Nina did an amazing Job! My Wedding is this Sunday and she was able to get me in with very short notice so I could have beautiful nails for the wedding. You could tell she is very experienced and she took her time. The appt never felt rushed. If you need spectacular nails done ask for Nina!

Nina is an excellent professional! I have been in Kalamazoo for over 2 months and needed to find urgent care for my nails. Nina took care of this perfectly with liquid gel and I was completely satisfied with the result. Not to mention she is super friendly!I loved the place, too. Beautiful, comfortable and cozy. The Lead Guest Services Expert, Elise , was super kind.

I really love getting my nails done here my Nina! She is kind and she does an excellent job! She listens to exactly what I want like how I want the shape and design of each nail to look. Nina SAVED my wedding nails. I went in with the first picture. They looked awful and I only had one day until my wedding. Nina was so sweet and gave me new beautiful nails and I was so happy to have them for my big day, they looked exactly like the picture I provided!! Thank you Nina!!!

Shawn did a highlight and haircut on my niece Taren yesterday, and she did such an amazing job!! My niece walked out feeling so beautiful. Shawn is a true artist with hair!! We were really blown away with her talent and patience. She really listens to her customers and is very thorough. She made my niece, mom, and myself feel right at home. They are the most beautiful set I’ve ever had!!She was very patient with me when I was indecisive and even stayed late to make sure I had the perfect shade of pink to match for my pedicure!This was my 3rd time getting my nails done here and I will continue coming back!This set is acrylic but I’ve also gotten hard gel and loved the natural look and feel.Highly recommend!

I went to get a pedicure done at A’vie for my birthday about a year and a half ago now, and I recently just received promotional text message. It made me think back to my experience at A’vie so I went and revisited the site and decided to leave a review on my experience and how it went!Ann was my nail tech, and oh my goodness 🤦‍♀️ let me tell you!! Ann was incredibly nice. We ended up going over my appointment by a half an hour to 45 mins (because of me unfortunately) and Ann actually had to go somewhere right after getting done with our appointment. I felt incredibly bad, but she was so sweet and understanding. I kept apologizing and she just kept telling me how it wasn’t my fault and how she enjoys meeting new people and how this had definitely been an “experience” for her. But the whole appointment we talked like we knowen each other for years. I learned a lot about her and it was an overall lovely experience!Honestly I have trouble with going out and getting manicures and pedicures, etc. but she made the whole experience for me!So I’d say if you have any anxieties about going in to get your hair, nails done. She’s your lady!There will be NO awkward silence trust me ☝️ she will fill it! HahaI’m sure you don’t remember me Ann but I remember you! So thanks! 😊

I went yesterday and got a massage for my birthday. Francesca was simply amazing. It was my first time trying this spa and she made me feel right at home. The massage was so relaxing and we were just chatting like old friends. Im definitely going back and recommend Francesca and this establishment.

Avie is a wonderful all-in-one salon. I regularly get my nails done there and the new-ish nail tech Nina is GREAT. My gel nails last for weeks, no chips, breakage, fading or popping off, and my line of work, I am rough on my hands. I recently started to get nail art and receive many compliments (thanks Nina). I havent had any scheduling issues. Carol, the owner, always has a warm welcoming smile and extremely knowledgable about the products she carries. The salon is clean and comfortable, well appointed products and services. Other staff professionals Ive seen are quick to shoot you a friendly smile. Id say this is a luxury salon but no pretentiousness. Highly recommend.Stay tune as I am going to try all their services-EXCITED!!!

Me and my love went in for a couples massage, I had Francesca and he had Carl and let me just say…they will be seeing us again. Holy moly! My hip had been tight for weeks and now the mobility is real! We both do factory type work so our shoulders and back are always tight, but not anymore. It was so relaxing, both of our massage therapist clearly know what they’re doing and listened to if we needed a softer touch or wanted it more firm and always made sure we were okay and comfortable. Just an amazing experience! Thank you! Thank you!!!

My boyfriend and I visited because he had long hair and wasnt quite sure what he wanted to do with it. Anne was amazing and helped us SO much and made sure his beard and hair was not only perfect but that it was something he would want and love! I would recommend her to anyone who goes to this salon she was a joy and made my boyfriend feel confident and happy with his hair!

