Heather was a responsive and kind therapist! My session was so relaxing. Ill be excited the next time I can go back.

Theresa was top notch! She was very professional, made sure I was happy and comfortable with the amt of pressure she placed on my body. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. I definitely would recommend Massage Envy and Theresa for ur massage needs.

Never had a massage before, but I intend to return and get a package. Loved it. The masseuse was very friendly and efficient and knew what she was doing and was patient in putting up with me being up first time visitor. Everything was fantastic.

Do NOT purchase a membership with this store!!! My husband decided to cancel his membership because he wasnt using it. They claim that the manager has to call him in order to cancel the membership. The manager WILL NOT CALL HIM! Its been months and we are still being charged. The manager appears to be MIA. Still waiting for a call. Dont take a chance on this membership!

Beth was great and asked where i wanted to focus for my massage and made my experience comfortable. She even gave me tips on stretches to do when i wake up since my back gets so tight. This was my first time there (and my 2nd massage ever) and it was definitely a better experience than my first one somewhere else in town. Id go back there for sure.

Have been a member for almost two years now! Seriously the best service around. I love going to Doug as he listens to where your pain is and will soley focus on that area if that is what is required for you to feel better and relaxed! All of the other massage therapists are great, too. I recently started getting facials there and Lauren is amazing and so friendly. Both times I’ve come in for facials I’ve purchased a recommended product for my skincare and have continued to see great progress on my face. Whether it’s a 60 min or 90 min session it is truly such a relaxing and beneficial visit!

Morgantown ME is one of my favorites. The staff and facility is very nice. Joseph worked wonders on my neck and shoulders! I feel so much better.

The actual message was great. It was my first time at message Envy, but I had a gift certificate that my daughter got me for my birthday back in Nov. It was never used and the girls at the front desk said it had a zero balance and would not honor it. I tried to check the balance and there is no number on the card to call and it says you can check the balance on line but was nowhere to do that. Ruined the whole experience. I wont go back.

Jessica did a fantastic job. I went in with some major neck pain and she took the time to explain some additional stretches I could try after my massage.

I really appreciate the one hour of dedicated time to my health and wellness. I’m a big iPhone user and having my neck and shoulder massaged made all of the pain go away. I am able to maintain the effects of the massage with daily 30-minute yoga at home but most definitely need my monthly massage appointments. Paul is very skilled and really understands how to maximize the time since I can only do 60-minutes. With the receipt I have been able to get reimbursed through my flexible savings account.

Cassie is phenomenal. She takes the time to listen to what I need and works on those specific areas. The best massage therapist I have been too!!!!!!

Horrible services, paid $65 for a full 30 minute massage and my new registration forms/papers took up 10-15 minutes of my time!!! So only got like a 15 minute massage for 65 dollars…never in my life will I go to massage envy ever again, very unprofessional!! If someone is paying that much for a massage, their time should not be taken out for filling out simple paperwork that’s suppose to already be done prior to the appointment ( should not start the timing for the massage til after the paperwork is filed out!!!) Very rude and inconsiderate towards clients and especially for the ones actually having body pains that they can’t get rid of because of health issues!!! Then the receptionist had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to pay more when I was leaving out for a membership… who in the hell would get a membership for treatment like that??? You guys are suppose to be professionals helping clients , never will go there again or recommend it to anyone I know! Now my body is in extreme pain from the little 10-15 min massage I did at least get 🙃🙃 you guys are lucky I don’t sue..

Massage Envy is a very clean and friendly environment. The message therapist was very personable, however she didnt due a very good job. Didnt focus on the problem area. I think it is way over priced.

My massage was wonderful once again with Cassie.. She is great at what she does .. all the ladies are at Massager Envy are helpful and friendly .

I’ve seen alot of massage therapists over the years and John is one of the best! It can be difficult to find someone nowadays who will actually do a deep tissue massage (even if they call what they’re doing “deep tissue”). But John consistently provides a great deep tissue massage that helps relieve my pain. Thanks, John!

Went here for the first time as a birthday gift from my partner 🤗 Heather (masseuse) was so nice, the massage felt amazing, and the environment was really calming! I cant wait to come back for more :) the parking was good and location easy to get to. Id describe it as a whole as professional, clean, and welcoming. It was nice that they asked medical history and locations on the body to target/not touch so they could better the clients experience. Pricing was pretty good, on a slightly lower range to competitors prices and I *love* that its close to kroger and restaurants so I can go eat afterwards!

I had a facial with Zoe and she was great!! My skin was so soft and glowy afterward and I had three compliments on my skin from total strangers in only an hour!

Jessica provides a very peaceful and effective massage experience! She is a skilled masseuse, knowledgeable in anatomy and adaptive and perceptive to whatever needs attention during that session. I easily recommend her.

