Nylah did an excellent job with the 1 hour massage I booked with her! My muscles were tight and causing pain and she loosened them up well. I can tell she has had great training and she was very kind and professional. I felt great after the appointment, still feel great and I highly recommend her to anyone!

I took my stepmom here last Thursday for a little day spa action. We did the Couples Day Away package which included a massage and GLO facial (Chloe was awesome and made me feel amazing!). I also added on a pedicure for her. While nearly everything was perfect or above expectations, the massages were other level!Maria was incredible. You can tell how much she has worked at her craft and how much she loves healing people. I cant totally explain it but she really made me feel loved and cared for in her movements and the small things she did. I almost teared up a couple of times. It was so healing and releasing in a lot of ways! I really couldnt have asked for a better massage and will 100% be back with my husband! Thank you so much for the care you put into my massage, Maria. 11/10!

Great service! Jen did a wonderful job on my coarse thick hair. I love my haircut! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my visit to the salon and for sure will go back there.

This was such an awesome experience!! Our boss treated all of his employees to a spa afternoon and I couldn’t have been happier with the services! The time and effort that was put into our experience was amazing! There were 7 of us, we took turns swapping between facials, pedis and body massages. These women were so detail oriented and really took their time to make us comfortable and relaxed. The owner, Sara, greeted us with champagne and made sure the entire visit that we were happy! Came for a haircut today with Lori and she was wonderful! Kind, attentive, and listened to my needs! I felt comfortable letting her do her thing and she did a great job!I also came here about a week ago for a massage & facial with Rayanne and Chloe, who were both incredibly sweet and amazing at their jobs. The front desk staff is also incredibly kind and welcoming. This place rocks :)

I was given $135 worth of gift cards from my staff. Scheduled gel nails and pedicure. Everything was going well until the polish. At first I blamed my self for picking the pale pink, hoping it was going to get better but it DID NOT. Day two the gel polish peeled off in one piece. I was charged $110 at the desk I said I’d like to tip. The front desk gal ask me for $10. At this time I’m confused since I gave her $135 in gift cards. That would be a pretty good tip. But I give it and scurry out because I’m flying out to Mexico that night. While on the plane I’m looking at my nails in complete embarrassment that I just paid $145 for what I would not expect from a spa.

Appreciated the friendly greeting upon entering the salon and offer for refreshments. Showed Jen a cut/style picture I wanted and she duplicated it exactly. This was my first cut with Jen and I’m extremely satisfied.

Massages with Maria make my day! She’s attentive to the best pressure for me, and can always find my tough spots that need extra attention! Front desk service is always so kind and treats me well every single time.

I love this spa, everyone is so welcoming. They have everything, and its such a relaxing atmosphere. Grace is amazing with lash extensions, I get so many compliments. Its a great place to get pampered!!

I have gone to this salon twice now and have enjoyed every part of the experience. I have had both Leah and Grace work on my hair and I trust both to do my hair again. This place is affordable, luxurious, and friendly. The front desk ladies are so welcoming and make the scheduling/waiting process so easy. Highly reccomend this place!

Yesterday my son got his first haircut ever (he’s 7) and Grace was absolutely amazing! Patient and sweet and just awesome.My husband also got his hair cut by Alanah and she did fabulous work as well!Definitely will be returning.

My husband got me a gift card for Eve Salonspa for Mother’s Day.. I’ve never been to a day spa before. What an amaaaazing experience!! Maggie did a phenomenal job on my nails, and I felt like her and I really bonded!! Super cool girl, LOVE her! Tess is such a sweetheart, she gave me a haircut/style and brow wax that feels absolutely incredible and really brought out my natural highlights! I can’t put enough exclamation points on this review!! 🤣 Definitely recommend and will visit again soon!

It’s a regularly scheduled girls day pedi with my friend in a relaxing atmosphere. Quality service with pretty feet as the finished product. Staff is awesome. Treat yourself to this experience!!

