Seriously hit and miss here. I go in about once a month and sometimes I have a great experience with great customer service, and the very next time I encounter someone whos engrossed in their phone and is to bothered to help you. Ive literally walked in and went straight to the case, and standing there for 3 or 4 minutes while No one is around, then they emerge from the back or the parking lot and barely acknowledge me, then 4 others walk in, and they help them first. They are really bad at understanding how to keep inventory stocked, especially with the nic salts and vape pens, they sell me something new and then the next time I come back, they dont have the pods for it.

Their customer service is the best I have had in Marin. They answer your questions, not overt when it comes to up selling.Very straight forward.They take the time to greet you when you come in (even when they are with another customers).Thank you it is nice to spend money where you are treated right.Keep up your awesome customer service and professional attitude. I know it is not always easy to do in Marin and in your business.

For me personally, I have only purchased disposable vapes here. It’s very convenient when you can’t wait for shipping, for that special occasion or your satisfy me now!! Instant gratification! Prices are very high so I would never regularly shop here, but like I said if you have l that certain itch, this place can satisfy….just scratch!!

Pretty sure one of the lady employees pretended not to have my replacement coils because I look younger than my age. Have also had the same experience with one of the ginger employees with glasses as well. I understand that I may look younger but if I clearly show a valid ID as someone who’s worked nearly 9 years in Customer service I would expect to be treated with respect. The lady wouldn’t even bother to look for the Coils I needed. 0/10 would not recommend

Great place for lingerie, adult erotic toys of every variety, vapes and vapes accessories, as well as herb smoking equipment. The staff is helpful and willing to answer questions about what youre looking for.

UNFORTUNATELY there was a person named MARY who was misandronist towards me for paying compliment to another customer... if you go to store... make sure that MARY doesnt help you especially if you are a man. I believe, based upon her comments, that she was really jealous that I didnt compliment her... I left angry and insulted... I will not stay and shop if I go back and find her present... I will go elsewhere.

Great place with tons of products at super reasonable prices. It was a one stop shop on Halloween weekend for me! Got my vapes and my hosiery all in one swoop. They offer delivery and the staff was so professional and respectful. The experience made such a great impression to the point that I will be a permanent customer and have already referred others to it.

I am a ‘regular’ to this smoke shop. All of the staff, Tamera in particular, are so helpful and a pleasure to interact with. Any questions i have are answered with factual knowledge, honesty, and personal experience. Customer service is a dying experience and VIP is one of the only remaining places I enjoy stopping bye when running my errands. Thank you for all that you do you are appreciated! As a loyal to us I do drive from San Francisco just to see all of you As I believeuct to superior.

Great place for smoking accessories and such

Most the employees are great, but went in today and a girl I havent interacted with was there and was one of the rudest unhelpful employees Ive talked with. She had no idea what VG% was, and didnt even bother to look. Rudely didnt answer any questions, and when I asked if I could see the supplements behind the counter she basically thru them at me. I was beyond shocked at the customer service she gave.

Staff was friendly and informative. Sure was clean and organized. They offer a good selection for decent pricing. No complaints!

I will now go elsewhere for my glassware and butane. one of your employees insisted that my muzzle was not muzzling my face well enough for her little high school brain. Bummer too, I enjoyed your wide selection.

VIP is a little store with an online delivery service for Vapes. I use the Vape Delivery service to buy disposable Elf Bar vapes. Their prices are higher than the ones that you can find online, but, sometimes you need to Vape right away. They can either drive your delivery to your home or you can pick up the delivery in their parking lot by texting them. The store itself carries a variety of sex toys, products, and is a good store to have in Marin.

