I was in for a massage and my massage therapist was wonderful. This location has come such a long way and is always so clean. They couldn’t of got this far without the main lady in charge. Every time I go in this location Amy the manager is always so helpful. If it wasn’t for her taking over this location I would have cancelled my membership a long time ago. She is building this business more and more everytime I go in. She always smiles and is always so wonderful. Massage Envy definitely picked an amazing employee. Don’t ever let her go!!!
Do not sign with this company. Ten years ago I signed up. They told me after one year I was month to month. After being a steady customer for ten years I called them three times to cancel and they keep charging my card. I had to cancel my credit card and I’m on the phone with them now. I moved to another city and they are saying I have to come in to their location This is how they treat loyal customers imagine how they will treat you.
I just wanted take a second and thank all the staff there from the girls in the front desk and the manager Amy for helping me get my account situated. Tom is an awesome therapist his corrective has helped me to sleep on my side that i couldn’t for a long time big shout out to Amy the manager. if i could thank her a million times i would. She could have a lobby full of people and always tends to smile and treats everyone so wonderful. This location has stepped it up since she has became the manager and i hope she stays with massage envy forever Give that girl a raise!!! The girl janelle at the front desk is always so cheerful and always willing to help me schedule my appointment. She has so much soul in her!!! Also the store was very clean and smelled like a garden of flowers
Shouldve listened to the reviews for this God awful place. Had an appointment booked for 1:30pm was 10 minutes early, girl came out said hello I said I have a 1:30 appointment she literally says UM NO I said UM YES she asked with who and I said Heather I booked it online, I took a screen shot I showed her and she asked when I made the appointment. Not that, that even matters. She says well how can I make this right, can I call the Warrington location to see if they have any openings. I said sure. She calls what I was led to believe was the Warrington location and she doesnt even explain the situation just acts like a customer so I told her to explain what happened so she does reluctantly and was told if I could get there by 2pm they would fit me in. So I leave and go to Warrington location only to find out she never called there she called a totally different massage company. Like are you for real right now?!! The girl at the Warrington location was very helpful and very apologetic for what the girl at Southampton location just put me through. Meanwhile I am still in extreme pain and my leg is still numb and I am in sitting in my car in tears writing this review!! The Southampton location doesnt even deserve 1 star!! This is a place that is supposed to reduced stress but you have done nothing but elevate my stress level, to say I am upset and disappointed is an understatement. DO NOT BOOK A MASSAGE AT THE SOUTHAMPTON LOCATION!
I took off work today, after scheduling an appointment for a prenatal massage the week prior. I’m visibly pregnant and I showed up for my massage today and I couldn’t even get it. One, Jen, the massage therapist was literally the rudest person even before she found out she was scheduled by mistake (she does not do prenatal massages) which I found out after I was taken back to the room. It wasn’t an apology she literally threw her hands up in the air and said NOPE I DO NOT DO THOSE NOT AT ALL. Instead of apologizing for the confusion. We then walked back out to the desk and the manager heard what was going on, and actually CLOSED HER DOOR so she did not have to be apart of this situation. Girl, THIS IS YOUR JOB! I was then told the masseuse could “wing it” and try. UM NO I AM PREGNANT you don’t just “WING IT”!!!! I was asked to reschedule, which I already had an appointment in two weeks (with lisa who literally would be the only reason I go back because she is an incredible massage therapist) and honestly I’m not even sure I’ll show up to that. I explained I took the day off of work, and literally nothing was done. Not even an offer of a free enhancement next massage. As someone who works with people and I worked retail through college and grad school how was there 3 employees (4 if you count the manager who shut the door on the situation) who literally were just dumbfounded and not helpful at all?! I’m blown away by the lack of helpfulness at this location. Do not go here. ESPECIALLY PRENATAL if the massage therapist was ok with WINGING IT. 😳😳😳

