Nice store. It allows different ways of shopping, quick or leisurely. There is also an elevator in the two-story building. The selection is much bigger than other dispensaries Ive been to in the OC area. This was my latest choice in Indica, mid to top range. Good vibes.

Been coming here for awhile great place but I did an online order and when I showed up it was canceled. I was told it was because it was placed pass 9pm. But when asking for the same items one of the promotional items was not supposed to be online but of course that’s not my fault and I’m pretty sure that’s why they canceled the order. Anyway rather than honor it I was told it was marketing’s fault so oh well. So unfortunately now I have a bad taste if you know what I mean. Take this review how you see fit.

I drove down from Riverside to pick up an online order that my wife had set up. This isy 1st time even going into the building and I could already tell that the environment was VERY friendly and welcoming. Super nice staff, exhilarating energy, customer service was top notch, and to top it all off, very safe and clean. Around the clock disinfecting and sanitizing all areas of service. Im very happy and satisfied with everything here. Happy New Year!

DO NOT GO HERE! They gave the wrong item and because we came back with it, they said they do t do cash refunds, even though we paid cash for it. The actual item we wanted they didnt have so they put sometimes in the bag. End result we paid over $90 for a 1/2 gram vape pen that shouldve been about $65.Shady the way the whole thing went down. Never going there again.

The girl at the pick up express lane told me my order was not ready and blamed me for it. She said I should not order online if they are not open and to only order online during business hours. I told her I received a text and email my order was ready and she said well it wasn’t so order during business hours next time. Additionally when I paid and she delivered my change she threw it in my hand. I asked her if she was upset with me for some reason and she said she has no reason to be. But didn’t apologize or acknowledge she was rude at all.I miss the kindness of Peoples, the previous crew was nice and treated us well. This new crew is rude and treated me as an inconvenience . All I want was my weed. Not a lecture about not ordering online when they are not open and my change thrown in my hand. Never coming back. And that girl should to not work with the public, Get it together sis, your unhappiness inside is showing through.

I spent 240 this last couple weeks here, 1 delivery, 1 walk in.my issue is that I was told two different Final prices. I gave the Delivery driver what I thought was exact amount. he didnt confirm amount with me. I was 15 over on what I gave him. I realized this only once I got back inside and called peoples immediately. Chris helped me on the phone and said he could give me 15$ store credit. I go back in about a week and purchase 160 ish. There was no store credit, I asked and was given a weird look. so I didnt ask further. its only 15 but no good customer service. Made me feel uncomfortable when I asked. There are several other reviews about customer service. Its not worth the headache. Not going back. easy 1 star.

Yo yo yo its your boy STUGGS LOOKIN4 NUGGS. I have been to peoples a good number of times, and this is my review of the store and some strains/brands. As a general review for the store. I think its a beautiful setup. With a bottom level as well as top level. The downstairs area is amazingly informative staff and setups alike. The up stairs is beautiful. However, this is why I give it a four, not five. The shelves seem a little cluttered, making it a little overwhelming even to me, an experienced buyer. The shelving is more like desert cases. Also, I give it a four because, out of most OC dispensaries, I feel the bud tenders are lacking in something. I just dont feel that Stoner welcome vibe when I shop their I feel its more business than culture. I guess youd say theyre indica like in da couch vs sativa. Also parking there is very tight. Ive seen a few accidents. However, on to the good. Their buds are almost always very fresh. I did in February get a jar of bud from August of 22. Thats six months one of the oldest Ive seen. Even so, their bud is better than most dispensaries in a few ways. They have an easy to read layout when you shop in case the cases overwhelm you. Blem is always top shelf. Ive smoked them all from peoples, and its never a miss. I have pictures of their indica. Its a heavy hitter indca for pain and sleep. Its lights out with blems indica from peoples. Also, the cali lotus biscotti is another good pick mid to top. It was an amazing strain to pick up people. The orange hairs on it are incredible. Old school chronic smoker choice. Its a smooth hittin hybrid. You really feel a doozy when hitting this fresh puffy flower. The taste is alive with this one. Finally, to end the review, we have a bottom shelf, which is lolos Rainbow runts. I have smoked plenty of lolos, and with peoples, its always fresher nugs. It tends to come dry however cheap and affective. Get your bang for your buck, so pack your bowls light with the rainbow runts. But enjoy the high. STUGGS LOOKIN4 NUGGS over and out. Very nice people. As a veteran suffering from PTSD. THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE YOUNG MAN tending to my needs had more knowledge of my needs than any place Ive been. Thank you Blum for hiring people who care.

%40 Tax on each product. They claim the prices compare to any “legal” dispensary in the area which is just a complete lie. They are the most overcharged dispensary in the whole area. This is a Corporate ran dispensary, knew instantly when I walked in and asked for a “zip” they looked at me confused like they never heard that term. The “budtenders” most likely dont smoke themselves but push the most expensive weed because they get a commission each sale. They said the most ridiculous things when I asked about the cheaper prices. The $25 8th I bought was the same quality than the $45 8th I bought. they all told me the $25 8th was terrible, one even said it made them throw up Lol. They’re desperate for a cut of each purchase and are like carsales men (but worse). This dispensary is a wanna be “designer dispensary” in one the lowest income cities in OC. This is the only dispensary ive been to that has a ridiculous tax and screws over their customers who aren’t knowledgeable. Mainly “suburban” folks who live around the corner of the ghetto location come here. This is the most white washed corporate ran dispensaries in OC. Dont shop here you can get more & better products literally in any other dispensary in OC for the ridiculous pricetag they pull here.

