First time stopping in today. Had the pleasure of being assisted by a girl name “E” From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products I needed and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. Its clear that she cares about customer satisfaction and wants to ensure that everyone leaves happy with their purchase. Her recommendations were spot on, and I left feeling confident in my choices. I look forward to returning to the shop and receiving her excellent service again. Highly recommend!

New girl has poor customer service ! Last young women was so friendly and had great customer service!! This one is rude and not helpful or even willing to help and I am a regular but won’t be coming back !

Stopped by the first time last week, and it was gorgeous. Everything was so well organized and clean. The selection and variety of products was great. But the best part was the top notch customer service. Celine helped me out and took the time to show me a bunch of different options and gave great input. My first time buying a glass piece and I left feeling awesome about my choice. 100% would recommend and come back :)

I was visiting from Idaho and went in to get a coil and vape juice. Staff were super friendly, fast and knowledgeable with decent prices. They also had a great selection. I was probably in and out in less than 2 minutes. Also, the shop was super clean and very organized. Id recommend it to anyone in the Waterbury area.

Come here all the time, the owner is a good man! He is very helpful and knows his stuff!! He has helped me out a bunch of times and he cares about his customers! They have a good variety of juices and devices!

Very nice smoke shop. Large selection of vape juice and if you want any specific mg of nicotine they dont have they accurately weigh & measure it & add it to whatever liquid you want which i thought was great. Very large selection of hookahs if your into that. People working there or own it are very nice, helpful, & polite from my experience there

Great prices, friendly and helpful staff. Really glad that they seem to be the only one with multi-person rigs. Very glad I live so close. Also, if I had to offer any criticism it would be to the please expand your butane selection. Otherwise fantastic growing smoke shop!

THIS GUY HAS EVERYTHING. The best around for prices and if theres something he doesnt have on his shelves which is kind of impossible. He will order it for you upon your request. Give them a shot, great people and best prices.

Great store. But the delta 8 products are false advertised everywhere. It’s new on the scene but it is psychoactive and made me fail a drug test. Also if you’ve never had it, it’s like trying delta 9 for the first time. So you’ll really feel lit. On Reddit you’ll find a lot of cases where people went to the hospital because of blurred vision and panick attacks from it. That lasted 8-12 hours. Just be aware of delta 8 products because you can really ruin a persons life who thinks it’s just Cbd and non psychoactive. If you don’t believe it, read people’s accounts on Reddit first. Been smoking for 14 years. Delta 8 ain’t natural......
