Absolutely GORGEOUS it’s my first time here and I wasn’t so sure but they have everything you can imagine no other nail salon has been able to satisfy me as much.The costumer care is amazing so is the place it’s super clean and pretty, definitely recommend.Ask for Kandi if you want the perfect set of acrylic or tip nails.

Overall a nice place but service felt very rushed and gel manicure is chipping after 24 hours. I was hoping I had found my new nail spot in Southampton but will have to keep looking as I’ve never had gel chip so quickly — disappointed to have spent the money on nail art that likely won’t last even a full week.

I was charged $80 for a hard gel manicure and they barely filed them down, looked like bubbles, and lifted after barely a week. Hard gel is the strongest gel you can get and typically last at the very least 3-4 weeks. When they had me put my hand under the UV light it was abnormally painful, felt like fire on my nails. I went to my regular salon to have it fixed it took over an hour to remove the hard gel.Overall this place is clean and friendly, but way overpriced for the quality of service. Would not recommend.

A really great and clean nail spa. Have had an amazing experience every time we have visited. Staff are friendly and kind. We have had to modify schedules in the past and they are always so accommodating and try their best to make it work. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their experience.

I love this place. I tried another place in town for acrylics, and they lifted each time and I kept losing nails. Besties removed the old acrylics at a discount and also put on new ones that are the best Ive ever had; and I previously had acrylics for 10 years. You also cant even tell they are acrylic, they look like my own nails. Im here on vacation but will be going back to this place for the next few months and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Decent job on the nails, but twice they have come up to me after I’ve paid and told me I owe an additional fee, and said they have to scratch out the tip and add more. It seems super sketchy, and also I have to expense it for work. Having a giant tip looks like I’m taking advantage (I always tip 20 percent). it’s a problem for me and so unfortunately we won’t be back.

They charged my brother more for having bigger hands after he had gone there for some time. Came out of no where. When I went they seemed uncomfortable with having a few queer siblings there at the same time. He was a very loyal customer. Ridiculous.When my other sibling’s nails were drying they just had him sit there for ages and never told him he was ready to go. They just totally ignored him.

New and clean salon, but workers are constantly pushing you to buy other services even though you have asked for basictreatments.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Paid $30 for the fasted pedicure I ever received. Barely lasted 20 minutes. They totally rushed the job and didn’t give me a proper pedicure. NEVER coming back here. The lady messed up the polish on my toes because she was rushing and she wasn’t even going to fix it. I had to speak up for her to fix it. Ridiculous. This place is a joke.

The girls Jessica and Michelle really were so helpful when I came in. I had gone to a previous nail salon that ruined my nails 3 days prior and they fixed me up all pretty again. Definitely recommend! Customer service was great.

The best nail salon experience I have ever had. Wonderful staff and the salon is sparkling clean. The implements are autoclaved and individually wrapped. I’m the past I discouraged friends with cancer to stay away from nail salons. This is the first place I’ve been to that I feel I could safely recommend. So happy I stumbled upon them and look forward to being a regular customer. Jessica gave me an amazing pedicure and I so appreciated the neck massage while my toenails were drying.

Bestie’s Nail Spa is the best in Southampton. They do great service and it is most definitely worth visiting! The workers all extremely friendly and respectful. They have a very clean and peaceful environment suitable for everyone.

I visited the nail spa today and it was great! My nail technician was super nice and gentle. The store was really creative and decorative with nice designs. I can’t wait to come back again!
