5 stars, highly recommend! I received a massage from Lulu, the pressure & techniques were absolutely perfect! She focused on the exact spots that needed it, providing immediate relief. She was incredibly kind, and attentive. The atmosphere of the place is warm & welcoming starting with the front desk staff who made booking very easy, very professional, courteous, and kind. Whether you are local, or visiting I highly recommend this facility for a quality massage!

This was my first time visiting the Solana Beach location after several positive experiences at the Del Mar branch over the years. The massage itself was wonderful. However, I was disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. My father had generously purchased gift certificates for my mother and me, including extra money for tips, which I have always been able to use at the Del Mar location. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was insistent that I needed cash for tips and charged me an additional fee for using my credit card.While the policy might be different between locations, what stood out to me was the attitude of the staff member. Her demeanor came across as pushy and unkind, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. In an area with so many options for massage services, I believe that courteous and accommodating customer service is crucial for good business.I hope this feedback is helpful and leads to improvements in how customers are treated at this location.

I get massages regularly, and I can confidently say that this is the best experience I’ve ever had. Emily was attentive and detailed - you can really tell she understands human anatomy because she got every muscle fiber & kneaded my knots out. My husband had Winnie, and he said she had excellent technique.The space was clean and spacious, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful with our questions! It was easy to book online and there was plenty of parking. Overall, we were both so happy with the service. We’re only in town for a few days but we’re going to come back a second time before we leave. Excellent!

I have been a customer of the Del Mar location for years, and had the pleasure of visiting this gorgeous new location in Solana Beach. It was a lovely experience! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the therapists were professional and checked in often during the massage to make sure I was comfortable. It was a lovely experience.

So glad these guys opened in Solana Beach! The location is easy to get to and they did a nice job remodeling their new location. A great addition to the health and wellness options in our community! The quality and variety of massages available are amazing and there is something for everyone. This is their second location,(other one in Del Mar) and closer to where I live so that is great! Locally owned, their pricing and promotions provide a great value allowing for consistent visits. If you havent tried them yet, get on their mailing list as they offer super enticing monthly specials;)

Great experience at Massage Concepts Solana Beach. Started on time. Massuse was great and actually massaged my upper back like I requested as opposed to doing the routine. Was able to get same day appointment thankfully as I was in quite a bit of plan. Will definitely return.

I had the 85 minute head to toe deep tissue massage with foot scrub. Lulu was my massage therapist and it was one of the best massages I have ever had in my life. I wish I lived in the area so that I could return more than once a year.

I have been going Massage concepts since they open. Glad to see they open new location at Solana Beach. Absolutely fantastic experience, as usual, Emily was incredibly professional, attentive to my needs and allowing me to relax fully!

I love this place. clean and every massage has been great. I do the prenatal massage or foot reflexology. This is my new go to spot!!
