Terrible store they’re extra friendly only so they can sell you barley functioning merchandise. I purchased a vape it worked for almost a day and a half. I went back to the store and was told there’s nothing they can do. Terrible Business, especially when I purchased the one they recommended. I now know they recommend what’s not selling if you’re a novice and don’t know what you’re looking for. I will never go here again $22 for a day and a half. I will tell everyone that would listen. Terrible Business….

Nice shop, great customer service. They open early which is great. Guess it depends what you need, use your head.large selection, one of the bigger shops in town, dont let the small store front deceive you.

On google for this vape shop the hours from when they are open are not correct meaning that you have to drive all the way to the vape shop just to find out they are closed while getting no answer on their phone due to their hours not being correct, and when they are open, they don’t answer the phone easily either, but then again they are forcing you to guess when they may open but not having accurate information it is a very clean and well maintained place with lots of flavors for vape juice but not many options for vapes in themselves and I always get rushed in an out of there which doesn’t make this place very welcoming to customers. This place can also be VERY pricey compared to any other in the area.

Just purchased $90 worth of products from this shop, the OWNER himself completed the sale. I returned 4 days later on my next day off from work to EXCHANGE one of the e-juice bottles I purchased. The bottle appeared to have been previously opened, the security seal was missing and the plastic retaining ring that cracks when u twist off a plastic cap was also missing. The cap of the bottle was also damaged to the point where it could no longer be used to fill up ANY type of vape device, making it defective. I asked the owner to exchange it for a new bottle that wasnt damaged or unsafe due to being opened prior to my purchase. I might ad that I have been buying products from the owner for 2 years and I have spent alot of money, never once returning a product. The owner told me theres nothing he can do, he refused to take it back. I wanted an unopened, safe product in exchange for the defective, opened unsafe product he sold me...NOT MY MONEY BACK! He refused to exchange it but he offered to give me an empty bottle to pour it into that has a cap that actually closes properly....BUT HE WONT TAKE BACK HIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND GIVE ME A NEW ONE.This OWNER admitted the product was defective but he will not exchange it, does ANYONE else see how terrible his customers service is?IF I WERE YOU I WOULD SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND GO TO A REAL VAPE SHOP!!

I have been coming here for years and now that I am vaping, this is the best store in the area. They have a great selection. The owner, Kauser is very knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to explain any of the vaping products to you. In addition to this, he goes above and beyond as far as customer service goes. For example, I went to Vape & Smoke today to buy some new oil. I asked Kauser if he would mind putting in the new coil and filling my vape for me while I was there. (I had some errands to run before going home, so i wouldnt be able to do it myself for a while). Kauser didnt hesitate. He took apart the vape, cleaned it, primed and put in the coil, and then filled it for me. I always feel like a priority here. If you are looking for a good vape store and friendly/knowledgeable staff, Vape & Smoke is definitely the best in the area.

Very good prices with a large selection of vaping supplies and knowledgeable staff. Lottery tickets also sold here. Location is very easy to get in and out of.

Great place, I think. I walked in and there was such a huge cloud of smoke, I couldnt tell if anybody was working. I screamed out to see 😂 f I would get an answer and did here voices, but I thought it might be a ghost and runned away!

This place is great I purchased a starter vape kit when I started to quit smoking used it for a month with 0 nicotine liquid and have been quit for 9 months as of this post and do not even need the vape

Bought a replacement glass for my tank and it broke 3 days later. Probably a cheap Chinese knockoff. Never again will I walk into that shop.