Ridiculously overpriced. Grams of flower start at $15, and their 8ths are over $60 (more than $18 per G). This is California, but theyre charging even more than east coast prices. You can get better bud two blocks away and pay less than half what theyre charging here. Please dont support these exorbitantly priced dispensaries. They are anti-consumer and theyre ripping you off. The product is not somehow worth the added cost. You dont even save by buying in bulk. Nothing makes buying mj here worth it

Do not give them your phone number. They inundate your phone with text. They rotate their number, so if you block them or mark as spam they can still get through . For this reason I will not go back. This is bad business practices.

Just another basic over the top EXPENSIVE! recreational cannabis store. Really a let down. Do the products really need to be sold this expensive can we save money if you hadnt spent millions of dollars on location and what the place looks like? I did not receive amazing service and I did not meet one person trying to find something that works for me🙁. Alot of people talk super highly of this store and dont get me wrong its nice really nice but i go to marijuana for benifits and change in lifestyle. I look for benifits to a number of ailments and need to be able to believe in the products and people providing the products. Well I hope we can get back to marijuana by the people and for the people. Dont forget about the little guys

Got off on the wrong exit heading towards another dispensary. Said Ill save some time stopping in here. The service is horrible. No help at all. Felt uncomfortable there so I just left. This is the second dispensary I ever walk away from.

Being from Texas, this is my first time going to to a dispensary. I went on Easter weekend, in fact it was on Easter day and couldn’t be more pleased with the service! I even got some free pre-rolls they were so informative friendly and welcoming I will definitely be stopping by here when I visit Cali in January!

Good Products, Questionable PracticesI have a mixed bag of feelings about this business. On the positive side, their products are commendable and the staff members are genuinely nice, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.However, I have a significant gripe with the additional charges that seem to be built into the transactions. On top of the standard state and cannabis taxes, which are mandatory, the business also rounds up the total, hands us cash we didnt ask for, and then charges an ATM withdrawal fee on top of that.This practice seems to encourage customers to leave cash tips, and also generates an additional fee for the business through the cash withdrawal. I find this method questionable and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. To me, it comes across as a shady practice that goes against the otherwise great service and products the business offers.I hope the management takes this feedback into account and considers revising their financial practices for a more transparent and fair customer experience.

The prices are fine. They kinda seem to act like every customer has been their before. I found the staff person who assisted me really irritating. I felt like he was bothered that I was asking for a products they sell. Sorry I didnt feel like using the touch screens. Felt like I was not an acceptable buyer to him.Also find their card policy rather annoying. Although almost all dispensaries tend to make using a card a hassle. This one goes rather smoothly, but the charge per use is on the high end. Ive been to ones who seem to not require a 3 dollar card charge to use their atm. At least its not 8 bucks like some in Los Angeles.

Product quality is good. Some products are definitely marked up way higher than needed. Staff members are uneducated on products which ruins the experience of going into the dispensary. Def need to have employees do a better job with their attitudes towards the customers/patients. Overall customer service, experience, and overall cost was very mid today. I’m sure they’ll do a better effort moving forward!

As soon as I walked in everyone on the staff was super friendly, even the security at the front. They offer Free water when you check in and theyre super nice all around. The only issue I had was after my purchase outside in the parking lot I was smoking a cigarettes by my car and the guard outside told me I had to get off the while I was smoking because they think it was weed weed

Ive been coming here for 5-6 years about once or twice a month and will never come back.Yesterday I stopped by after a 90 minute commute home from LAX excited to unwind. My wife had my debit card and most of my cash because of an emergency the prior week.I tried to buy something priced at $40.34 with $40 bucks. It’s a 20 minute commute each way from my home and I didn’t want to come back with $0.34. Mind you I usually round up to the nearest $20 in the tip jar, usually spend around $120 and have spent thousands here over the years.The guy at the counter was nice, but not authorized to goodwill $0.34, sure that’s fine. The shift lead refused to shake my hand and was a jerk about it. I was shocked at the company’s approach to the situation. What can I say, I guess they value $0.34 over the life time value of me as a customer.

Edit: Word to the wise, check delivery bags before giving them your money, it might be difficult to get back and theyre unreliable, I was also missing another item out of the same order.They charged me double last order on an item, assured me it would be applied to my next order and now say I cant use it because the items are discounted and you cant stack deals. Its not a deal, its money owed. They are basically telling me theyre keeping my $30 until I buy something full price when this is because they over charged me.

Terrible Terrible Experience With Employees, Including The Management!You’ll often find that, they do not honor their own promos (RAINY25), etc… and don’t fill your order as expected, due to inaccurate website inventory offerings. Instead of being apologetic and friendly, they are rude and arrogant, including one of their so called managers; Anthony, who is the star of this review. In addition to all the mess-ups, the people who answer their phone lines are not up to date about their promo offerings and lure you in with inaccurate information, resulting in more money being spent!!!“Watch Out”

I have been a customer for 10 years and today. I had a terrible experience with this retailer. I ordered product from them yesterday. They were out of the product that I normally order. I asked for a recommendation. I had an allergic reaction to their recommendation. I called today to order more product. They charged me full price for the products did not give me my loyalty discount. Nor did they in close A receipt. They sent the product to the wrong address. They do not care about the well-being of their customers. Just know this when you are talking to them online or on the phone. I asked for a discount or some type of compensation. They charged me full price.