I had never given the benefit of massage much thought, but now I have a monthly session and it is so beneficial to my mental and physical health. I do not have much experience to compare massage envy to, but I have had three different therapists all of whom where excellent. There is a very peaceful atmosphere and an amazing staff.

This was my first massage ever so I didn’t know what to expect. Theresa is absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Ive been having some back problems and she explained things to me that made so much sense. She even gave me a few stretches to try at home. Needless to say I now have a membership for Massage Envy and cannot wait for my next appt! I also want to shout out to Kelsey one of the receptionists-she answered the phone when I called and was so polite and recommended Theresa based on the problems Im having. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Massage Envy! Thank you all for being so great!!

I love the atmosphere. Mike is my favorite therapist. He is personable and makes the whole experience relaxing. He works on the problem areas in my upper back and shoulders where I carry all of my stress. When we finish our visit I am so relaxed and all of my tension is gone.

Heather is great! I have been seeing her for a few months now. I was having a lot of pain due to tight muscles. I had limited range of flexibility, but after working with her for almost weekly for a few months, she has improved my flexibility and in turn my quality of life. I never thought having someone help you stretch would be helpful, but working with her has changed my mind. She also does massage. She is one of the best massage therapist I have gone to at Massage Envy. Her pressure is just right to relax tense muscles without making me fell like someone beat me up the next day. I feel relaxed, and able to move without the tightening of muscles I sometimes get the day after a massage. I would highly recommend her.

I loved the actual massage Dorie gave but the ambiance ruined it. The lights were too bright, there was no background music, and she talked through the whole thing.When I pay for a massage I want a quiet, low light, background music setting so i can completely relax and get in a zone of focusing on my muscles, not small talk. Ive spoken to 2 other friends who have had a similar experience w this therapist. best massage, but talked too much. ,

I booked a 60 minute facial that started at 5:30 and it was over at 6:10.

This keeps coming up for me to review and I havent taken the time to do so but let me just say that the staff here are awesome! Ive been a regular customer of massage therapist, LeAnn for a couple years now. She is awesome, highly recommend her! I usually book my twice monthly appointments about 2 months ahead of time so that I can definitely get her! The front desk staff and the manager Chris are great too! Definitely recommend the Morgantown location!

Six months ago I knew I was living in Huntington and dying. I couldnt walk from my front door to my car without experiencing labored breathing. I couldnt mow my grass without sitting for at least 10 minutes between up and down mowing one row of the yard.But about 8 weeks ago my health was restored by GOD and I was able to make plans to relocate from Huntington back to Morgantown to be closer to my children and grandchildren. I even felt well enough to begin working again part time.But after 4 weeks of working part time and restarting my ministry of evangelizing and preaching worship services, I started experiencing swollen legs, ankles and feet and severe muscle cramps. Thus I began a search for physical therapy, chiropractic therapy and massage therapy. I found your services online and called then visited your location in Patteson Drive after scheduling an appointment. I arrived over 2 hours early because of the pain and swelling I was experiencing and was warmly greeted and cared for by an amazing young woman by the name of VANESSA. Every business in America needs someone like VANESSA working at their reception counter. I have owned three pharmacies and a development company and she could work for me IMMEDIATELY.After gathering all of my information and registering me as a member, she got me cold water and helped me into that amazing MASAGE CHAIR in your TRANQUILITY ROOM. After TWO hours of KNEADING, HEAT and MASSAGING of my neck, back, legs and feet I was treated to a full body therapeutic massage by Marco, the Italian Stallion, as he prefers to be called. (Not really, Im just improvising 🤣.)After those 3 total hours, I was able to drive home and get some much needed rest. I THANK GOD that I called Massage Envy and feel much better today. I go to the massage envy in Morgantown, WV. It’s clean, inviting, and calming. The staff are always so nice. I see Michael for massage therapy. Mike is amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. I was experiencing tightness in my neck that was giving me tension headaches and migraines. Mike worked the tension out in one session and it’s improved the quality of my life!

Had a wonderfully relaxing facial by Amber Saturday afternoon. Had been working hard and neglecting self -care. The facial was just what I needed! Made a return appointment in 2 weeks for a different service. 🙂Excellent experience!

Kristen was informed that I wanted a relaxing massage. I was to get a 60 minute massage. I did not get taken back to room until 10 after 11 am. She was done promptly at Noon. She did not use very much pressure and I felt like she didn’t really care if it was a good massage or not. She was just putting in her time. I would not go back to her again.

Love this place and John is the best. I drive an hour to get here because the no where else, including Tuscan can provide the experience and rates I get here. I have been a member for years and have never regretted it.