Tess did an amazing job cutting, highlighting and low lighting my hair. She knew the perfect cut and colors that would best fit my needs. She was very personable and even gave me a few samples of product to keep my hair looking amazing.I am very pleased with my overall experience at Eve Salon.

I love Eves Salon. Ive been going here for years, Lori has been my go to gal, but I have seen others when in a pinch and have never been disappointed.

They were probably overstaffed and got a hair person to do my nails. She had to do my nails over three times before not smudging them and I paid over 100 bucks. Overpriced and not worth it. I will be happy with my 35.00 pedicures at most other places from now on. Even a 50.00 pedicure at this other place was great (forgot the name now) but never again with this spa that charged that much for a hair stylist to do your nails. There were air bubbles all over my nails after she was done.

My daughter introduced me to Eve Salonspa about six years ago for pedicures and its the best! I have tried other places for roughly the same price and there is no comparison. Its a very clean, welcoming, professional salon. Today I was with Morgan and she was an absolute delight! Morgan and her co-worker were friendly, engaging and did great work. These ladies appeared to love their job and that speaks very highly for a business. Just remember this quality of service requires planning ahead, they are busy for a reason 😉

The 1 star review given to Leah is unfair. She is our family hair stylist. She can cut, style, color, shape eyebrows with no supervision and does a great job. She was the first stylist to cut my sons hair without clipping his little ears. Shes gentle and thorough. We love Leah!

I scheduled myself a baby and me spa day while I was pregnant with my daughter. I was concerned because I didnt know what adjustments would be made to the massage due to my pregnancy. I felt everyone explained everything and the massage was divine! I loved the stress fix pedi and the ambiance of the room where my pedi was. It was beautiful and calming. 10/10 would recommend Eve Salonspa

Tess did an amazing job on my hair, she listened to exactly what I wanted and we cut off a ton of length and colored it. I am very happy with the result, and how well she listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me come up w the perfect look. I will definitely be back!

Myra did an excellent job. I love my new do. The salon is very nice. I like that they have a receptionist to make appointments and heck out with.

Love love LOVE my hair by stylist, Asia. I had never been to Eve Salon Spa before and had grown used to my regular stylist, so I was anxious to try somewhere new. Asia was so kind and comfortable, gave me exactly what I asked for, and made this a very positive experience. As an LGBTQ person, Im always anxious about going somewhere new. The staff at Eve Salonspa are super friendly, intelligent, and caring. Looking forward to returning someday soon & would recommend to someone of any age, gender, etc. ❤️

Do not get your haircut by Leah, I came in with really long hair wanting a cut to a few inches past my shoulders. Showed videos of what I wanted and talked about the length and plan before but left with hair above my shoulders and uneven bangs..she should not be cutting hair unsupervised it’s the worst haircut I have ever had. I can’t even get it fixed because it is so short.

I loved my massage from Rayanne, she listened so well to my needs, very accomodating, recommended great essentials oils for our session. I will definetely come back again soon!

I have had pedicures and shellac manicures here twice, and a massage once. It takes a while to get in, is my only complaint. But once you are in the experience is relaxing from the time you are greeted to the time you leave. The massage was one of the best I have ever had.

I love my girl Emily! She always knows what Im looking for with my hair. I could have an idea and she gives her honest opinion of how to make it work with my hair and lifestyle. All the staff there is great and always nice. With 2020 being the year it has been, theyve made a great transition to keep their clients safe!

First time at this salon. It is certainly a high-end operation for this area, with every single bell and whistle a customer could want. The front end wasnt as welcoming as I would expect given the reputation this salon has for customer service. When I arrived I felt like I was in a sorority house on rush weekend. I got a brief hello and who are you seeing today? I wasnt invited to sit down or offered any refreshment although there were other customers snacking and having beverages. My stylist, Deborah L., was on time and very pleasant. She was smart, hip and had an urban thing going that was refreshing. Shes serious about her art and took plenty of time to talk to me about what I wanted done. She showed me every product she used and explained what it did. I have curly, frizz-prone hair which requires a different skill set to cut. She did a great job. Been awhile since I left a salon completely happy with the results. Despite a rather lukewarm experience up front, I will be going back strictly for her services as she is fantastic. I would give her 5 stars as a stylist, and highly recommend her.

