In town for a few months for work and wanted to find a temporary place. This has got to be the best priced place in the remote area, which made me unsure of the quality the experience might be. So I gave it a try, have been coming back since. I have not been disappointed yet about any aspect of each massage I’ve had here, again, especially for the awesome prices. I always book super last minute, usually within an hour or two of wanting a massage and almost always get in without a problem.

Very friendly staff, the place is very clean, and the massage was done right and professionally. Very accommodating, I can tell that they care about customer satisfaction. Loved my experience here! Excellent experience, great value, and I plan to return regularly.

They have no working phone nor a reasonable way to make appts. When I asked the front desk person to help me decide who who work with, she yelled at me and told me they are all great and yet she had not tried one herself. When I asked who people call for, she yelled at me that I don’t trust her. I had one excellent experience there and one truly awful experience and therefore I asked. Her rudeness was deeply disturbing. This is the 3nd time she’s done this to me and when I asked why she was so angeey, she yelled at me again. Something is very wrong with this place

Very simple place that’s very clean, with a polite and accommodating staff. Amazing prices and the best massages I’ve received in Marin. WAY better than the upscale spas in the area and extremely therapeutic. Highly recommend the reflexology treatment!

This new spa opened less than 2 months ago and is conveniently located in downtown San Rafael across from a parking lot (thats free after 18:00!). The facility is calming, quiet, and clean.I came for a full-body massage and left feeling more relaxed. They ask you to mark areas to focus on/avoid beforehand. I think this is the first place Ive been to where the full-body massage includes a facial massage (having my earlobes massage was strangely nice) and hot stones. The hot stones were a first for me, and I liked how soothing the heat was after they cooled down a bit. They took me in with no appointment when they opened for a 60 minute massage. Helen, the massage therapist gave me an excellent massage, periodically checking in with me about the pressure and to see how I was doing. She focused on what I asked her to and gave me a wonderful Swedish massage, using all the strokes that comprise the Swedish modality. I will definitely return! And the prices are great!

I’ve been here several times and am heading back again tomorrow after a way too long break. This is my only place for massage. I have extensive injuries to my back, knee and hip and they always handle me perfectly. People that come in do not always get what is going on and can be disruptive and the employees are always beyond polite regardless of some really bad behavior that I have personally witnessed but regardless, they maintain a serene and relaxing environment and take away all my aches and pains!!

I took my mother here for Mother’s Day and we had a massage together. I did not appreciate the employees bickering and laughing at my 68 year old mothers body while massaging her. They weren’t the best on time management- the end felt super rushed and they left me with an excessive amount of oil remaining on my body and rushed us to get dressed because they had another appointment waiting. They demanded a tip though I didn’t feel comfortable with how we had been treated and had some nerve giving attitude after I told the woman at the front desk I would not tip 4 times. I booked this spa date last minute for my mother and they did get us in but the service was not superb what so ever.

This was hands down the best massage I have ever experience. They were so thorough, with unique styles of massage. It was very clean, modern, and relaxing. Staff and massage therapists were experienced and kind. They offer you water when you leave. BEST full body 90 min massage for $90! Go!

I live in Marin and only come to this spot for massages. The price is right and every teammate — especially the manager — is lovely and welcoming. I just got off the phone with them to book another appointment for later today (massage and then reflexology) and I’m impressed as always by their friendliness and professionalism.

Mike worked on me yesterday and it was the best massage in years. I’m not lying or forced to say that. He doesn’t speak much English yet though so the receptionist had to be an interpreter but it wasn’t a problem. He has strong hands an did some deep tissue to get out the knots and he did lighter massage that just felt nice. Go to this business.

What a surprise!I had an outstanding massage this morning. Walked in off the street and boom! On the table with an excellent therapist and I feel energized and relaxed.

It was a very good massage. Different but good. I was surprised when this tiny lady got up on the tbl, to really get a good position. I requested med pressure, I cant imagine hard! The hot stones were amazing, the hot towel was good too. I hav had tons of massages, all over....this one was a very good different. I would definitely go bck.

A massage that is not at all everyday, neither relaxing nor relaxing. They have done enough damage to us without noticing any improvement. We chose the 30-minute body and 30-minute foot massage in a private room and they put 6 people in the same room. His technique is only about squeezing, not massaging. The massage is done with your clothes on. They were wearing gloves... At the time of paying, we left them an amount of tip compared to what we had experienced, and the receptionist reacted very badly when they saw that it was not what they expected. They ask for a lot of tip and all the masseuses are looking at you to see how much you leave them. It has been quite uncomfortable. We will not return!!
