Went in looking to upgrade my mod, the lady was wicked nice. Walked me through everything and got me the exact model I needed. Very knowledgeable, plenty of flavors to choose from. 10/10

The woman that helped me was Knowledgeable about the products she was selling which is refreshing. The products were about the same price as they are at other Vape shops. Less inventory than most places though. But overall a good experience

My visit today was fantastic. I went in looking for some new juice and a coil. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find a flavor I loved within minutes. He also answered all the questions I had about new mods and I will definitely be back!They have a wide selection of juices as well as devices. Not to mention great promotions as well!

Great selection of e cigarettes, flavors, and all of the newest equipment. The staff was more extremely accommodating and the whole process of finding the right e cigarette was painless and fun. They also have a nice little vape bar so you can test all the flavors you want.

I have been a Smooth Vaporz customer since they opened. I decided to try vaping to help me quit smoking and went to Smooth Vaporz to learn more. It worked for me. Over a few years, Ive moved from beginner (pen), to advanced (building and dripping), and finally settled in on what works for me (sub ohm tank and regulated mod). Through the whole process, the staff at Smooth Vaporz was excellent at understanding my needs and recommending products for me. I think the customer service makes all the difference. I can go online and buy anything I want, but I rely on the advice, knowledge, and experience of the expert staff rather than combing through pages of nonsense or inaccurate info to find some useful information on vaping products. Their stores are clean, well organized, and prices are all marked. Ive always been happy with product selection and they are good at having things in stock if they carry them. They have kits, beginner stuff, advanced stuff, accessories, tons of juice (that is in stock in all nic levels!). Ultimately, I think I like Smooth Vaporz because it is a well run retails shop: great product, stock, value, service, environment. They have what I look for in a store regardless of what Im buying.

Went today the staff is so knowledgeableReally cares about the health and well being of their customers, they are very thorough about seeing ID and had to check mine twice in the same day, very happy they do this so underage people arent buying products.Great selection, great staff.this by far is the best vape shop in CT. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

`After searching for hours on the internet to find a replacement for my Kanger Protank 2 I still had no clearer idea of what vape would be good for me.Id stopped by Smooth Vaporz once before and theyd been very helpful even though I was only there a few minutes. When I went in I noticed, again, how comfortable the store was.I needed to learn a lot more than I thought. When I got my Protank and Protank II there was a major difference in glass tanks and plastic when it came to taste and the Protank solved the problem.My Protank wasnt putting out enough vapor for me, basically it was kaput.The woman walked me through EVERYTHING. I learned that a lot had changed since I started vaping. So much to learn. She was amazingly patient with me. I think I asked about a thousand questions about E-liquids, NicSalts (I thought they were dry like salt, lol) what vape mod would be good for me now to replace my out of date one...She asked me what it was I wanted out of a mod. Vapor, taste, etc.In the end I ended up getting the Smok Mico. It came with an adjustable lanyard so I could wear it around my neck. So many times I want to vape and my mod isnt around because I dont have pockets to carry it. That was a big plus for me. I was also interested in the Suorin Air that the girl was using to vape. But in the end the lanyard won me over. I LOVE IT.I know this post is long but I just had to say all of this. I was THAT impressed with the store and the knowledge, the confidence in the products they stock and the reassurance of knowing she wasnt going to get tired of me asking questions. I ended up switching to nicsalts since theyre more economical and Im always trying to save money. And I bought the shops own mix of the nicsalts, Mist Essentials. Its a Vanilla Creme Brulee that I was able to try as an E-liquid at the sample bar. (Did I not mention the sample bar? Worth the trip for that alone if youre looking for a new flavor) I stick to dessert flavors since Ive got a sweet tooth and this didnt disappoint.Ive had the mod for a few days now and its great. The taste and the amount of vapor is perfect for me. The nicotine is just right thanks to her knowing what to recommend. And after 3 days of me going through 3 tanks of vapor the mod stopped working well. It took me a minute to realize that it needed charging. I used to have to switch out batteries on my 510 at least once a day. It took about an hour to charge fully after it was drained. Might take less on an adapter but I was using the USB port on my computer.In the end I got exactly what I needed and wanted, felt confident about what I bought and knew that I could go back if I had a problem and theyd help me work it out.EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!! It can be so hard to find people who are so friendly, patient and informed on the stock they carry.

Awesome place for everything vapor related. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the juices and battery mods. They also have a rewards system in place for some great discounts. Give them a try.

Great place 2 hang out at the vape bar. They have their own selection of custom vapor flavors. Good selections of mods also. Check it out. U wont b disappointed. Id give it a 5 stars except for their hours.

When I come up from Florida I always went to the Watertown Ave store. Also when family visits they would bring me their house juice (blood moon). Unfortunately due to the nasty manager I will never purchase another product again from them. I bought a coil from her and she told me that if it didnt fit my tank to bring it back. When i brought it back she said to me what am I suppose to do with this you opened it Unbelievable! I dont understand how they have her working there let alone managing. Bottom line: for a $5 coil they lost a few hundred dollars of my business. I will definitely tell friends about the horrible experience i had.

The owner of this Shop is mad cool. Wanted to buy some pods but didn’t have enough money so he made me a deal. Best shop to get any supply 10/10 recommend