Enjoyable experience and desired results! Jen, Brooke and Myra are all incredibly talented. I genuinely look forward to my interactions with them and I know I will always leave the salon feeling and looking my best! I can not say enough about this salon!

I had my wedding hair done here, along with 4 other people in my wedding party. It was awesome - all 5 of us were able to get our hair done simultaneously because they have enough stylists to do it that way! Very relaxed and fun environment, loved the experience and Emily did great on my hair! Would definitely recommend. Pricier than I would normally pay, but for my wedding it was comparable to other salons in the area.

I loved it. I went in wanting blonde but the stylist knew way better and I absolutely love the color we decided on. They really take the time to get the best results for you and make you feel comfortable.

Great customer service! Had my first experience here and it went great! Super friendly staff. Super easy to set up an appointment. I was also able to get a same day appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their hair cut!

Service got canceled because the message therapist got sick. Why offer a service if you don’t have back up plan. I asked the manager to have owner to call me as they were out of town and have not received a call back. I understand things come up but when making the reservation they take my credit card information if I don’t cancel in a timely manner but, they can cancel on me within a hour. I am out of a days pay because I took the day off work and gas money because I was already on my way there. My advice is don’t offer services if you don’t have a back up plan in a pandemic, if your a manager and say the owner will call you make sure the owner calls the client, and last don’t take credit card information over the phone if you don’t plan on keeping appointments on your end.

Ive never had a poor experience. The stylist give you want you want but also care about the health of your hair. Today I had a massage, while being 40 weeks pregnant, and Amanda was so accommodating to my needs.

I received makeup services from Eve’s Salon & Spa last Saturday for a wedding I was in. I paid $100 for makeup (including tip and lashes), when I sat in the chair for 15 minutes. Myself and another bridesmaid were told by the makeup artist “I take my time with the bride because she’s more important”. That is very true, it is her day. But if I am paying the same price as anyone else, I would’ve liked to receive the same treatment. Online, it says makeup should take about 45 minutes. Either reduce your prices to meet the quality of what you are giving, or treat all clients the same.

Our masseuses were amazing. It was my first massage ever and I loved it! Will definitely be coming back. The ambience was wonderful, they treated us with kindness and were amazing with their hands.

Everyone was so gracious and helpful when I was scheduling my pedicure. Great costumer service and my pedicure looks fantastic (and felt pretty relaxing too)! I got the express pedicure which was 30 min. and more of a nail maintenance pedicure so, I can only imagine how nice the spa one would be! (maybe next time) Another thing I really like is that they use AVEDA, its one of my favorite products. I would highly suggest coming here to anyone looking for some relaxation and care.

I followed my stylist when she came to Eve, and have loved the atmosphere. Jen does an amazing job, and now I also take my daughter and really, really enjoys the big kid treatment she gets as well. Wonderful place and people.

Jen is fantastic! She does the best cuts and color Ive found! She can always nail what Im looking for off of a pinterest picture or two-something I havent found elsewhere as a redhead. Great atmosphere as well-always feel relaxed here.

My one stop shop for beauty and pampering! They do hair (my stylist Laurie is awesome), makeup, mani/pedi, and massages. Every time I come here, I leave feeling great and Ive never been disappointed with any of their services. Not the cheapest place, to be sure, but you get what you pay for!

I told Emily to give me a couple days to figure out how my hair cut and color were (any other curly girls will know what Im talking about!) so I wanted to leave a review as I love it! she really listened to what I wanted and Im thrilled with the quality of her work!