I am staying at an after-care facility to recover from recent major surgery; and, being from out of town and confined to a wheelchair I had no way of getting to a vape shop when I ran out of e-juice. Online retailers could not get it to me quick enough. So I googled to see if any local shops would deliver. Viola ! VIP delivery service was nearby promising same-day local delivery. Yessss!Their on-line selection was very-good, the ordering process smooth and in-transit eta communicated all the way to the door...SAME DAY!I was able to secure some quality juice approximating what Id been vaping and an excellent disposable for back-up and variety. All this for only a nominal handling charge to deliver.If Im here any longer there is no-doubt Ill hollaback if the muse strikes and not have to impose on my peeps for a special delivery.Much more I could say but the skinny is VIP rules and rates a double 5=10 to me, Try em out.

We are from out of town and came looking for something. The ladies working on 3/14/21 were absolutely amazing. Very informative, professional, and all round great! I would absolutely go back.

The store was clean and the products they had on display was tickling my curiosity. I spent about under a C- note on vape products and I was planning on spending more of my 3 ben franklins but the person helping me seems uninterested in providing me with a decent service. I felt rushed and unappreciated as a first time customer. The lady helping me at first seems nice but the longer I had stayed in the store, It seemed to me that Im just wasting her time while she could be helping a customer that she felt is much worthy of her time. Maybe cause Im not a certain type of guy that would interest her enough to turn on her A1 customer service and have me feel totally welcome to their store. Infact the lady that helped me I believe is a transwoman. Which has nothing to do with anything other than the fact that she should have had the best customer service out of all her associates. Considering what trans people had to endure when it came to being treated with respect and above all... the feeling of not being judged , rushed and unwelcome to an establishment. Maybe if I was white or latin or even Black, I would have been treated like I was welcomed and not judged as someone that she would consider not her type. I know what I saw and I know what I felt. Remember, I was nice and professional through the whole visit in the store. Im so glad I didnt waste more of my hard earned Franklins on a low class non-customer service unless your the right type of guy store. My first and last. I even thought the other girls were gonna at least catch the mistake her Trans friend made and correct the whole bad service I received. To the owner of the establishment... Gotta pay your workers a good wage so they can be that top notch retail associate. Not the type who is just there on those hours for a measly paycheck. Owners fault. I dont recommend this store. There is more stores with the same products with better service.

Good spot with a good selection of adult toys, clubs selection, pipes, bongs, etc. I would give 5 stars but prices are up there especially for kratom and other similar products, Im not into vaping but there always seems to be people congregating around that section so must be popular (even if it is turning out to be deadly).Some of the staff are hot young things, that always helps with the stars too. 😉

Come for the smoke shop, stay for the sex shop. Or vice versa.Its a good place with a lot of selection compared to other shops in downtown San Rafael, so thats good.The staff is friendly? I put a question mark because they dont engage you unless you ask them a question or walk up to the register.Pretty typical stuff if youre looking for a bachelorette party, so thats good. They also have DVDs which is just amazing considering theres, you know, the internet.

I mainly go here for their vape supplies. I’ve bought a couple different mods from them, their selection is pretty good, a little pricey but thats expected since it is in Marin. Customer service is good. I would recommend to a friend. It is and has been my go to store for vape supplies.

On 2 different occasions the vapes I bought did not work right off the bat. After calling and talking with an employee I was informed everyone who buys a disposable is told to try it on the property beforehand to make sure it works. I have never been told this, nor has anyone I know

Biggest rip off in the country. I was forced to go there for kratom (back pain) since the quarantine shut down my stores, and I was shocked w the prices. All they have are 1 oz bags of sub par kratom for 30.00, which is criminal. That’s equivalent to charging 30.00 for a pack of cheap cigarettes. It’s insulting to the customer. I pray I can find a vendor who’s open so I don’t have to go back there and get ripped off again. VIP, either you’re ripping off customers on purpose, or you have a vendor who’s ripping you off. Either way your kratom sucks.

They don’t accept valid IDs. Straight bogus. If you’re trying to buy something here, I would just go somewhere else instead of wasting your time.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! The kratom here is 100% no good as well as being over priced. If you use kratom do not waste your time or money in this smoke shop/ adult store. Btw what a dumb idea! I hope this rip off smoke shop goes out of business soon.