Always a great atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products and prices are very reasonable. I do all my shopping there. Keep up the good work.

After a bad experience at a dispensary near us, we decided to try a place we have seen off the 55, and we are so glad we drove the extra miles. From the moment we entered, the vibe was totally different. It was light, well decorated, and super easy to place our order on an i-pad. Paid $16 each for Wyld edibles, as opposed to the exorbitant amount we paid elsewhere. The person who helped us was super friendly (loved his nails!). We will definitely make the drive again.

Very knowledgeable staff!My first visit was an online order. When I went in the store to pick up, they double checked the order was correct prior to charging me (always nice to do). I double checked with the staff if I picked the correct strains based on the experience I wanted, and I was informed that there were strains in stock that would give me a better experience. The staff was extremely helpful, making sure to give me different priced options while explaining the products and little differences.Now that Ive had a few days to try the product, I can also verify that they know what theyre talking about! Im very appreciate of the help and product I received! Great service, clean place, feels safe, highly recommended!

They always have my crescendo and some more. However, they tend to run out of Stizzy Pods regularly. Otherwise a great place always has a large selection.

Mentioned to the guy at the front 3 times that I am a first time customer. He didnt explain anything. He just expected me to know what he meant by, Upstairs is closed (Still dont know what is even upstairs). Then he just told me to go to the iPads.Not very helpful at all. And the products are over priced. Went less than half a mile and found a dispensary that was welcoming. Offered me a first timer deal, and everything was close to half the price! Wont go back to Peoples. But I will definitely go back to Mr. Nice Guy. I bought 3 1g cartridges for the price of 1 at Peoples!

UPDATE: I tried the delivery service today, 10/12/2022 and the experience was great! The driver came during the window, and I was even provided a tracking code so I could see where he was! So much better than the delivery was a few years ago when I tried it! My previous review is below the line. Just wanted to update my review, as they got all the kinks worked out. Their store experience continues to be amazing.-----------------------------------------------------------------The store experience is great, no complaints there. Delivery experience isnt very good.Last night I scheduled a delivery, from 5-6pm through the website. The options were available in 1hour time blocks. 6:15pm and it wasnt here yet, and I had to leave at 6:30 for a concert. The gal who I contacted via phone said it wouldnt be here til closer til 7, so I had to cancel my order. The gal on the phone said its a 2hr window, however on the website its by 1hr blocks. I replaced my order today, with a delivery time of 5-6pm. 4:50pm and the guy is at my house (and Im obviously not home yet as I dont get home til 5, hence scheduling the delivery window starting then). My concerns are 1) cant see to deliver in the window selected online 2) phone person told me its a 2hr delivery window, when online its a one hour window that you can choose from.

My main problem with Peoples is their customer service. I emailed them several times re: my problem with one of their products that I bought the week before and received no response. So I drove down there and they were rude and not helpful. Weve shopped there for a couple of years but its time to give our business to smaller and friendlier dispensaries. Maybe theyre too big now and have no time for customer service. Sad.

Friendly and helpful staff. People’s has a large variety of products to choose from and a staff that can help you get exactly what will fit your needs for wellness. I got some great concentrate pens that help me with my anxiety and high stress environment that I am in daily. Prices are a bit high, but that is due to local taxes, which I am ok with paying. Overall, great place for people who are exploring the world of cannabis or someone who is new to the world. I love People’s!

I have never been let down by Peoples, whether visiting in person or getting my order delivered. There team is knowledgeable & ready to assist but arent all over you making a million suggestions when youre not asking. Ordering at the kiosk couldnt be easier & the friendly delivery staff is usually early & will come straight to your door so you dont have to lurk outside waiting to grab a bag from a guy that cant leave his car (always felt like I was doing something shady with that particular rule.) The selection is great & while theyre always getting new inventory I can still manage to find an old favorite. The prices are pretty reasonable. There are cheaper places but you wont find the quality or variety offered here for a better price. All in all cant say enough about this place!

If your newer to this and have questions DO NOT GO HERE they will rip you off just like they did to me today. They will tell you one price and charge you another with no receipt and or even a screen to see what they are charging you. They will over charge you and the person will pocket the rest plan and simple. Don’t be fooled by how it looks inside and Google pictures are photo shopped. To add insult yoni injury they have tip jars all over the place. Should have stuck to the place down the way.

My friend recommended People’s OC delivery and I tried it for the first time this week. I was able to pick a delivery window during the evening, which I thought was nice. I received a text message about 40 minutes into my two hour window. I was able to track my driver and meet him outside. They were not only quick and efficient but extremely friendly, informative, and made me feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. Product was fire too.

Reception was super friendly. Dude upstairs not so much. I felt like I was a bit of an inconvenience. Also, I looked at my receipt and normally first time customers receive a discount? I even saw the 20% off flyer for first time buyers on the counter. If not, Im not trippin on it. What I did notice is how I apparently have over 6k points and earned 200 points for my transaction to a place Ive never been before? I might give them another shot..might.

