This place was amazing. Great customer service, know their products, friendly workers, and prices are very fair. Definitely planning on buying another hookah from this company again soon. I got this beautiful pink hookah for only $90 and thats a very fair price for it. Very happy and very satisfied with this purchase.

I am that type of person that does not leave reviews but this place is noteworthy and I would highly suggest it. I have been here multiple times over the last few years and the staff are absolutely awesome! Helpful, courteous, professional, polite and pleasant. Thats hard to find nowadays. They all genuinely act like they want to be there. The store carries a impressive variety of products and cant beat the price either. If anyone was looking for a place to go I would suggest this 100%. Someone is definitely doing something right kudos to the owners!

Awesome place. All the staff are very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Great prices with a lot of discounts too. They also do variety of raffle contests to have a chance to win store credit. I highly recommend this business.

The BEST smoke shop experience Ive ever had - and also the cheapest! Cashier was very nice and knowledgeable about all their products. Everything was cheaper than anything else Ive seen in Morgantown as well! 100% my new favorite place to get Delta-8 products!

Very clean and the workers are always happy to help you with anything you may need help with. They are very cheap also. Depending on how much money you plan to spend or exactly what you are going to purchase, I think it is most definitely worth the extra time it takes to drive from the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area for sure...

Staff are not only extremely nice but are personable, friendly, and non-judgmental. Prices are okay, but theyre definitely worth the location and the fact that they will exchange disposable vapes if you buy one from them and its defective out of the package. Ive never been anywhere else that does that.

Bought a spinner cap from them today. Cheap foreign made glass. 1 out of the 6 air flow holes actually allowed air to flow through it. Tried to get it replaced because it had not been used at all and it was within 15 minutes of me purchasing it and all they did was offer me 30% a purchase another purchase if I returned to the store today. Had been going to these guys for years but they sold me a clearly defective product that should not have been on their shelves in the first place and pretty much told me it was my problem when I tried to get it fixed. Very disappointed in the service and quality of products and will never be returning to the shop again.

Prices are a little steep but the staff is great! They always have everything you might need for your smoking needs....lol .....without being judged or looked at wrong. They ask what you need and they get it for you without any attitude or judgement. Highly recommend this shop. They have inventory that most places do not carry at all.

Meh. Pricey on the metal pieces. Staff gave me a lot of uh, I dunno, man. Most glass prices are hidden, though the 30% off signs are visible. I might try again in 2019 when I pass through.

Smoke Zone is a very nice head shop they have a pretty decent selection of pipes and water pieces, OH the selection of favored cones is awesome I reccomend trying them all but our personal favorites are the Wonderberry, and Tiki tango they taste so sweet and amazing

No returns, bought two products. One didnt work from the day it was purchased. The other overheated after a month of barely being used. Smoker friendly in sabraton has better product and pricing. I feel bad giving smokezone 1 star. They dont deserve it

Smoke zone is your one stop value shop for everything smoking related. Vapes, glass pieces, accessories! They have it all for wayyyyy better prices than their competitors. And I recommend grabbing their boveda packs for your dry herb to maintain the perfect humidity as its stored.

This place is super clean. The variety of glass is great and they carry Kratom. Possibly the best glass shop in West Virginia.

Worst service ever I cant buy what I want for my tobacco use after being in the store for 15 minutes with my wife and son staff waited till the merchandise was rung up to ask to see my sons ID as if we are buying for him!! Guess Kroger shoukd kick us out of the store whe we are in line with alcohol to buy and are son is with us!!
