The house flavors are awesome! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. This has become my go to vape store.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will take the time to teach you how to setup your vape. They have a decent selection of juices. The mods and accessories are priced lower than some of the other shops in the area. They offer a discount for first responders. They have a rewards program that is fantastic.

New to the area I know a lot about vaping and coming to a vape shops that know there stuff (teach me something )Austin was great and the customer service was amazing and I also didn’t fell rush won’t the the last time I come here thanks for the experience

Provided the most professional and personal experience I’ve ever had at a varporized! Walked me through plenty of different juice options and allowed me to find the perfect juice for my taste. We ended up losing track of time with how friendly and wonderful the energy in the shop was! Definitely a 10/10 and I will be back!

John was incredibly helpful and informative with the mods, tanks, and Juices. I very much appreciate his help! He was also helping multiple customers during my time there, and he was courteous and super helpful to everyone!

I wasnt sure what to buy, after a few questions he gave me his opinion on what would work best for what I needed I now have a very nice setup that didnt cost a fortune. Highly recommend this shop.

My mod broke so i started calling stores to check on inventory and pricing, the person who answered had zero interest in helping, within 45 seconds they stopped wanting to be helpful and proceeded to tell me that Id have to just come in and look because they didnt want to go over the options over the phone. To be clear he only gave me 1 option, then accused me of being either another store trying to price compare, or underage. Totally unoriginal unprofessional.

I started vaping to quit smoking.It was only when I tried a different vape store did I find that the reason why my vape had to be replaced was because I had purchased a clone unaware that it is a flawedinstrument that I bought from a mall store.Vaporized put me up on game made in China , and replaced it with something made solid that works every time even after multiple drops.When I purchased the new vapes, I bought a couple bottles of salt Vic oils . Not being sure if I wanted too much nicotine on a certain bottle he gave me a sample bottle of the lower dose to insure I am satisfied.I appreciate that kind of honesty,and have returned every time I have a need.Very good.

I have been a customer of this location for a while now and have never had a bad experience. The house juices are my go-to and every one that I have tried has been great! I have also purchased a few mods from them and have truly enjoyed the knowledgeable staff opinions on the ones that were worth my money.

Went in at open today I was greeted when I walked into the door following me was two other people and they as well got greeted I was looking for a coil but decided to buy a new tank and the man there was so great and he helped me out with great customer service I couldnt of asked for a better experience btw I got a Zeus tank that Im very happy with hits hard at 35 waits and keeps most of the flavor. Great customer service I will be back!

We had a great customer service experience here! The new store manager, Austin, went well out of his way to make time for us as customers as we asked questions, exchanged vape knowledge, and chatted in heneral as we shopped. Great stock of all your vape supply needs and e-juice is bountiful here in all the flavor ranges (try any of the house blends....youre sure to find one that will delight you!). Conveniently located, large product display, plenty of room inside. A+ experience this go-around and every time weve visted and shopped here. Not to mention its located in a stip mall that is surrounded by other goods, food and services. This location and the hattiesburg HQ locations are the bees knees! 👍🏻

Very happy with my experience here. Told him my price range and he gave several choices. He didn’t push expensive (premium) juice on me like others do. He even showed me how to use it, refill it, and change the coils. I’m extremely satisfied.

Checked this store out for the first time shortly after they opened and have maybe been back once or twice since, just due to distance from home. Got a text on my birthday for a free bottle of juice and I must say very impressed with their house line! On recommendation I tried the Butter Beer and its definitely gonna be a repeat.

The store is pretty new .they have a nice selection of juices and hardware and seem very knowledgeable and helpfulI just noticed there are no bad reviews. I would usually be suspicious but in this case Im not. Good job! Plus their point system is the best.

Visited the store numerous times this past week in Ocean Springs and the sales rep was very professional and answered all of our questions so that we fully understood the products we were buying. I recommend this place to anybody new at vaping or wants honest quality products and service. This place rocks.

Always helpful. I once saw employees run across the street to rescue an infant that was about to get mauled by a wild opossum..with rabies... On the way back he helped,not one but 2 elderly ladies cross the highway...one of which was blind... He did all of this with a leg brace on because his ankle was shattered from a previous heroic event...
