INCREDIBLE!! My mother and I recently got a massage at the wellness resort for well over 100€. This place COMPLETELY surpassed them. We got the 30 min/25€ neck/head/shoulders treatment and have never felt more relaxed! The staff was very kind and the whole place had a very calming atmosphere. We were initially worried about the low price tag but were very pleasantly surprised. The masseuses working on us expertly found all of our stress points and relieved them perfectly. We regret leaving tomorrow or we would definitely return for a full body session. 100% recommend this place!!

Booked an hour for a couple, the place looks very decorated and clean. The music was good with that background of water flowNina and Kitty were our masseuses and we were both happy about them. Will definitely come back because they really know how to massage. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. These women know how to work out your problem. I had a pinched nerve in my lower back and was in much pain. After just one session the next day it was gone. I am so impressed

I am so sad I cannot remember the names of our masseuses. Maybe Nancy and Judy although I dont think that was either of their real names LOL. Husband and I have had many massages in the last decade. I myself have never had a Thai massage and he has had one. When you walk in be sure to be quiet because the space is not incredibly huge and the soundproofing is not for a murder scene. I walked in incredibly giggly and Loud excited for my destiny and I lovingly got shushed. She was definitely a mom would like 11 kids because she did it in such a way that was so not offencive LOL. Anyways you walk in and they take your shoes and give you some cozy slippers and throughout the massage the gal who was loving me up whispered sweet nothings to me as she contorted me and loved me with her talented hands and legs and elbows. Husband and I each got like a $70 massage and tipped like 50% or more at the end because it was so darn good. It was so good that when we walked outside to the car he tried convincing me to walk back in so we could each get another massage. The vibe in that place was also so beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and very very clean. Im pretty sure as we went to walk in the doors were locked, to keep out Riff Raff as the place is a Zen topia. So after you knock just hang out for a second, they are coming. My second time here my wife second time. I went the first time about a week and a half ago because I had really stiff shoulders and neck etc. did a 60 minute massage with Gina. Let me tell you they know what they’re doing there if you want to legitimate Professional Thai massage with a strong hand , foot or elbow this is the place because they get an every area you ask them to focus on. They hit spots that you didn’t know hurt but they’re probably preventing them from hurting in the near future. They know the muscles, tendons, joints, on your body and loosen them up. It takes a day or so to recover honestly because it’s so good and then after that you’re in heaven for at least a week maybe more depending on what your job is . I highly recommend it!! We went for the second time tonight and I did 90 minutes with Kat who is just as good as Gina and Gina is amazing!!!!! And my wife had Kate and she was excellent also and my wife is very tight in the shoulders and neck and has a lot of massages. All different types from different places and she says the last 2 messages she had at Nuad is the best 2 massage she’s ever had in her life!! Remember you’re talking about a women who’s had hundreds. Super Duper clean😀😀😀 high-quality and the price is on believable $110 for a 90 minute massage you pay that for 30 minutes in a fufu spa that takes you in and gives you little rub down and not a massage . I can go on and on about this. Please honest to God try it out , I guarantee you you’ll love it. The owners name is Pat who’s like the mother and has all the experience so she knows who she hires and she’s obviously running a professional place with only experienced masseuses .

I’ve been here a few times I like a real Thai hard massage and I get it every time I did not get the girls name but I think they are all very good from my experiences here no one asked me to give a review I’m just letting you know if you have knots or sore muscles this is the place to go!

Been frequenting this place for two years. Whats paid in cash. Always tipped really well. Last time I tipped $35 for a $90 massage. Today I went in but I had no cash and asked if I could pay her by card and I would be happy to pay much more extra to Make up for three credit card fees. The owner very rudely refused and kicked me out. I thought this was an experience you had to know about if you decide to become a patron off this business. She was rude and thankless with no loyalty towards her loyal customers. Will never set foot there again.

Update:My wife and still go here, and theyre still excellent, though now weve figured out we especially like particular masseuses. Amy and Kim are worth us moving our scheduling around. Unfortunately, the place isnt very reliable on scheduling ahead of time or punctuality, so you generally want to check the day of to make sure your appointment is still happening, and maybe half and hour twenty minutes before your appointment to make sure theyre not running late.Update 2:They were the first massage parlor since Valentines Day, 2016 to successfully relax my muscles, and Ive been a loyal customer ever since. Theyre always very flexible with timing, they have beautiful Buddhist statuary, and theybe been extremely helpful with my wife and Is car accident injuries.

Amazing massage, they applied steady pressure and deliberate strokes to access the deeper muscle layers all over my body, it definitely relieved tension, muscle knots, and stress, I feel amazing definitely will be back.

Nice atmosphere, was very clean, and the masseuse was very skilled. She sensed my tight muscles through her feet knowing the tense areas with focus. She floated around the table so nimbly, I did not know where she was positioned at times. Very satisfied with my visit Sunday.

My massage therapist was great!!! HOWEVER:I call to reserve an appointment ahead of time, the person over the phone tells me it will be $70 for an hour massage. I ask for a lighter female because a bigger female used too much pressure. When I get there, they see I am a bigger (6 feet, 200 lbs, athletic) and then tell me it costs $80 because they have to use more pressure. I told them I dont want more pressure, because I got hurt last time. So they agree and just charge me $70, but then say it is cash only or Venmo/Zelle, so opt for Zelle then they Spring a $3 charge for that. I say fine, even though I have no idea why they add the charge other than try to encourage cash and not pay taxes. LolAfter my GREAT MASSAGE (i think it went a little over an hour), I come out to the front and give my massuese a $20 tip. Then this big lady that hurt me last time using too much pressure, comes out and starts hassling me for paying $70 instead of $80. I try to explain to her and she keeps complaining and saying that I am bigger and have to pay more. So I just ignore her and then calmly explain everything, and she says it is okay this time, but next time I have to pay $80. Yeah, right!! Like I will come here again. HahahaI enjoyed 3 things here: the massage therapist, the great massage, and pissing off the big mama san type lady. 😆

Found this place one weekend while traveling through Santa Ana. What a great find! We each got a 90 minute thai body massage. Each masseuse was great. The place was clean, cool (on a warm day) and comfortable. The face holes on the tables were large and not over filled with towels. This can be a point of discomfort when the face hole is hot and hard to breath through when too much material is stuffed in it. Towels, blankets, napkins, etc. Not so here. Great experience. I plan to go back!