This place is not conducting good business practices. They keep everything hidden behind the counter so you cant inspect the part of youre buying. This also keeps you from checking the package dates to make sure youre not getting very old products thats expired essentially. They also dont stamp the prices on anything they sell. This means theyll frequently change them whenever they feel like it regardless of how old the product is. And since everything is behind the counter, you end up going to the register where the employee says what do you want as if you know their whole inventory by heart.You may think these complaints are invalid, but everything I just listed is done the opposite way at a facility less than a quarter mile away. And unfortunately thats probably where Ill keep my business.

Basically a liquor store for marijuana. But funny they want to give you counseling in what kind of high you want. Never in a liquor store do they counsel you on getting drunk. Do you want a beer, whiskey or tequila intoxication and a hangover?

Beautiful store with lots of parking. Staff was welcoming as well. Definitely worth checking out.

Quality products & friendly staff. This was the second time I purchased from Peoples at the Santa Ana location. My very first time visit was in-store and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in the products I was interested in. I had a couple wrong products and the girl caught the mishap right away! It’s organized and you are taken care of in every way . I will be a customer for life !

Security checked my men’s bumbag (fanny pack) that I had across my chest, but didn’t check the purses/bags of the two women that entered before me. In fact, their purses/bags were at least twice as big as my bag.I have no issue showing the contents of my bag, but if I do so other people should have to go through the same scrutiny. When I asked security why he didn’t check their bag(s) - he seemed confused. The guy behind me noticed the inconsistencies.This is an example of sexism, that can be detrimental to everyone’s safety. A photo of my bag has been added.Women can conceal weapons in their purses. Check all bags!

Great place--both with delivery and visiting in person! Very helpful as well as knowledgable staff. When you have them deliver, they keep you informed during the process by sending text message updates. They arrive with your order during the window of time they give you, The delivery staff is always friendly. I highly recommend these guys---prices are very fair, staff is on point! Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They have my favorite Kanha gummies and so much more. Security was appropriately tight and the displays were neat and well lit.

This is the only dispensary I go to from now on. Friendly and professional staff. Clean and sophisticated.(unlike the blacklight lit, dingy hole-in-the-wall places Ive been in the past) Ordering is a breeze and employees are very knowledgeable. They are always willing and available to answer any questions I may have. Providing excellent suggestions on other products I may enjoy, according to my past purchases, seems to be a standard here. Looking for your go-to spot for flower thats not the dude slangin from his Mustang? Peoples is the place to go. Ive had really good experiences coming here, staff is knowledgeable and its always a really inviting place to be- for those of you new to the game.

The people are very friendly but I do think it’s expensive for the quality. Also it was my first time and they made me go upstairs, I thought okay as a first timer maybe a special experience offer like at other shops a discount, free dab, or free joint after purchase but nope none of that. I didn’t see the reason to go upstairs also no card is accepted, like are we not in 2022?

The staff is wonderful, especially the bud tenders still left from the original crew. Very knowledgeable and helpful yet laid back and kind. I appreciate that when I have a question that they arent sure of the answer for, they are honest and then do what they can to get the info for you. So many places Ive been to have kids trying to bs you when they dont know something for sure. Honesty and good overall customer service is refreshing. Products are fantastic, as well and I havent found a place that beats the prices yet!

Peoples is great! I have had some of the beverages and boy are they effective. I have tried a few different things and they are all awesome. The vape cartridges are my go to and they always get me where I need to go. Whenever I go to the store it always feels premium and the customer service was good. The store was very clean and followed proper procedures with hand sanitizer, distancing and masks

One stop to get anything cannabis you can imagine. I think it has to be one of the best THC candy stores in orange county. The place is big, they have a huge selection from fresh buds, to edibles, to drinks and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Oh. The prices are also very reasonable!

As busy as this place is they really keep it smooth an organized. This place is so rad! We went upstairs, jumped in line and immediately our attention was drawn to the flat screen displaying all of their specials for the month! I thought this was really cool considering most places that have a discount or specials make you work for it whereas here it was right in front displaying and informing you! I keep forgetting to bring cash and it was so nice to have access to multiple ATM’s. We were greeted by a bud tender and it was such a fun process we told him what we wanted and what we liked and he knew exactly what to suggest! I have to add seeing multiple security guards inside and multiple security guards outside when you exit the building is a really good feeling this place is so unique, clean & safe. My old father Parked a little out of the line, (side note: he was even parked in the handicap space with a handicap sign) and the security came out and yelled and called names and then chased me down in the dispensary and told me I couldn’t buy until my father fixed his parking. Literally won’t ever come here such an awful experience like give someone a little power (a security jacket & gun) and they abuse it. I literally was trying to buy my stuff and leave. What a joke, don’t go here. There’s better places right down the street who offer service with a smile.

I placed an order on line on a Friday to be picked up between 11:15 & 11:30, I arrived and was immediately greeted by a friendly girl asking how can she help me, I told her I was there to pick up my online order, she had it immediately, paid for my order & stopped to ask her a couple of questions on the product, she was very knowledgeable and answered my questions.Great customer service & very friendly.

Drove by on the fwy with the hubby and were so intrigued by the big artistic colorful roots display in the window we had to stop in and check it out. Its big and pretty and security and receiving staff were welcoming and helpful. It was about 45 min till closing and the lady at the product counter hurried us along complaining that it was very late. It was like pulling teeth to ask to look at their products much less to ask for information on the products. The lady kept loudly whining/moaning in front of us so we would hurry, we had at least 45 min till closing, and it was not crowded either so all the theatrics felt unwarranted. Very expensive prices from the little we were able to see. Unfortunately we didnt feel like it was an overall experience worth recommending.