Today I got a spa pedicure done by Lia. She did a fantastic job! The atmosphere at the salon was very mellow and unique and Lia was fun to chit-chat with. She did excellent! Perfect stop to make after a long work day.

My hair dresser Shawn was a magical human being! My hair was dark dark brown, never been died before, and she gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for from just a picture! She was super fun and entertaining. She was so patient and articulate. She accomplished a Carmel and blonde with NO bleach from a dark dark brown. Im very happy and I’m in love with the products she used on my hair! The detangling spray she used was my favorite and I’ll definitely be buying more! Thank you ❤️

I got a pedicure done by Larissa today for my birthday and it was completely worth it! I’ve visited this salon before for my hair but never for my nails so I booked with Larissa on a whim. The start of my appointment was already off to a great start as I was greeted by Carole, the owner and she offered me something to drink- I immediately felt relaxed and welcomed! Larissa was so kind and attentive and did an amazing job on my nails! Getting a pedicure today made me realize I definitely need to treat myself on my nails more often. I also have to commend Carole for being genuinely so kind and welcoming to me! I also received 10% off my service for my birthday! I look forward to booking an appointment again.

Had the relaxation treatment and a 60 minute facial by Jade today for my birthday and it was amazing!! So nice to chat with her and it was soooo relaxing. Will definitely be back for more pampering in the future!!

Nina is great for giving pedicures and I do 1000% recommend her. Other employees have nice personalities and are good conversationalists like Leah. I’m satisfied with the service received today.

Awesome Salon! I did a big transformation color/cut with Amy and she nailed it! Its beyond what I thought was possible with my hair. :) Best hair Ive ever had, 100% going back! Carole the owner, was so friendly and accommodating, it was such a positive experience.

Jade WAS AMAZING! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable! She explained the entire process and what she was doing, while she was doing it. I was really on the fence about getting lash extensions and Jade made me feel super excited about getting them. A’vie itself is a warm and welcoming environment and I can’t wait to come back for my fill :)

I seriously can’t speak highly enough of this salon. This place has absolute perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. Shawn did my hair. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of her work! She was awesome, polite and sweet. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I will definitely go back to her again. I came here for hair and makeup with my friends wedding party and by the end could only think of two words to describe the experience: comically bad.I’ve had hair and makeup done elsewhere and it was super fun, as the bridal party got to be together and interact. At A’vie I was immediately isolated in the “makeup room” for an hour. When the artist finished my makeup my eyes were awfully asymmetrical, which was obvious to me, I’m surprised a “professional eye” was unable to see this. What’s worse I had fake eyelashes falling off before the post wedding pictures. I left feeling I could have done better myself and I paid 100$ for this. I really liked how my lips were done, but this had no chance of lasting until the 5pm wedding, since it was done at 9am.Unfortunately the hair experience was much worse. My stylist kept screaming as another stylist continually dropped her hair dryer, which was unsettling, but definitely wasn’t the worst part. After three attempts to braid my hair and clumps of hair ripped out of my head, I left bc I didn’t want to pay another 100$ for that garbage. (I wanted a French braid and she initially gave me a reverse French braid).Better luck next time.

I had a lash lift and tint. The technician was very nice. However, no visible lift or curl to my lashes. I do not recommend coming here for a lash lift and tint. I know need to spend more money to get this done elsewhere.

Ive always had a wonderful experience at Spa Avie. Always clean, up on trends and great service, but the urge to highlight a stylist, too today! Erica has not only tailored my appts each time to make sure my hair looks and styles the best it ever has.....she has righted the Health! of my hair. Im 39 and have highlighted my hair consistency since I could drive. Would highly recommend her for highlights!!!!

From the moment you step into this facility, you feel as if you have been a client for years! i had a pedicure with Chelcey & could not book my appointment for my nails faster. she is such a kind and attentive tech, that kept the appointment fun while leaving me with the cutest toes! everyone here radiated positivity and kindness & i can’t wait to explore all of the other services offered.