Ive been going here for a couple years and used to go more frequently. However, the owner Pat at the front desk has had a little bit of a chip on her shoulder and has been just downright rude. Tonight was the last straw, besides being rude & overcharging me whats on her board, she was rude to my wife and mother-in-law. Her employees are all great and she used to be too. Not sure what her issue is, but I Wont EVER step foot in here again. Pat is single handedly running this businessinto the ground! I give you a year if you dont change your attitude. 3 Customers lost and all the other people Ive sent your way. By the looks at your current reviews this seems to be a regular thing now. Also, you may wanna look into the legalities of locking your front door during business hours from one business owner to another.

Hands down the BEST massage Ive ever had. The environment alone feels so relaxing, the masseuses were friendly and very informative as well. They ask you if you have any problem areas then they focus on those areas throughout the massage.I will definitely be back!

Pam is the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. She is so aware of the body’s needs and I couldn’t believe just how different my first three massages with her were. I was going every week until I had to move! The atmosphere is very nice too, beautifully decorated.

This Place is a SCAM. The 1st Time I went I had Katy who was Incredible.. I told her I was going thru Cancer Treatment & I was having a hard time financially but wanted to treat myself cuz I was in so much pain.. Katy did an amazing massage & Wouldnt let me tip her. She wanted to help me feel better so she said no need to tip her for awhile. SO I went back & bought a 3 session package with a credit card. But EVERY TIME I booked an appt with Katy I was LIED to. She was NEVER there again even tho they always swore shed be there! I bought 3- 60min sessions but every time was only 45 mins! & They have the nerve to tell me I dont tip enough! Ive tried to say I only want Katy & why do u keep lying to me & the mean RUDE lady Pat says Katy is the Boss & never shows up for work! I wish I could reach Katy to let her know what a horrible job they are doing when shes not around & how I wasted money i didnt have on 3 appts that were a total WASTE of time! No one speaks English & they dont listen.. horrible experience. Mind u I AM A MASSAGE THERAPIST myself & I know the last 3 massage were just fluff to take my money. Do not go here.

Lady at the front desk wanted to charge $75 for a$60 massage (plus tips on cash or Venmo only). Not a big deal, but they never mention this on phone call when I booked the appointment. They just hope you give in and pay more at the point of sale. Ive been to multiple massage places in Santa Ana/Costa Mesa area, paid everything with card, including tip. Shady financial practices.

Unfortunately, I am posting this review because I am just really disappointed. I have visited this location more than 3x and today was the absolute worse. Mostly because I really needed the relief. I called and set the appointment for 2: 00 p.m and the woman that answered the phone was quite polite. The problem arose when I arrived. I laid on the table 20 minutes.Time is precious...and my time was not respected at all.Another issure upon reflection is that the manager that runs the place is quite pushy in regards to wanting money up front before service is provided, and again extremely aggressive when it comes to tipping.She on previous visits complained and pushed me into increasing tip.I will not be returning to this location again.A disappointed client.

Visiting family local in the area and noticed this gem of a massage parlor. The staff was very sweet and my masseuse was top notch. One of the best massages I have had in a long time. I will visit again before I leave. Highly recommend this place.

By far the best massage I’ve had. Their technique was beyond your average Thai massage. Don’t pass this place up. I’ll be returning regularly, in my 90 min Katie accomplished far more than previous masseuses combined.

Whenever I get a massage and I say, can you focus on my arms and hands I always feel like I needed more time and care to those points but Julie did an amazing job working out knots from all angles and stretching me.I dance latin dance and I have parts of my lower back/hip that has yet to be massaged/stretched properly and Julie was the first one to nail it.Ive given 5 stars for a massage before at another place and it was very good but that 5 star and this 5 star for Julie is another level. I now wish I could give them 4 or give Julie 6, she is amazing! The owner was very nice and accommodating and I love the privacy and decor inside. I found my new regular place!

An amazing massage place! Very professional and skilled ladies. I have been dealing with neck problems after an accident and they know exactly how to help. The place is decorated with love: wood and peaceful music create a calming earthy atmosphere. Great place to visit if you want to treat yourself. Also nice for couples massage.

They ask you to pay before the massage, which is odd, but okay. So I handed them my credit card, and they asked if they had cash, to which I said no. They asked me to walk over to an atm to get cash… it’s 2021 and everywhere takes credit cards. The weirdest part is that they have multiple signs around their business showing that they accept visa and MasterCard (I tried to use a visa). The front desk lady said that the owner would need to talk to me, but when she came out to the front, she just proceeded to take phone calls while I sat and waited. These practices seem very odd to me and if that’s how they want to operate then that’s fine, but you should inform people before they drive over for an appointment. It’s not like I was trying to pay with Monopoly money!

Kim was awesome. She did such a great job. Worked out all of the tough muscles and stiffness. She stretched my body out more than anything else. I sit alot, so my muscles tighten up in my neck and lower back. She was able to relieve me off most of the tightness. Ive been doing Thai for 3 years and I prefer this method over any others. She is the best out of the 3 Thai masseuse I have used before. The best.