This is my go-to cannibis shop. I love the online ordering system for the times what I know exactly what I want and want it ready upon my arrival. Other times when I know I’m going to have questions or want to try something new, I’ll go in and talk to a bud tender. This past week, I was super busy working from home so I had it delivered. They sent me a text when they received the order, another when it was processed and leaving for delivery and a third when the driver arrived. My experience is consistently perfect and the team members are professional and polite every time. 💨

Good service and product but way over priced and their deals dont compare to some other places. I started going to tropicanna and am legit saving at least 100$ a month

It was very clean and you can tell they follow all precautions for Covid, the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and all wearing masks! The product is top shelf as well! Love the new points system as well!

Their ordering staff on the phone is terrible, one week my order was the wrong cartridge, no battery as I ordered, the next week they completely no showed, then offered a $20 credit for their mistake and when I called the next morning to add the $20 credit they said only $15 lol.That’s serious lying and a very disrespectful way to treat a good customer who buys a lot of products regularly.

This place is really nice. I like that the price on the jars includes all taxes. Our bartender was nice, helpful and very focused on answering all of our questions. This was our first time at a real legal recreational dispensary, so we had lots of questions. I also like that you could open the jars and look and smell the product. The prices werent too bad. The product is high quality. We checked out several dispensaries in the area and this was definitely one of the best.

Stop by today at noon and the staff was very friendly from the security guard outside of the staff inside especially upstairs. The young lady who helped me with so friendly and professional and she gave me created vice on what I needed.

Friendly, good products, reasonably priced. I sometimes use the delivery and that always works well. I like going in sometimes to see the products in person. I like that fact that they have armed guards. I feel safe. This being a cash business it could be a target for thieves but with so many armed guards, I think we are safe here.

My usual visits are usually early afternoon. Parking is small but hasnt been a problem yet. Inside its a very nice place. Welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. If you know what youre looking for you can be in and out real quick

This place is absolutely terrible they must have a lot of overhead because they have a very very nice facility but they overcharge more than any other place I’ve ever been to. First, you view the menu on a screen so you think you’re getting good sized blunts for $30 but really you’re getting teeny little small joints FOR $30! Secondly, one gram is like $25 to get good strands. It’s crazy! I was shocked and sadly let down. Yes, the facility is beautiful but I will never go back there.

How On earth is Peoples OC 3.9 stars! Its worthy of 5 stars hands down!!!!People complaining about prices, Ive been in and out of almost all nearby dispensaries, and far-by as well! Fair to say that Ive encountered on numerous occasions that Peoples OC carries certain products at cheaper prices than other legal dispensaries competing in the LEGAL MARKET OF CA, and not just that! Compared to other experiences Peoples OC never fails to maintain high quality service, high potency flowers, up to date freshness, and store cleanliness like no other. The most professional staff, from the amazing guards that are flooded everywhere so you never have to worry about a problem occurring, to the wonderful people downstairs that always greet you with a smile, and help with the intention of getting you the right product not the one on the quota sheet that needs to be inventoried out like others do! Needless to say I come here for peace of mind accompanied with a wonderful purchasing experience. Did I mention other stores also charge higher taxation than Peoples OC! From the in-store experience to the delivery one too, everything is five star worthy in my humble opinion! Very helpful…I was going in for knee replacement and wanted help with pain and sleep. Staff was kind patient and understanding. And I’m 6 weeks after and so glad I had my backup plan. Sleeping was so easy and pain relief perfect.

My husband and my first time at Blum and we were greated to a very nice lobby and friendly staff. When we went in the employee there gave us the full detailed tour of all of the products. Were new to the whole cannabis thing so we had a lot of questions which he was more than happy to take time to answer them and give recommendations on the products. Very large variety and just very clean nice place. Will be back!!

I did not have a very pleasant experience. The guy who checked me in was nice. When I went upstairs thenwaot was long and then my bud tender was beyond rude to me. I told him it was my first time and he didn’t even care or tell me about the 10% off for being a first time patient and being Sunday. Over all not a friendly environment and a bit over priced, high quality.

So disappointing, I ran here after work to make it before they closed at 10:00 pm and they close 5 minutes early. Not a big deal for anybody who isnt disabled but the fact that I ran here only for that to happen is extremely disappointing when this is the place that I depend on for medication for me to be able to sleep and work. I had a feeling when I walked into the big fancy store with over the top displays that I would be paying extra and I did. Its one thing to have a great presentation but it must match your product. I purchased one of their 1/8ths listed as top shelf for 65. It was dry and had nanners in it and looked like it had been harvested a little too early (probably when they noticed the nanners). The receptionists and the man helping in the reception area were very polite and helpful. To get my dried out hermied 1/8th I had to deal with a stone cold bud tender who wouldnt answer any questions and they seemed to be in a hurry to have me leave. Im never coming back here.Edit: I accepted your offer to return but I specifically made no mention of my previous experience. I wanted to have a completely untainted second visit to round out my review. Here is how it went, while checking in at the reception area one of the workers asks me if I live in another state. I reply no, and she starts asking me other information. When I ask her whats going on she suddenly pivots her screen around to display the information she is looking at to me. Another worker notices this and quickly pivots the screen back away from me and lets me know there is another account with my same name, email, and birthday, but from another state. (my guess is a worker entered the info wrong from my first visit)I re register and while Im doing so the third worker states , oh hes a veteran so give him the veterans discount No one ever said anything about a veterans discount on my first visit. I ordered on the tablet and picked up the product. The bud tender wasnt as bad as last time but I wouldnt call it great customer service.Similar experience with the product, You cant actually view what you are buying most of the time which is absolutely annoying. Most of their products are packaged this way. On this visit, once again the ipad menu picture didnt hold a candle to what was actually in the package. Not as bad as last time, but bad enough for me not to return.There are plenty of legitimate vendors that offer competitively priced product that is viewable from its packaging and matches its menu picture.

