I will never shop here again. I used to be a faithful customer of this store for years. Had a few bad experiences and the one that finally sealed it for me was when an employee sold me pods/coils for my unit, got home and they did not fit, went right back up there and they wouldn’t even switch them out. The employee just kept pointing to the “No Refunds” sign on the counter, even though she was the one that sold me the wrong items for my unit. Customer service is non-existent at this store, and if o had to guess I’d say it’s not even a legitimate business, but rather a front for some nefarious activities.

Love the products they have but you really can’t ever rely on them to be open on time or sometimes they close early randomly so that’s definitely very annoying and unprofessional for a business not to have reliable hours.

They are never open on time been waiting since 8:58am and its now 9:37 am I have already witnessed two customers come and go because they are not open this is false advertising and not good for business. Online store hours are posted as 9 am this is the second time I have been here and had to wait for someone to open.

After being taken over by new management,this store has gotten so much better!Not only are they friendly but they try tomake sure they can answer all yourquestions honestly. Prices are good too!

Store was not open, sign said went to the bank…. It’s Sunday and the banks are closed 🤦🏻‍♂️
