versa is an LGBTQ+ friendly bar with many interesting events on the weekends like drag shows, fetish nights, and other kinky events. Its a wonderful place to hang. Music is always fun to dance to, and the ambiance is always friendly and inviting. You dont feel judged here. Drinks can get pricey, though.

I would have given a better review, but the DJ does not play song request even with a tiip. So dont bother. Not a lot of dance music. The rest was good. The drag show was good. The beer prices was ok.

This place is awful . the decor is worn . some times it smells of poop . the people who work here are rude . over priced drinks that they dont know how too make . the worst thing is the music. this is a dance club . they put an awful house beat on every song making the music vitally undanceable. the owners have seemed to given up . i have been there many time over the past 15 years . i have written my self notes to remind my drunk self dont get drunk and think going to the gay bar will be a good time . this place blows and not in a good way ;)

Visited with some friends while in town...lively crowd and interactive show! My wife loved the dance routines and everyone had fun! Was very clean and well kept throughout the night.

I absolutely enjoyed this place. People were very welcoming, and helped me enjoy the night. Great place to go, especially in winter. Go on in, warm yourself up, have a drink, and get fuzzy on the dance floor.

The people who work here are rude!! Every experience I’ve had here was terrible. The bodyguards are unnecessarily mean, yelling at people for being on their phone and having drinks beyond the bar. It’s unfortunate that the only LGBT friendly bar is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Awesome place to be on a Saturday night! Very friendly staff for as many people as they have to deal with. I couldnt do what they do. Beautiful people all around. A welcoming breath of fresh air in a stale nation.

Im new to morgantown from georgia and i was super impressed by the friendly staff...and people in general!! And it was soooooo clean!!!! Thank you for a great time i will be back for sure!!!