I have been coming to this dispensary for about a year now, I am a loyal customer and know for a fact that when I come in they will have my Heavy Hitters in stock. Its the only thing that I smoke so its awesome having a shop that keeps them on deck. This place has a beautiful design and an amazing staff that runs the facility. The associate at the register was rude at the register. This rarely happens, uncomfortable situation. I was asked to show ID again, and bombarded by other associates and security with guns. Never going back which is sad, but the customers should feel comfortable and not singled out if they are the only person in the store.....just got home...and its the wrong order!

This place is SOOO NICE. They go the extra mile to keep everyone safe in the store (COVID, you know). I did the express pick up and I was in and out so quick. They also have tablets all around the store so you can walk-in and order. All the staff was super friendly. Stay alert in the parking lot.

Always a great place to get what you need, very clean, nice people and very well lit up in the showroom. I keep trying to go to other places but when I look at the pictures of the outside, it scares me back to Peoples because the building is so easy to approach.

I really enjoyed the self checkout, pretty unique building and layout, but this is another dispensary that pushes $60, $70 8ths, very small selection of Ounces and overpriced at that, There are plenty of other dispensaries in the area to get better value for your money.

My very first day there I felt like I was in kindergarten. Things have changed in 40 years now the product is called medicine. What are used to wait three weeks for oh, I can now obtain within moments of standing in line. This place is not only outstanding in selection but is also outstanding in its selection of employees. I have never had a business be so efficient during my very first purchase.

At first when I entered the shop it looked really good all around, and everyone was seemed really nice. When I went to check out though, they couldn’t find my order after I placed it on the kiosk. They helped me out to get my order, but when I check the contents of the bag it wasn’t the one I ordered.

I went there and was treated very poorly. Their flower is off weight. Saw some cockroaches at running around the front door for a place that claims to be in pristine shape lol. Not only did I follow the directions for delivery, but I did it 3 times. After calling, the guy said he had no order on file 6 hours later. Im stone sober and really ticked at the fact that not only is the order not filled, but there is no record of what I enetered on the site. Even though I saved as I went. Its a complete joke and I had money ready for a tip to the driver. No longer.

I love People’s! The store is very clean, so many ways to place an order (my favorite is Express pick up so I don’t stress at the store choosing an item haha), and the guides are so helpful if you don’t know what flower strain or cannabis product fits your needs. I’ve been coming here for 5 months, and haven’t had a bad experience!

Staff is always friendly and store is a great location right off 55, Parking is kind of weird because theres just a few dedicated spots but once you are in you forget about that. The people that check you in have great customer service and you are offered a bottle of water (which has gotten smaller recently but not big deal). The selection is your standard fare for dispensaries in the area. They have great deals every day of the week.

Security staff needs to be a little kinder, theyre rude and pushy. All other staff is nice, helpful and kind, butyou dont get to pick out your own buds, everything is prepackaged. Otherwise everything else is good. Nice artwork on the walls, professional atmosphere.

It’s not very often you run across employees that seem to love their job and are very knowledgeable at it. This was my dispensary of choice until last week when I was advised they will no longer carry Raw Garden products. I have already found my new dispensary with my product of choice. Also is a lot less expensive at the new location. Do your research! This place went from being my fave to a place I probably won’t visit again. VERY expensive & the inventory is hit or miss, however the staff is helpful (when theyre not high) & the establishment is the best Ive ever encountered. Security is solid (which is good) however parking is poor. I think the cost of the product is indicative of the money the owner put into the building. Like I said, this is the nicest dispensary Ive seen in CA & CO, but youre paying for it.

Usually have high quality products, but AVOID ANY DEALS OR SPECIALS. They were running a BOGO on cabana 1/8 oz.....2 YEARS OLD and dry , not even consumable. Wasted $50. Being from the Bay Area, my expectations for Orange Countys cannabis stores were high. (No pun intended) I found Peoples OC while driving down 55 Southbound. I noticed the building and the thought that was put into the plant roots in each window display and the location of the store. I had to visit, and maybe find a place like home. I was greeted promptly by the check-in staff, who explained how to browse products, use the ATM on-site, or use their spotless bathroom. I went up stairs to take my turn in line. I was called by a small voice at the end of the counter. The voice introduced herself as Sara, (Sara G.), and asked how she could help me today. I expressed my interest in prerolls. Sara presented 3-4 options, some infused, packs, and singles. I was unsure and took a moment to think about it. This is when Saras customer service shined. She asked me questions to narrow down my needs vs my wants in an extremely patient and comfortable way. Afterward I made a great selection with the Presidential preroll. All in all, I felt at home in Peoples OC from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I stepped out. I will visit Peoples OC forever because of their customer service and vast selection.