I had the most amazing deep tissue massage with Shara. She really worked the areas of my concern. Pressure was perfect! My original therapist apparently called out 1.5 before my massage which was a bit inconvenient as I have to travel an hour just to get to my local office but her replacement was great.To the corporate bosses: PLEASE ALLOW YOUR STAFF FLEXIBILITY WITH THE MUSIC! About 15 minutes through my massage I realized the piano music seemed to be playing on a loop, possible it wasn’t the exact “song” but it was absolutely terrible. There was one very annoying piano key that played way too often. Please allow some flexibility for your staff and your clients. Ty!

Ive had a lot of massages, but Jessica gave me the best Ive ever had. Ive been in impossible pain from a cracked vertebrae in my neck and 5 herniated discs in my lower back. By the time I left I was able to turn my neck, which I hadnt been able to do for almost 3 months. She is friendly and a consummate professional.

Well, being a member, paying $75 a month, I should not be charged. I rarely cancel and or reschedule. Being a member for some time should not be a charge. I am canceling the membership. Not worth your poor customer service, policy.

I scheduled a couples massage over the phone. Was told the price would be $100 and would last an hour. Instead i was charged $200 and the massages only lasted 40 minutes (they have a clock in the room). I paid and left because I didn’t have time to debate the charge, but after reading the reviews it seems this place has a pattern of lying/scamming it’s customers of their money. Although the massages were nice I will not return here and will go elsewhere next time. I recommend anyone interested to do the same

I purchased a hot stone massage and my therapist was George. Being always tense I can never seem to find someone to get all the knots out. He used both hot stones and regular deep tissue pressure for this session and it has been the only one massage I can say truly was worth the money.

Cassie was the best massage therapist ever ! ! ! she took away all of my pain and explained everything fully. she also took time after the appointment to tell me what i need to do to stay comfortable. WOW!

Im a decently uncomfortable and awkward person and Scotts consistent communication made the session anxiety-free for me. He also pretty much eliminated the festering knot in my shoulder. Will be back and 10/10 would recommend.

**Update: After our first visit the manager called to remedy the situation. She offered us some appealing options so we returned. They really came through this time and we had a very positive experience. John was exceptional for me and Julie was great for my wife.If Im rating the business its a one star. If Im rating my massage therapist Heath, its a five star. Ill split the difference and call it a three star.Our first appointment was canceled by Massage Envy. This would normally not be a problem but this business charges you half the cost of the services you schedule if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment. We were notified ONE HOUR before our appointment to let us know our appointment was canceled. This is after i already took off work and we had scheduled a babysitter for our child.How would Massage Envy make up for this apparent lack of respect of others time? They offer one free enhancement for my wife and I. This seems trivial and not on par with the inconvenience of our one hour notice of cancellation, but I try not to be a whiner.The day of our next appointment comes and thankfully were not cancelled on again. My wife and I select our free enhancement and go into the room for our massage. My massage therapist Heath was fantastic and was the only reason this review isnt a one star review, because heres the kicker, they apparently forgot to tell our massage therapists about both of our enhancements. They failed to deliver on both!!!This is a poorly run business with absolutely no concern for the inconvenience they cause you. Theyre only concerned if you inconvenience them, and you will pay richly if you do so. They apparently dont hold themselves to their own standards.

Great massage. Would totally get again. Horrendous clerical experience. Probably will not return. 3 HUGE mistakes in under an hour. I was here before with no problems, its a shame this time was so different.I want to preface this by saying I’m a laid back person who’s never left a review anywhere unless it’s very very bad or very good. Not one of those wackos that demand their money back at restaurants or fuss up a storm.1) Original masseuse had to leave due to emergency so got rescheduled to a different masseuse, who was also the person I didn’t even end up getting my massage from. No big deal, it’s all the same to me.2) Due to coronavirus, I was told to arrive 10 minutes early and I would be called at 3 when they were ready to have me. No call until 3:15 and asked where I was. Stated I was told I had to call in (that I was wrong), this never happened. Due to this I got a 35 minute massage for the price of an hour. I was hoping they would give me my full hour, but whatever, mistakes happen, i wasn’t too upset yet. I understand there was probably an appointment at 4pm as well. Maybe they should’ve offered to cut the price to make up for the time lost? No that’s silly. $$3) Massage finishes and I’m told it will be $115. On the phone setting up the appointment I was told it would be a $65 introductory price since I had not been there in over a year. At this point, a business should say “sorry sir I will fix that,” but instead I was met with RESISTANCE from the lady on the line that whoever told me that was wrong. She told me if I sign up for the monthly membership then it will be that cost! I dont want to hear about the monthly membership I already denied, I want the price I was told it would be from the start. I stood my ground and got the $65 originally agreed on price. As a business, you eat your own mistakes and learn from them, not question the customer. Because of this triple failure, I likely will not return.Recommendation: Begin recording calls that you can listen back to instead of questioning the customer who they spoke with 2-3 weeks ago. Who remembers that?