Recently my stylist at my old salon left. I had one haircut at that salon after she left and wasn’t impressed. I found A’vie online and was able to book quickly for a cut and color. I am so glad I came to A’vie! Shawn did my hair and did an incredible job! I struggle with volume as my hair is very fine texture, my cut that Shawn gave me has given me beautiful volume in my hair. Shawn also did a great job with my color. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. I highly recommend this Salon, Spa, and stylist to anyone that wants to look great. I will be back.

Our bridal party came here to celebrate directly before the wedding! We all got manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing and tinting, massages, and facials! They were insanely great in scheduling the entire day around us to make sure we could all get everything done! The quality of work was amazing especially for the price! I would recommend the massages, facials, and eyebrow waxing/tinting especially. It was our first times getting it done and that was hands down the favorite part of everything! Staff was great and accommodating to everything as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The one time my hair color didnt turn out exactly as I hoped, they had me come right back a few days later to fix it and I walked away loving it! Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped through the door. Emily cut my hair, and I was extremely happy with the results- she absolutely rescued me from my previous horrible haircut! The salon itself looked clean, neat and modern, which I liked as well. Overall a great place, would definitely recommend!

Im not sure if we just got a bad batch of stylists but some of the worst ones Ive seen, my entire bridal party hair looked like a dried out Miss frizzle. And when we said it needed to be fixed they decided the correct response was to yell at us and blame it on the hair, they actually yelled at us. Keep in mind this was a styling not a cut thats all they had to do, two of the girls just got up and left because halfway through they were like no, one girl even cried because it looked so bad and she wasnt even the bride! These ladies need to hop back on that magic School bus and get recertified or something because at this point the iguana could have styled better hair.

My first time to the salon, Im a natural red head Erica foiled my whole head with multiple highlights and styled. I would have to stay its the most beautiful Ive ever had done and I love my stylist back home ❤. I wish i could give more stars! Erica is Talent! Very welcoming, freindly, clean and great first experience!

From the hospitality to the hair cut nobody else could seem to give me before her to Trena who did my nails unlike any way I have had them done before. Dont advertise as a salon that does wedding parties, when your stylists are not skilled enough to work on hair that they are not familiar with. Or their best skill is limited to a blowout. 4 of 6 girls cried. Instead of lunch, relaxing and getting dressed, it was a mad scramble to redo hair, apply make-up to a girl who had to skip it at the salon because the struggling stylist took so long on her hair. No responsibility taken either.

Had my Eyebrows micro bladed last weekend by Lauren. So happy with the results! Highly recommend especially if you are some one like me that was a victim of the super thin eyebrows from the early 2000s.

I heard about Christine from a few people on Facebook and she reached out to me directly. I hated my hair and I wanted to get some extensions because the length was weird and I was sick of how it was growing. I made sure to ask a lot of questions and told Christine that my hair was thick and she told me that 2 packs of extensions would be enough. I wanted to be sure that they were but she reassured me that it would be more than once. She put in the order and I came back the next week. I spent a total of $323 not counting her tip or the haircut that I got the day of my consultation. I am very unsatisfied and upset about how my hair looks. I have had many people tell me that the back of my head showed a lot of short hair and that the extensions weren’t even covering it up. This was one of the questions I had asked her during my appointment, and she said that it would all blend in. My hair looks very choppy and I am going to be trying to fix it with another stylist somewhere else. Christine told me that once I styled it and got used to it and that It would look and feel better. I didn’t want to go this route with writing a review but this is my time and my money wasted. I just wanted my confidence back with my hair but instead I’m feeling very insecure about the chunks of hair that I can’t hide underneath my extensions. This was my first time getting extensions and I am not happy with my experience

Absolute Nightmare.Massacred my hair and my bridal party looked like they were in a wedding two weekends ago. We all had to go redo our hair.Unskilled stylists who made excuses and even blamed the bridesmaids. It was a very expensive headache.Please go somewhere else. Unless you want to look like a witch who took a wrong turn into a tornado.

I had my first masssge at A’Vie with Dareyl Pruitt. This is the best masssge I have EVER had. I had a 90 minute session and it was worth EVERY penny. Dareyl has an amazing energy in both his personality and his practice. He knows anatomy and his approach to muscle release is magic. I would recommend him to anyone looking to find relief and healing in the areas of the body that need it. I almost needed an Uber to drive home.