First, let me say this - I am a very Very VERY tolerant person and stand for human kindness above all else. But as a paying customer — I can not sit back and not say anything about what I have witnessed at this location.Never in my life have I seen such unsanitary conditions, customer mis-treatment, and unprofessional behavior. It all comes back to one individual and unfortunately she is the manager. I don’t know the correct spelling of her name (Sherry or Sharde) so don’t hold me to the spelling, either way, the girl is the manager of this location as well as the Langhorne location.As said before, I am very tolerant person and I could totally look past if this woman needed to bring her kids to work from time to time and they were in the office with a game or toys or something to occupy them, but that is not what happens here. She brings her children in every shift, half the time they aren’t fully dressed, they run around the spa, and recently one was sick with a cold and was wiping his boogies all over the front counter.It doesn’t stop there. Because she brings them in every day, there is no focus on the customers and doing right by them. They have been so many times where they need to cancel our appointments because someone called out. Once after a specific set of cancellations and rescheduled appointments, the manager called me at 9:30am to remind me about a same day 11am appointment. She left a message and indicated that if I didn’t make it in, they would have to take half of a session for the no-show. That was totally acceptable and I was able to make it so thought nothing of it… until I walked in and she looked me dead in the face and said “oh, what about your 10am appointment.?!” … I was baffled because she said nothing about a 10am, only the 11am and then proceeded to take a WHOLE session (not a half) from my account.When I tried to have a conversation with her about what she said on my voicemail and all the confusion with their cancellations, she wouldn’t even acknowledge her fault — mainly because she is too busy running her personal day care to take care of her spa responsibilities. And so because of that, the customers are punished. She is rude and condescending to everyone. Staff complain about her. Staff members at the Langhorne store have complained about her. And know several people I know are canceling their memberships SOLELY because of the manager. Do not sign up for a membership here.This location needs all new management.
Great location !!! Been a member for 2-3 years… my favorite for FACIALS IS SUSAN, she is very sweet and awesome at what she does.Massages are best done by LISA ❤️❤️❤️
The place is very clean. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice.I had a 90 minute hot stone massage with Tina. She was amazing. She made me feel really comfortable and focused on all of my trouble areas. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Ive been going here for years and always see Tina who is absolutely AMAZING. So really, the 5 stars are for her! The place is clean and the staffs friendly. Overall pleasant experience each time. I definitely recommend Tina, she is an AWESOME massage therapist. Love her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
There’s a positive and negative!Positive note!!I came for the first time on 2/5/21 for a prenatal massage ! Felix was the best and very professional. That the next day I made an appointment for my husband with Felix. I totally recommend him!!Negative Note!!First day grace is like why are you here? I’m like for a prenatal massage. She didnt really know what’s a prenatal massage. I was informing her. Why is important to get one and why I’m getting one. Not to be rude but i told stop asking me questions I’m just here for my massage. She was annoying me. Especially she does not know anything.I came for a 2nd time 2/6/21. Grace never told me for my 2nd prenatal massage appointment I would have to pay more. Meanwhile i booked it with Grace! Her Reason being because I’m not a member nor she explain that to me the first time I came in and after i made another appointment with her on 2/5/21. Her excuse was there’s sign on the walls. Like i said grace is very unprofessional truly dislike talking to her. So I’m suppose to read everything on the wall and inform myself basically! I’m 37 pregnant do not have time for Grace! That’s the only downfall about this place. Grace is the front desk person never knows anything and doesn’t explain things. She needs more training thanks!
Walked in and it smelled disgusting and when I went up to the desk to speak about how many services Ive left, also wanted to buy a gift card for my loved one, the manager, I believe her name was sharde , was eating McDonalds at the front and when she handed me my gift card, it was all covered in Grease which was very unsanitary. The place smelled disgusting from the McDonalds she was eating at the front. Never doing anything with massage envy again.
I visited the store this morning for a back facial. After entering and filling out the form, I was already offered a membership. I reminded them that I would like to try it out before commenting to a membership. After mentioning this, the check-in lady seemed annoyed at me for say it. It is totally unprofessional to make the customer feel not welcome unless you sign up for some kind of membership. I was being greeted by the person and I was explained that I have adult ance... No way.... If I would’ve already told you that when I walk into the door. The women spend half of the time searching for things in the cabinet instead of having out her treatment products already. The last thing which really annoyed me was that it was a back facial which would make it think that people would work on the back... Nope the feet, legs, and arms, and head seems to be a part of the this procedure. It made no sense for me massaging those part during a facial.