Felt totally scammed and up sold.Plus no gift for first timers, Only 10% for disabled.Security was a little high strung. After 8 minutes the guy shows back up with 4 of the 5. Couldn’t find the other. And one of them was 1g not an eighth. Then to make it worse, no samples to look at for any of them. I get not smelling bc Covid but all were in black jars or bags where I couldn’t see the product. So they want me to spend $200 on 4 8ths that I can’t even see and that the budtender has never smoked bc they have so many strains. Terrible way to do business. Surprised this place is busy

Coming in for my first time ended up being my last time. I clearly told the assistant at the counter that this was my first time there. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted ahead of time. After a wait of 30 minutes in line waiting for the people who came in not knowing what they wanted, I was greeted again at the service counter. I explained what I wanted and was showed a menu of everything I wanted with the THC % advertised next to each product.I always make my decision based on THC % so this time was no different. My items were bagged and paid for. After payment I was told about their 10% discount for TODAY. Why tell me AFTER my purchase? I would have saved $71 so you can do the math and know my total.I figured I had learned my lesson for next time. Nope, wrong again. My items were bagged and sealed without me seeing the actual product. It turns out everything I had bought was not as advertised. What I have now is at least 10% lower THC then was advertised. How can a business sell something that is falsely advertised?I sure felt taken advantage of today. I work very hard for my money and to me, every dollar counts. Your products are already overly expensive. There are MANY other places to ship around this area. You have lost my business for good.

I was so excited to go here for the first time. I was not impressed. It seems cool at first but then it turns cold. The budtenders arent that friendly. At least the one I had wasnt. The product seem overpriced. And you dont get to look at the bud. They just give it to you in a preweighed container. They give you a disability discount but its very very minimal.

Unfriendly tenant gave me the wrong product. After you order they hand it to you in a closed bag. Make sure you open and check before leaving the counter. The dumb person had lots of tattoos and was unfriendly and seemed irritated if i asked a question. I spend $100 a week at Peoples. The flower they sell may look great and may have a somewhat decent smell but it always tastes like pesticides or over nutrition (miracle grow) when it is smoked. I have all but begged them to sell me any strain at any price that tastes good when smoked. Even their top top shelf is the same.

Cons: As an out of towner from the SF Bay Area, my experience here was blah. Staff wasnt as knowledgeable and were slightly less welcoming than the bay area budtenders. No-one had on masks either.Pros: Perfect location for a cannabis club though due to proximity to hotels and stays open until 10. Shout-out to the security guard at the front for providing good service.In short, shop around for another place. This place isnt a go to unless youre looking for something after 8.

Really lovely space, and that’s about it. One is made to feel rushed, ignorant and ultimately unwelcome. No browsing, so you can’t get a feel for what’s available, and assistance is not offered. It’s just - “keep my line moving and get out of my face”, basically. Incredibly disappointing for such a visually pleasing environment. Bleccch.

Visited people’s o for the first time. Awesome shop, great layout, and high quality products. Mike was super helpful; he was very knowledgeable of all the products and helped me choose the right products for my needs. Great dispensary! I highly recommend.

Very organized facility. Product is well displayed and makes you feel like a kid in a candy store. I wish I lived here (for many reasons). This is a hundred times better that Florida.

The people are cool, products are excellent, the website drives me nuts. Ha r thought about changing suppliers because of it. Links don’t direct to right places, too many picture adds, slow. Needs a larger private server or something.

$50 1/8s kind of pricey. Bud tender was rude and didnt really care about my needs. Plus I was a first timer and didnt get any deals. Basically its all fluff nice building subpar bud. Everything is prepackaged so you dont really get to see what youre buying. Wouldnt recommend this dispensary to any body. Had better experiences in run down strip mall dispensaries in the IE.

I’ve seen some reviews on here talk about the product being overpriced and while I agree, I really value the experience that they provide. It’s very modern and is the only dispensary I’ve been to inside the US where I didn’t feel like I was doing something criminal. I can appreciate that other dispensaries have to deal with communities casting a negative stigma on their business and so they are forced to basically hide their operations from being seen from the outside (among other factors that I probably don’t know about) but regardless I always feel uncomfortable going to dispensaries. Hopefully people get over the stigma one day and realize how beneficial marijuana can be, but until then, I’ll probably be going here from now on.

After spending $240, my experience was totally soured by the security staff. I was accused of stealing something that i had paid for. I recognize the importance of security in this industry. That being said, the situation could have been handled much differently. The security was aggressive and appeared overly eager to catch me stealing. I didnt receive an apology or any acknowledgment after being cleared of wrong doing. I hope management takes notice. Accusing a paying customer of stealing is about the worst thing you can do.

First time to a dispensary in 4 years. I really hate in this industry staff are always high. The guy at the front was welcoming and nice, but when I asked for guidance on the buying process he didnt really help, just told this place is the Bloomingdales of marijuana.The guy who helped me at the counter, first, sneezed into his hand and wiped his nose with his hand, then wiped his nose with his OTHER hand... Then, without washing his hands, he handed me a notebook of available flowers and waited for me to figure out what I wanted. He couldnt follow my order and ended up charging me the wrong thing. I saw the receipt and when I corrected him he told me its what I ordered. I was so over this place and just wanted to got out of there.This place is overrated and pretentious, and they know that.