Cupping massage is a wonderful experience. I was skeptical at first but, have had two and will continue. Kris is the best, thank you for introducing me to this new massage experience .

This was my first ever professional massage. Francisco was very professional and he found sore muscles I didn’t know I had. The massage bed is heated and the aroma therapy was lovely. They do a thorough evaluation on what you are comfortable with. My session was 90 mins and I rebooked with him for a 60 min session later this month.

John is the top of the line in thoroughness, expertise, and professionalism. He knows exactly what you need, and makes your experience very comfortable. Highly recommend you treat yourself with this establishment.

I ALWAYS have a great experience at Massage Envy in Motown. I do have a membership, and tend to add enhancements to my services. Today, Lora did my massage, and Rebecca did my facial. Both women were amazing and professional. After having a knee replacement last month I was nervous to let anyone near my body. Both ladies were extremely accommodating and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The girls up front are super friendly, as well! I have never experienced any of the issues that are in the negative reviews, so please don’t let them discourage you from visiting this location. I have been going here at least once a month, sometimes twice, for the last year and am always well taken care of.

The membership program is the biggest headache, with hidden fees everywhere anytime you want to do something. Also canceling took about 4 months and 12 steps just to have them stop charging my card $75/month. Horrible company procedures and policies just trying to keep you stuck in their scam. They charged us monthly during COVID lockdown when they didn’t have any services and them proceeded to make it difficult to use the credits we built up afterwards too. Any time we tried to cancel we were told “the manager who does that isn’t here today” and that they could email us a form to print out at home and bring back on a day the manager who can cancel our account is there. Then once we cancel we only had 3 months to burn through the rest of the credits they kept charging us during a pandemic. Finally another year later we are out of the scam and can just say avoid it!

I have life shoulder concerns. My therapist works on that area to ensure no pain and muscle stiffness relief. Shout out to John for listening and helping with my healing.

My only complaint is that the massages never last for the amount i pay for. I am always dressed, paid, rescheduled, and in my car before my time should be up which means there’s about 10-15 minutes that I lose

Massages and facials are great, and they have real professionals on staff. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I can never get through on the phone lines to schedule an appointment and they often have glitches on the web regarding scheduling. After 20 minutes online trying to schedule online, I call and get diverted straight to voicemail. I have seen others come in claiming to have reserved online only for the receptionist to say it didnt go through.

I signed up me and my boyfriend at the Morgantown envy. The girls there only went over the good things about the membership. Not once did anyone go over of them cancellation policy. Only once was they able to get us both in together. When you call to try and schedule an appointment they’re months out to be able to get us both in at the same time. And they knew we both wanted to come together . Then when I ask to cancel it. I was told I’d have to live more then 30 miles outside of one. Or have a dr excuse. So I got the excuse. And now they say I have to print out an email I still have yet not got fill it out then send both papers to them. So more money I have to spend to have got nothing from these people.

You can never get an appointment and then they want to charge additional because they cant provide services. I tried to cancel however Nicole said i had to pay for this months upcoming service even though the new month would start today! She violated the fair debt collections act by threatening me with collections claiming I am late when I am not if it renews today. That they will charge 3 months and then send to a collection to ruin my credit. You may want to read the fair debt and collections act again.

Poor advertisement. My husband got me a gift card for Mothers Day during a special they run for a massage and facial. I couldnt schedule both same same so I waited to get a facial. I was charged an extra $25. I just called to ask how much a facial was and was told $55. I was charge $95. They just told me it was because it was considered my second appointment there. Their website states your first FACIAL is $55. My first appointment was for a massage and I couldnt schedule a facial because they conveniently didnt have any appointments! SCAM!

My first experience here was good but after I signed up for the membership it went downhill. The person that signed me up set my next apppointment before the first payment was withdrawn so I had to pay them at that time and then it would come out of my account the following week. They told me it was their mistake and they would leave a note for the manager to call me but she never did. The next week when they called to confirm my next appointment, I told them I needed to reschedule it for a day after they said okay and then called me a day too soon to tell me they charged me a 100% fee for missing my appointment because someone didnt change it in the system. I called to speak to the manager who never called me back the first time they told me they would leave another note for her. I waited until the next day, tried calling again and they told me she would be in that evening. I waited until 6PM and they told me she had already left and she would be back at 8am. SO THEN, i go in to the spa the next morning and ask to speak with the manager, and this is no joke people, but they told me she worked late that night so she wasnt in again. They gave me a HUGE run around and it was very unpleasant. Im not hard to please and I understand mistakes happen sometimes but it was a disaster.