My wife and I were both very impressed with our experience at the Southampton location. I have bought my wife gift cert for high end massage salons and she told me that Massage Envy was 10 times better. On the way out the owner asked us about our massages and took time to have a friendly chat with us. The front desk staff also was exceptionally nice. This is now out go to for massages.
Don’t subscribe for a membership, they won’t cancel it! I have been trying since August to cancel. I’ve filled out the forms which is how they cancel the membership . Managers don’t call you back and are never available or on site. I will be reporting them to my bank tomorrow for the unauthorized funds they continue to bill to me.
My friend worked here for the summer, but started to attend school at the end of August and she put in her 2 weeks notice. After she questioned thw whereabouts of her final check they ignored all her phone call and texts and when she was finally able to get in contact with them they said because she quit she didn’t need a final payment… still to this day they continue to ignore her and withhold her money for hours she worked.
This establishment is run by crooks who steal from their employees(franchise owner). Promises of a sign on bonus that no one ever saw. Paystubs that were very obviously over complicated to hide more of their theft. Myself and several other employees have gone to the state about this. Don’t work here. Don’t support them.
Facial by Victoria was a great experience very relaxing and skin calming/cleaning left fresh skin feeling. Great service!

Simply the best! I am battling cancer and I dont know what I would do without my weekly trip to massage envy in Southampton. Everyone is so nice .... They are always asking about me and my customized massage from Tina makes me feel great! After my session I am truly relaxed and sleep like a baby that night. Thank you to the entire team.....you are all amazing!
I just had an hour massage from Timothy today at the massage envy in south Hampton. It was the worst massage Ive ever had. The massage therapist did not seem to know what he was doing. I told the receptionist and him to concentrate on specific areas and that I wanted a deep massage. He never put on music, he never asked me if the pressure was good, and he didnt dim the lights until half way through the massage. He also did not concentrate on the areas I asked him to concentrate on and did not use deep pressure. During the massage I clarified where I wanted him to concentrate on and also found the courage to ask for more pressure. He basically ignored my wishes and told me he was going to work on the muscles he thought needed attention. And by attention I mean just feel each individual muscle, not work on getting any knots out. As the massage went on it seemed as though he was distracted and the by the end there was no pressure. It felt like this kid had a routine and all he could do was stick to it. I would not recommend massage envy south Hampton.
I usually don’t leave reviews unless I love or hate something and iv got to say I love Felix at massage envy Southampton ! He’s incredible, It’s hard to work on my back because it’s super tight and I have a lot of knots and muscle tension but Felix gets all my knots out ! It’s amazing; He also gives such great advice and I would highly recommend him 10/10
Place is full of crooks. Worked there a specific amount of hours I got promised to get paid for and they tried to make excuses that I didnt due what they wanted me to do at the front desk which is why I was getting paid for 25 out of 66 hours I was working there.
From the moment I walked in, the manager Sharde gave me this nasty look and had an attitude with me about why I should get a membership even though I told her it wasn’t in my budget right now. Then she started talking behind my back and was on her phone the whole time at the desk which I found to be very rude.
Sanita, did an outstanding job with my facial! My skin appeared more vibrant, clean, and younger. Also, the face, neck, and shoulder massage is the best! I’m on the count down until my next appointment.
Been seeing Tina for 4 months and i have to say she has helped me tremendously. My pain has been reduced 85 percent. I now have enlarged salivary glands from a sinus infection and just called and Deb is going out of her way to get someone to give me a lymphatic message. So helpful.
Visited Victoria for a facial today & it was bomb!!!! Left feeling so refreshed and relaxed.
The best thing about this place is the people. The receptionists are friendly and seem to always have a smile. My massage therapist Christina is friendly and knowledgeable and is always attuned to my aches and pains.
Felix and Jenny are the best. We always leave here feeling better than when we came in. Friendly front desk staff. Generally very peaceful atmosphere.
TERRIBLE PLACE! Staff are ridiculously rude! Do NOT sign up for a membership, their wellness agreement is really a contract. My friends and i had such a terrible experience here.
There were roaches and ticks crawling about the crevices in the rooms. The Massauer was rough and uncooperative.
Felix was great. He did an awesome deep tissue. He was very kind, informative and professional.
What a beautiful place to go. The solitude and peace that you feel while youre there is so soothing and beautiful. I would highly recommend this location!