The spa is beautiful, Kiki (masseuse) did a great job, listened to what I wanted/didnt want, the use of hot towels was a nice little perk, and she even used peppermint essential oil in the massage oil she used to help with my stuff nose. All the staff were super sweet, and helpful. I will be switching to this spa from now on!

I love my visits to Eve Salonspa. the staff is always pleasant and i always feel like they are happy to see me. my schedule can sometimes be challenging and they are always flexible with my appointments. My dear Morgan has fit me in on more than one occasion. highly recommend a visit there!

Had a couples massage here. Everything g was extremely relaxing. Our Mussers did an amazing job. It was really pricy. But overall I didnt have a complaint.

Each year the Saturday after Thanksgiving my “sisters “ and I gather together for pedicures.Eve salon can accommodate the 6 of us at the same time and the nail technicians are the best and we all have a great time.

I will not be returning and I hate to give even 1 star to this salon. When I called to make an appointment I was told a partial highlight was going to be around $80. I showed my stylist (who was the manager) a picture of what I wanted and when I left it was nothing close to what I wanted or what the picture looked like and my hair has no issues grabbing good color. As I proceed to check out with my hair looking nothing like what I want I owed $120!!!?? I waited a couple of days to see if I could adjust to the color but didnt. I was so upset I paid more than what I was told for something I didnt want. So I called back for a touch up. The same stylist (the manager) put a 15 min toner in my hair, quick shampoo, 15 second blow dry in the front then sent me on my way with the rest of my hair soaking wet! I now am going elsewhere and am paying to have my hair done AGAIN! I called before writing this review and was offered nothing. So needless to say I would NEVER refer a family or friend here!

I got my hair cut and styled today by Asia and she fixed my hair nightmare! She listened to exactly what I was wanting and reassured me she could accomplish what I was asking for. She was so fun to talk to and my hair looks beautiful. Thank you so much!

I would give this place one start if it wasnt for how nice Leah and the ladies at the reception desk were. Otherwise I had a terrible experience. Leah was willing to try to help me fix my hair color situation, but decided to get a second opinion as to what to do. The second lady was completely from the start unwilling to help me and kept talking down to me. I honestly was so floored and upset that I ended leaving visibly upset. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere and this way youll be treated like a decent human being.

Booked a couples massage for my girlfriends 30th birthday. They called us 45 minutes before our appointment to cancel. We live an hour away and were on our way there. First and last time trying this place.

This place will be my go to from now on. Had my head shaved due to chemo and donated my braid to Wigs for Kids. Myra was exceptional! Very compassionate and caring young lady! Highly recommend her. Other stylists were very kind also.

I have been a long time customer here after shoping around a few years in the Portage/Kalamazoo area. The facility is clean and beatiful. The atmosphere is exactly like a spa should be (even if youre just getting your hair cut). I am usually offered a coffee or tea during my visit, which makes me feel pampered. I have had pedicures, manicures, and numerous hair appointments here and have not once had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming; which is important to me. I have been to other spas in the area that act like they are doing you a favor allowing you into their business. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Womans haircut is more expensive than a mans haircut.To the business response: you are correct. Your prices are comparable to other salons in that they charge women more than men for a haircut. Does that make it right? No. Especially when the vast majority of women make less than men. Also, a womans cut can be a lot more simple than a mans cut anyways.

I have been going to Emily S. for over six years and she does a fabulous job with color and with my cut. I would highly recommend her as she is a great stylist and very helpful in suggesting cuts and color shades that are really great.

I go in for massages here. I have severe scoliosis and tons of knots in my back because of it. I always leave feeling 100x better because of them. I saw Jamie this time and she was amazing.

Nice Facility. However I am surprised that the hairstylist accepted a $25 gratuity for a $32 haircut from my wife knowing that she has dimensia. A professional person would have acknowledged that this amount of gratuity was excessive and not appropriate.

Very disappointed. Went in for a hair color and despite following instructions the color wore off in less than 2 weeks. Took recommendations from the stylist on the color and the productI travel constantly and dont have the luxury of time.