Yo this place is weird like you walk into a dating room I think all the staff is boning, no one said wassup except the security, people at the counter having conversations I’m like please don’t let me interrupt lol Definitely not a professional environment, it’s a get in get out spot better to pick up from the homies considering the price & quality, but if you do end up going here be sure to check your stuff for semen. one star because you can find the same or better quality almost anywhere

As a primarily recreational user of marijuana, I went into Peoples for some high quality flower to help me take the edge off after a long shift. When I discussed the pain I experienced because of this with Amanda she was really attentive to my needs and told me about the potential medicinal benefits of marijuana that I had previously overlooked and recommend Marys Transdermal Compound to me. I really appreciate the empathy and knowledge she displayed and Im happy to say that not only does this product help with my aching knees, but also with a previous nerve injury and I couldnt possibly be more thankful for that.

They have a self service downstairs where you can take out money at an atm and use a kiosk or laptop to make your purchase before you head up stairs to pay and pick it up. You will need to give your ID to the clerk in the front with your phone number when you first enter.I have been going here for months and they have special deals sometimes. The budtenders are always friendly and its a beautiful place overall. 10/10

Went for the first time yesterday and it was ok. When I walked in I was told they wouldnt take my rec because I hadnt printed it, but when I said I got it from Dr. Frank they said they had a different process and helped me.I was trying this for the first time in an effort to treat my anxiety, but ironically, this trip was very anxiety provoking: the three large armed security guards and the initial rejection of my Drs Rec didnt help matters.The two girls who helped me were nice enough, but the vibes overall felt forced and not genuine.I tried an 18:1 CBD oil by Care By Design because it was recommended to me by the girl working the products. It didnt work for me at all, but Ive read online that it helps others. The 5ml (15 doses) was 24 dollars. I tried to ask her more about products, and she answered my direct questions, but didnt have much more to say in terms of information on products that could help me with my illness.The place was clean and well-designed. They offer you water and they have bathrooms. They were out of one of the two products I was interested in (CBD water), and they didnt know when they would be re-stocked (and didnt offer to find out either), but maybe that was a coincidence.If you are not an anxious or sensitive person, this place will be great for you, but if you really appreciate good vibes and genuinely good energy, I would try somewhere else. Thats what Ill do and Ill report back if I find a good place.

The experience was wonderful. The people are knowledgeable and so nice. All of my questions were answered. The business was well organized and very clean.

This is a one star review because of two things.First, my order was messed up when I was at the counter. I ordered two 3.5 oz jars of flower, but when I got home to check the bag that they seal before they hand it to you, I found that I was jipped one jar.Secondly, I reached out to them a few days ago by email, asking them to help me figure things out and to make it right. They have yet to follow-up with me, and its left a very sour taste in my mouth about this overpriced dispensary.If the company manages to get a hold of me, I would be happy to update this review. As of right now though, my opinion of this place? Stay Away!

Finally a place that looks inviting. But staff was uneducated about marijuana and quite rude. Prices were too high and the quality was the same as everywhere else. Ill go there when I have too. You still get better stuff on the street. Youd think these people would get it. But they definitely dont. I dont recommend this place when there are so many better ones.

Great store and only the best products in the market. BRING CASH. Some employees lack knowledge but you are still in good hands as the store only stocks up on the long lasting reputable marijuana companies that produce consistency products for clients and that is what Peoples OC sells. This is the best vape; lasts and is delicious.

Cool shop! They have a great selection of flower and edibles. Express pickup was super easy to use. I was in and out pretty fast. I would definitely suggest Peoples to friends.

This place is a nightmare to park at.10 spots available but 6 are used by employees already. Cant park at the del taco or else you get towed or ticketed.Their prices are good.. If you can find a place to park.Many places around here that are easier and still great service.

Great customer service, knowledgeable and very patient employees. My sister and I would come here and have to ask someone lots of questions trying to find topicals to help with my dads chronic symptoms from Parkinsons disease including restless legs and feeling of needles that would keep him up at night. The Papa Barkely products really helped relieve some of that pain. So grateful for them, they really wanted to find something to help him.

The staff are very friendly and helpful - especially to new customers wanting to learn and be educated about the products on offer. The online delivery service is also worth checking out if you’re COVID concerned!

Love this place. I am new to cannabis and confess I was a little nervous to go to a dispensary. Peoples is light, bright, airy, clean & friendly. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in teaching me about the products.

Blum is the best medical Cannabis store. The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable and super friendly I enjoy them all. The medication is top notch and perfectly priced. Blum has every product you can imagine. Come down and try them out, the FTP deal is awesome also.

Soooooo RUDE two blonde girls that helped me today, one said she was a manager the other i bought pen from.I bought a pen on Thursday and the pen stopped working on and off would not hit, and was wasting the cartridge I had. I called yesterday and was told I could get store credit. I come into store today to be interrogated and watch them rest the pen with me for over 20 min only to tell me Im a liar and the pen works...Then tells me to get my cartridge from the car to test it. It barley hits and they still denied to take pen back. As they heckled at me and told me to have a nice day. This is horrible customer service, I had come over a year to this shop and have spent alot of money. I will never go back and will share my experience as much as I can so no one throw away money as i have today.
